  1. The Rams have 4 wins against the NFC East, which might be the worst division I've ever seen. They just got handled by the injured 49ers.
  2. so we just ignore the last drive with the interception?
  3. That is a glass half full mentality. Can't say it's wrong though. My only question is what are the quality wins in there? The raiders look ok in spurts and I think that might be it. The next Miami game is really going to be important to keep this thing going.
  4. His offensive pick ups, outside of Ford who is awful, have been pretty good. Diggs obviously is the type of steal that the Vikings give up every few years. The WR corps is stacked. The defense is awful in all areas. It looked like we had 4 DEs at the line today with how undersized they are. The depth is awful. It's really the same as before, but this time the offense has all the good players.
  5. I'd feel better about it if he was at least maintaining the edge.
  6. The pass was fast and behind him. Even in the hands that's not easy. Is the receiver at fault...yes, but so is Josh for the poor placement.
  7. People handle Allen with such kid gloves here lol. He absolutely has something to do with that first interception, he rocketed a pass behind the receiver. He knows, we all know, that Roberts is bad, but he still plays a part in that. I thought he was still better than last year, but he stopped throwing with touch. Many of his passes were back to being fastballs with little to no placement. He also just looked scattered early like he needed to force things in the first quarter. He has a fumbling problem, so less is better. Showing them he still can keeps them honest.
  8. He hasn't been screaming off the edge for the last couple of years. He looks so slow and is pulling some Murphy type moves to end up out of position. There were a few times today where he 3ys ago he makes a tackle in the backfield, and now he barely sees the guy. Losing Shaq for Murphy type money was the worst decision they've made so far. They ran on us last year too. Star did nothing to stop the run, but we were much better on the edge and against the pass. If you go back and watch you will see teams running up the middle with ease in multiple games.
  9. They really need to move Edmunds outside to his natural position.
  10. He should be playing OLB. There was potential at MLB, but he had similar struggles in college when they moved him.
  11. Star wasn't preventing anything when he was playing. They got gashed up the middle in games last year as well. The difference now is that they don't have Shaq or Lorax who were very good on the edge against the run. White looks bad and I hope he rebounds, but this defense has been suspect against the rush before. The issues against the pass is something new.
  12. Star is overrated. Teams were destroying us up the middle last year too. Shaq and Lorax were our best run defenders and I think the lack of a Phillips with Oliver hurts. Either way it's mostly a subpar CB2 and White being exposed that's killing us.
  13. The current issues in baseball are probably going to fuel more opt outs. They have far less people involved and have already had to scrap a bunch of games.
  14. He only had 13 targets, but I thought he looked pretty good. I think he is already halfway to Croom's yardage total and more polished as a blocker. I think Croom was a better fit before they upgraded the wide receivers and needed more of a hybrid. His spot is probably safe though for as long as he wants it lol.
  15. He should be vocal about it. A bad arrest is a bad arrest and he has the voice to make it known. I'd be pissed too because he still had to pay a lawyer to get him off of these bogus charges.
  16. I think those practices are a much smaller group that generally include players quarantining together. I'm not sure in ever case, but I know at the start of this that's what they are doing. When the season starts back up though you're going to have hundreds of people who have been doing their own thing. Then each game day you mix that large group with another from states that aren't doing as well.
  17. Do a quick search right now in your area. The market has gone nuts. I've seen more than one house add 100k in less than 5 years. It's not there yet, but the trend is troubling. We currently have the 3rd fastest growing market in the country. Buffalo simply doesn't have the jobs to keep pace. We aren't DC yet, but it's only a matter of time.
  18. Honestly it's getting pretty close to DC too. Not the city per se, but there were constantly subdivisions going up outside the city for 300k+. Right now in the north towns you have houses under 1200sqft going for 230k+. If the trend keeps up it's going to be close.
  19. The Eagles need 2 full rosters just to keep up with the injuries. Their success, however limited, post Super Bowl is impressive with how banged up they've been. They might have even made it to the 2nd round last year if not for a clearly illegal helmet to helmet.
  20. Yea it's definitely very promising. Niagara County doesn't seem to have caught on to the rebuild, but this is a great start. I never thought id see Buffalo hold on to it's college graduates and see people excited to move back.
  21. A lot of residents don't understand the change either as they're locked into their low mortgage houses. With all of the colleges you would hope that eventually the higher paying jobs follow. Either way the housing market is primed to burst. I was very lucky to get hooked up with a military contractor, but the cost of living is much closer to the Capital region I left than what I expected
  22. I don't think it's them. There is a lot of revitalization happening not attributed to the Pegulas, they are moreso capitalizing on it. I was gone for 7 years and couldn't believe all the change in the inner and outer harbor. Not to mention Hertel is still really nice.
  23. The housing market is pretty out of control right now, some houses have doubled in price in just a few years. I know for a fact that they drastically underpay for IT positions with the expectation that the "prestige" is worth it. Overall I agree with the transit observation though.
  24. Great band name either way Of the 4 years I was stationed in Norfolk, that swamp burned at least 3 of the summers. Nice smell, terrible fishing.
  25. You have to be living under a rock to not have heard this for years. This isn't recent, companies caring about their losses from it are.
