I have to agree that it is psuedo science. Not really hurting anything, just borderline a waste of time. Maybe I am wrong and cupping will turn out to be legit. However, all studies by credible sources say it is not. Going a step further, I've never seen it done by anyone in the medical field. I file it in the ranks of ear candles, acupuncture, chakras, black eye tape, rekee, chiropracty, etc... Just my two cents.

I am less concerned about a potential pain/injury and more concerned he has bought into "cupping therapy."

I may be an old curmudgeon, but I think the electronic tickets make the issue worse. Having the tickets pulled up on your phone presents a problem as some people aren't ready for the scan.

I'm a little lost on this topic too. My understanding is he is able to play presently because the NFL hasn't suspended him or put him on any exempt list. So basically the Texans are saying based on his actions (badmouthing team and harassment allegations) he is not playing. At this point, why would he want to play? He is basically getting paid to do very little now. I know it's not a good look, but if I'm the Texans and he wants to play I would let him. If my limited understanding is correct, I am scared that this sets a pattern where players get to dictate what teams they will play for. If you can say you want to be traded and don't get your wish you can just ride out your contract getting paid along the way. I don't like this. Reminds me of the NBA. Once again, I am not sure I understand all the elements here.

Never went to one and until this thread didn't really want to. The friends I have from high school I still talk to and we get together ever year or two for a birthday or trip. Never saw the need to see all the folks I don't really care about. This thread brought up an interesting point though. I class reunion touring the old school would be interesting to me. I would love to see the changes over the years.

Couple opinions: 1) Chicken Flavor is the best. 2) Proper cooking method is: Break up ramen while still in package. Open package and eat one or two small chunks while still dry. Remove seasonings and pour contents into pot. This is the tricky step.... add some water. Enough to boil and cover and cook the noodles. But not too much that you have to strain. If you use a strainer you are using WAY too many dishes. Also, if you over boil and burn the ramen onto the pot you've messed up. Lastly, add about half the seasonings. The whole packet it too much.

The draft is important but rarely does a draft make or break a team. I always find it funny how when you talk to almost all fans after the draft they are very positive. This is obviously due to the initial appearance of being able to fill in some weak spots. However, these players all don't work out and many needs years to become serviceable.

I loved Hasek. However, I just never understood why players didn't always try to go top shelf on him. He seemed to always go down to the butterfly position and then start flopping around.

I'm 38. Never drank from them but remember seeing them at block parties. I remember them being a clear orangish color. Are they no longer available? if so, some beer manufacturer should bring them back and capitalize on the nostalgia market.

I think the Bills will make the over but it will be close. So I will stay away from betting them. What's interesting to me is the lowest two totals are the Texans and Lions with 5. Jets closely following with 6. Seems like alot of teams in the 7-9 ration. I think of those teams someone is bound to bottom out and finish with about 4 wins. That is the team I want to bet the under on.

I haven't watched and don't plan on it. My feelings are that this has been done before in every regard. Comic book movies and shows have been so over done they reboot every couple years. Spoofing a 50's early TV show has been done before. It is unfair of my to criticize without watching but nothing about this seems new or interests me. The whole MCU has been rehashed so often that they have literally had to incorporate time travel and now parallel dimensions to justify it. I think the test would be can this show hold up on its own if you are not a Marvel (comic book) fan. My guess would be no.

This news story really bothers me for several reasons: The arrest happened back in November. Shame on TMZ for sitting on it and waiting to release after the Superbowl Ad. And shame on Jeep too, did they not dig through Bruce's career and arrest record before having him be the front man for their ad? Continuing with the shame train, if .02 can get you arrested, why don't we just make it 0.0. Shame on the cops, lawyers, and lawmakers. While I don't condone drunk driving having a silly limit where essentially drinking two drinks puts you over, then whats the point? Why not install those breathalyzers in every car ignition to make sure no one driving is dunk? Lastly, shame on me for reading these articles and caring. This isn't even a news story. Any person who has drunk alcohol has driven over the limit at some point in their lives. You park outside any bar and you could give 9/10 people DUIs.

My thoughts: Sammy shoulda never let him off the hook. Gold feel in love with his Kings and even when he knew he was beat he couldn't get away. The best moment of the hand is @19:00 where Doyle says, "What has poker come to?" So much talk and hollywooding. I would've called clock like 4 times.

Getting the naming rights to an older stadium doesn't have the value as the newer stadiums. In Buffalo, most people will always call it Ralph Wilson or Rich stadium. Miami's stadium is another good example. Most people call it Joe Robbie. In fact Miami's stadium has went through so many naming deals it is practically a joke. Brand new stadiums that start out with their sponser are easier to remember. For example, Mercedes Benz in Atlanta.
