  1. Keep Klein, Lawson, Phillips at vet minimum. Everyone else bye bye.
  2. I'm sure Ed will step up his "contract year" game just like Tremaine did. If he does and Von comes back healthy maybe we sniff a SB. But like Gabe, I'm still not extending him. Not consistent enough. Didn't show me that motor every week.
  3. Your right. Jim was surrounded with HOFers. Josh's support system after Diggs has been embarrassing.
  4. We at least went to 4 straight SB's with Kelly and Josh is far superior to him. It will be a historic tragedy and failure if we can't get to or win at least one.
  5. Yeah I'm not interested in Jeudy. Especially for a 1st or 2nd.
  6. I agree. Even with Dabs, we just didn't have an identity. Obviously with our mediocre OL we didn't run effectively enough to draw in defenses. Nothing changed with Dorsey other than the O looking more chaotic after week 3. We saw more low percentage deep throws than ever. Maybe Josh's elbow factored in? But this organization has had 6 full years to upgrade the OL and this "bits n pieces" approach isn't working.
  7. Finding someone who's able to replace Saffold and upgrade the pass protection will move Josh's needle. Now let's work on finding Spencer's replacement. The Harty signing is a little of an overpay but hopefully Ken won't shi# the bed finding a intelligent way to use him.
  8. Listen, I'm not hoisting Brandon up on my shoulders and parading him around. He's made some good picks and bad ones. I'm still waiting for the biggest fish in FA for us which would be Wagner. This signing is critical. If BB can pull off a reasonable 2 yr deal we can go into the draft focusing on additional OL/WR help in the first 4 rounds. But if we're expecting guys like Klein, Bernard, Dodson or Spector to replace Tremaine, we're in trouble. More work to be done.
  9. When Poyer is healthy we have maybe the best veteran safety duo in the NFL. I can't worry about chasing comp picks. Some teams are better at accumulating them than others. If we can land Wagner for a couple years, we'll be in a very good position defensively.
  10. ....plus we don't even throw to our 53M dollar TE. I'd have no problem with Parham as a cheap redzone target. But will he stay healthy?
  11. 1. First he hast to stay healthy 2. Second he's gotta contribute as a punt return threat. 3. Third he's gotta fill that deep threat plus bubble screen role effectively. If he can accomplish these markers and maybe give us 5-6 tds and 600 yards he'll be worth the 3.7 cap hit. If some of these expectations fail, then yes it's an overpay. We'll see what chemistry develops with Josh?
  12. Meanwhile we still don't have a ILB. Wagner or the draft? Everyone else is signed.
  13. Yeah the clock is ticking and many possible Tremaine replacements are signed. Get Wagner now.
  14. I agree. His 2nd year was a wash. I'll take my chances with an early round wr this year and one next year.
  15. F@%& Probably true but if we had someone better than Keenum last year, we might have been able to shut down Josh for a couple weeks to help the elbow. We obviously had no faith in case.
  16. He's definitely not favoring the knee. He's cutting hard. Who knows what's gonna happen? He'd be a sweet #2 if healthy & affordable.
  17. Old safeties don't get 9 interceptions over the last 2 seasons. Great news that the Micah/ Jordan duo returns.
  18. Bijan Robinson? Derek Henry? Dalvin Cook? ...now if our offensive coaches were serious about building a better run game than these rumors might have some merit. But we will throw the ball the majority of the time, so why waste time reading these ridiculous RB proposals? Grab a Jamaal Williams cheap and call it a day. There will be a couple udfa rbs to evaluate.
  19. Yeah like the player but hopefully the contract structure is lower than what we see. McKenzie is officially gone. Hines is our return guy, so Harty will move into what we should've gotten out of BBQ. Like to see some go routes for him too. Lastly his speed on tape looks much faster than his 4.48?
  20. Right?....4.48 doesn't exactly scream speed wr?
  21. If McKenzie isn't released I will lose all faith in this organization.
  22. How'd that 50 yard drop in the Cincy game sit with you. We've seen that before and you know we'll see it again. I could care less about age. Give me a receiver who can catch the damn ball.
  23. Lavonte + OBJ = make my day.
  24. Wow so true. Flags came out constantly when in Buffalo and magically disappeared in NE.
