Kelly's OL was elite. Josh's is incredibly mediocre. He runs for his life because his pocket breaks down in 1.8 seconds. And Dorsey hasn't established yet a consistent RB dump off game. That's why there exists this ridiculous national narrative that Josh is reckless. I will always blame McB for not building a dominant OL 3-5 years ago. Pure stupidity.

Our running attack will improve as soon as our OL is upgraded. You don’t gather up RB's first and worry about OL later. Unfortunately that's exactly the strategy McB have irresponsibly practiced. McGovern & Edwards is a good start but there's more work (RT) to do. We could luck out and find a dynamic udfa rb. It's not out of the realm.

Yeah the Steelers want him bad so unless it's 28-32 we're stuck taking him @ 27.

Yeah I'm not as caught up about finding the next Thurman. I think if we can improve the OL on both techniques, we can keep enough pressure off Josh with Cook/Harris. Finding a true WR2 is more important than trying to draft Bijan. And the organization still needs to find a RT in the draft.

Totally agree. That's why these knuckleheads failed Josh by not getting him a dynamic OL. The OL should've been #1 on the grocery list. Disappointments like Ford, Saffold, Brown & Quessenberry only validate how Beane is locked in to desperate dumpster dives or guys from an "OL powerhouse"🤭 like Northern Iowa? .....and yes Josh deserves better than Gabe (Wr3) Davis. They somehow thought grabbing Diggs was all they had to do? Stupid and irresponsible strategy.

Remember his first pick might be early 2nd round where Campbell makes more sense and gets us a couple extra picks.

Now if only McB could understand this concept. They've had 5+ years to improve the OL and they failed miserably. Andy improves his OL in one off season. If I identify my qb as a generational superstar, I'm sure as hell going to surround him immediately with weapons & OL. Not dick around picking failed D lineman.

Yeah our regular season D and playoff D are 2 distinctly different animals. Should've been calling plays since day 1, just like Andy. Better late than never.

No NFL team is rushing to sign Klein. He will be available if the draft doesn't produce Campbell or Sanders. Dodson albeit nowhere near Tremaine could hold down things for a few games.

Tell that to KD. Our OL was so pathetic we had to leave him in there to block most of the 1st half of the season. Dorsey needs to use the same receiver distribution game plan as he used against the Rams & Titans last year. Diggs had 4 tds and 24 targets. Yet JA distributed the ball to 7/8 different pass receivers in those games.

I think there will always be a small amount of reckless in Josh's game. And that's not necessarily a bad thing. But the propensity of hits must decline. The OL & WR play must improve. And the checkdowns must not be ignored. He got hurt because Q couldn't hold off his man for 1.5 seconds.

We will definitely be drafting DT this April. Probably rounds 5-6 depending if we trade down? Probably re-sign Jones to a short extension? But we will have to get younger there.

I think that's exactly what happened. The league isn't dumb. They can see Ed's inconsistent play. No one is willing to pu that 10M. We'll let him walk after this season and wait for our 2025 3rd round pick. Wouldn't be surprised to see us drafting a late DT.

I don't mind trading back into the 2nd for Sanders, but the next 3 picks better be offense. I don't trust our DL scouts at all.

Beane needs to continue to improve the OL. Josh deserved this 3 years ago rather than this org. far ting around with failed defensive picks. We aren't done as I think we draft 2 more olineman. If you want longevity and a 30 year old cyborg throwing rockets all around the field, protect his ass for God's sake.

We've got plenty of options so no need to panic. If Dhop does come then we better not lose more than a 3rd and they need to eat some salary. If not there's always OBJ or maybe someone promising falls to 27? I guarantee you Beane will land someone to slot between Diggs & Gabe.

If Arizona thinks they're getting a 1st or 2nd pick for Hop they're dream weavers. Not with that salary, age and recent injury issues.
