  1. ON Norwood's kick. Some claim it was also a bit of Frank Reichs fault too. Not suprisingly at least one coach who didn't partcipate in the game. Made that observation. On the snap he pointed the laces to the right. Not towards the goal posts. Some replay's clearly showed this. Besides it was far from a chip shot. Norwood to my knowledge never mentioned it.
  2. I wonder if that was same game. When preparing for their first offensive snap Kent Hull stood up and pointed at a Miami DT. When asked later what it was all about. Hull said I just told him, today we are going to kick your f%#^*n asses. I believe that's in Larry Felser's book.
  3. When this first came out. The sad thruth was at that distant time. it could have been actually believable.
  4. Anything authored by Silver is trash too begin with. He has been promoted way above his IQ level. I actually knew that moron when he wrote for the press democrat in Sonoma county California during the super bowl years. The idiot actually argued (and then printed the next day) a story on the comeback game. He bet and lost while telling us the Bills comeback game was played in Houston and not Orchard Park. Moron.
  5. Ronnie Harmon has too be bummed over this.
  6. So, the "cutler package" one would assume would require a pack of Marlboro reds.
  7. Lots og great jokes from Fitz. However, the whaley jab was by far the best.
  8. I'll say one thing about this show. It certainly holds your attention.
  9. "Don't talk too me rookie until you have played in a game" ---Warren Sapp.
  10. Did he have the same agent as Incognito?
  11. Lol! i will acept this as sarcasm. If not pure hyperbole. Cut and paste garbage.....
  12. Mighty taco, numerous pizzerias, and premier liquors. Among others miss the Ryan bros too.
  13. I agree. Pegulas are good people, if he was skimming on his expense accounts during his affair(s)? Well that dollar amount is relatively small. Pursuing legal action for that is press the Pegulas do not need. Even that sounds more like a runor though. But Brandon resigned. Forced or not, he was not fired. Not many corporate executives get their golden parachute in those situations unless it's in their contract. And even then although Brandon did very well financially during his 20 years. He is not remotely in the league of big time corporate employees who can demand that with a employer. Meaning if I resign for corporate misbehavior I still get my severence. Most likely he is happy to get out with his butt still attached. Any other scenario he would be unemployable in sports leagues. And maybe he still will be. i doubt anyone shed a tear of this guys resignation. He sucks. Probably a divorce is next. Eff him.
  14. If anyone ever gets the chance too see one of these bad boys lift off. It is worth it. Watched it from the Jetty, not at Kennedy. Very impressive. Then go to Kennedy and take the bus tour to 39A. Which Musk paid billions to lease it for years.
  15. He's 30 and has around 28 catches total in the regular season the past 4 seasons. It's hard not too be excited about him.
  16. I'm confused here. Which pic is Brady? The pic on the right looks like he just got back from his Costa Rica vacation. Or he had just sucked down 2 gallons of Kale juice.
  17. I heard there is a snag in negotiations. Apparently Dez demands a fridge by his locker. Beane is not buying into that.
  18. Bill Walsh and his WC offense scripted a certain number of plays on offense. He never waivered on those scripted.plays. That was in the 80's, and is still used if not even more today. If they worked great. If not they played out the string. From that the 9ers gained intelligence on what may work or not for the remainder of the game. If anyone did this before Walsh, I'm not aware. Today this is for some teams SOP. not making adjustments and instead getting a read on an opponent is not a sign of being a poor coach. especially in the early game stage. It is a strategy. And for very good coaches it is complicated. Adjustments are made when a player (lets use Mills for an example) Is getting torched on every snap. Well than yea do something. If not pay the consequences. We saw that happen last year. when the Bills did not adjust. I think the Chargers game in particular. Back then after halftime the 9ers would at times come out and simply blow away their opponent. To a certain extent the pats*** also use this with great results. In particular with the Bills.
  19. That statement should be considered your OPINION only. Why? There is simply no truth there. That's my opinion. Pin Fairburn and others at the top. And "relevant content" again that is your opinion. It is not fact. Personally I could care less. It's really not about the monthly chump change a subscription to the paywall costs. It's about the for the most part the lack of relevant journalism actually lacking in the whole edition of the BN. The Last "relevant" writer was Felser. he was as many know one of the best writers in the country. I no longer support Sullivan, Gleason, etc. tired dribble. I can get those "opinions" when up in Buffalo at any bar on Elmwood. When the ownership of Buffalo's teams states their opinion on the news articles or writers. Never have I noticed support for the BN. Quite the opposite. And ownership is the driving force in Buffalo now. Too bad the papers management cannot grasp this. Instead they continue too irritate ownership. Why? I have no idea. The BN reward is very, very little inside access. Not a smart business model. Again that is my opinion. I do not stand alone on it though. I will take ANYTHING the AP reports over the Buffalo news sports writers. Sullivans baiting questions have made more than one Bills HC squirm. I used to follow his tweets during games. He is a fan, for sure. I don't know if he stills does it during games. . his BN schtick is far from new (in his business) or more importantly relevant in any capacity any longer. Just stating an observation. The BN rarely prints anything breaking on the Bills. But IMO Buffalo Rumblings does on a daily basis. And it's free. And that is just a single example. There are more examples. I rarely get involved in BN debates but your statementis flat out wrong IMO. since the paywall went up it's hard not too notice that quanity over quality of the writing is the only noticeable change.
  20. Maybe you work at the PO? Because fed ex blows them away. EX. purchased a vinyl record in LA. paid standard shipping not media mail. It took 2 weeks too arrive. The delivery (finally) was yesterday. I will say this bills arrive promptly though.
  21. I guess if you like turnstiles at RT.
  22. Edmunds really looks like he is going to instantly make a big impact in the league. I cannot wait for the first time he levels Gronk. Among other things. Great move up by Beane.
  23. Only disagreement here is #3. IMO the wide receiver group is worse. Not expecting anything from draft picks #6 and #7. I believe on of them was a charity pick by Beane since he knows the kid foreever. Maybe they Could have got those guys as udfa's. Jones to date is a trainwreck. Benjamin may or may not make it through the season. Ditto Charles Clay. No speed on the outside. Unless one of the very medicore free agent signings lights it up. What are the chances of that?
  24. Gisele, I really think David Carridine had this around his neck. Not his waist.
