  1. An oldie. The entire cast of "Family Affair" in the 1960s. Buffy, Jody, Cissy, and especially Mr French.. all of them--detestable.
  2. We think. We have no way of knowing at all. Fournette hasn't faced game-time intensity and contact since last year. Who knows if he has the burst, strength, and reflexes still. That's why I'd like to see him play Saturday. Better we learn what we have ahead of time rather than experiment in the playoffs.
  3. I wish the Republicans would do something about Obama Care. I just shopped the exchange for a 23-year-old's policy. It was $400 a month with high deductibles. Outrageous. Affordable Care my azz.
  4. I'd wait until the off-season. Sam Martin is settled in as holder right now. I wouldn't want to disrupt that chemistry this close to the playoffs.
  5. I'm not normally a "fire him" type of guy, but I have to say: we need a new special teams coach. 12 men on the field, and KO coverage lapses come to mind. And the Bills sorely need a speedy return man. They got nothing. When Hines is recuperated, will he have his speed back? I don't know. And Matt Araiza would be a nice upgrade to Sam Martin. Almost anything will be an upgrade to Martin.
  6. Now can we stop getting reports of how well Moss and Singletary are doing, as if we shouldn't have let them go?
  7. Bar Bill, Danny's and Polked Yolk... you're doing things on my TO DO list--and I LIVE HERE. To be fair to myself, I live up North and don't make it to that part of town often. Yes: cheers to an injury free game and I hope you have good rain wear.
  8. By most fantasy sites, the Bills defense ranks in the middle of the 32 teams. Not good. Not bad. I'm afraid that won't be enough. Not enough for a deep playoff run, maybe not even to make it to the playoffs. I will be more optimistic if they hold the Cowboys down. PS: McDermott better hire a DC next year. Being DC waters down his attention span in other critical areas.
  9. I don't have a bone to pick with Reid/Mahomes. I would have been satisfied with a lessor fine. I guess Reid get the extra- since he's in a leadership position.
  10. I want it to be Kincaid. But he was red-shirted in practice. He won't be playing 100%.
  11. I wish Micah Parsons hadn't mentioned Allen being on the cover of Madden. I thought we put that curse behind us. That was a shrewd move. Advanced psychological warfare. That SOB.
  12. Agree. There will be two new safties. I'm not sold on both Cam Lewis and Tyler Rapp. They may start one. I know they aren't going to draft a starter... so what fruit can be found on the FA market? Beane was kicking the can down the road with safety, now he's forced to deal with it.
  13. Nah, it can't be. I've been assured by the brightest here that Beane sucks.
  14. The NFL could go the NHL route: "He has an upper body injury" "He has a lower body injury"
  15. Reid and Mahomes lightened up their rhetoric on Monday. We'll soon see if that does them any good.
  16. He is 79? I didn't know that. He looks pretty good for his age. I gotta agree though, his broadcasts are on the sleepy side. Must be because he's 79.
  17. Yeah... can Dallas stop Allen from running? Allen ran straight into the line a few times in KC, but his TD run was epic the way he carried tacklers into the end zone: https://www.buffalobills.com/video/bulldozer-josh-allen-carries-tacklers-on-a-six-yard-touchdown-run-bills-at-chief Spy... doesn't use of a spy use up a LB who could otherwise cover a zone or player? It seems to me having a dedicated spy would create mismatches that the offense could exploit. I don't know, spies do seem to work against Josh.
  18. The Dallas game will come down to Joe Brady's performance. He has 5 half's of really good play calling, followed by 1 half of Dorsey-esq performance. Did the Chiefs do something in the second half that Dallas will duplicate and shutdown the offense? Is there now enough tape on Brady that people can prepare for him? Joe: please be creative and unpredictable. PS: I love the new use of James Cook.
  19. I respectfully read the whole thing. Thanks for your viewpoint. I agree with about 2/3 of what you said, I choose not to be argumentative over the rest of it because it would be repetitive of other comments on the board.
  20. Josh Allen has said more than once that Mahomes is a quality person. I will give that endorsement more weight than Mahomes meltdown. I'm an old curmudgeon who doesn't like much of the new music--but I have to admit when the daughter plays Taylor Swift, I don't vomit. But I'm really sick of the Kelce/Swift coverage. The NFL is exploiting Swift because they lack young viewers. Singers should be heard, not seen.
  21. The dude posts an optimistic comment---then gets multiple contrarian comments in return. This board... is it full of negative types, or is it just that a few negative types are very active?
  22. The do or die Cowboys game at home will tell us a lot about Joe Brady. Let's revisit this topic then. Regarding Marcia Brady: for being 67 years old, Maureen McCormick has aged well. Dudes in her age group are lining up.
  23. Yeah, it was a regretful look for him. If you believe Josh Allen--Mahomes is a quality person. I bet if he had a chance to rant all over again, he wouldn't.
  24. It's the second time I have read this theory. I believe it is correct. Reid doesn't want to air dirty laundry, so he sides with Mahomes' as the lessor of two evils.
  25. Well, that's a unique perspective. Yeah. There is some muddy water out there regarding Spain. He was here during the 9/11 speech, and he has said negative things about McD. https://billswire.usatoday.com/2023/11/17/buffalo-bills-quinton-spain-wrong-person-fired-sean-mcdermott-ken-dorsey-nfl/
