  1. Fingers crossed, brother...fingers crossed.
  2. Someone doesn't know how Twitter works.
  3. Even when the Bills are crappy they still usually win 3-4 at home. Bottom line is that a road win is a big win in this league.
  4. I've got to stick up for my TSW brother @ScottLaw here...it's not nice to call him names.
  5. One of my least favorite combos but who cares as long as they win.
  6. You must persevere, no matter the obstacles. Be strong.
  7. I think these are both reasonable ways to view the situation, although I don't know if it took "ballz" to be Pancho the fan; he was just a little crazy. The media love to glom on to these "crazed fan" stories (like Fireman Ed) and then Pancho's cancer made it a more personal story. It's no skin off my teeth for the Bills to recognize Pancho, and I don't think there's anything "big" to be made of the fact Jim Kelly didn't meet him.
  8. Mmm...fried bologna sandwich. Gonna have to try that.
  9. To be sure, some of TSW's finest were touting the Jets as the "next big thing." I still think they'll be mediocre as long as that OL and secondary stay broken, but with Darnold and Moseley they are at least a middling team that can give someone fits. They'll still lose their next five because of the opposition.
  10. Common man, Shirley you can't be serious.
  11. This Bills defense is built to limit/eliminate explosive plays in the passing game, which is just about the only thing Cinci's offense has done well. If the Bills win that battle they have lots of advantages on the other side of the ball and it could be a relatively easy W.
  12. Yes, he was toast. You still don't quit that way, and he knows it. That ESPN article was just a way for him to promote his new business. Like I said, "full poop."
  13. Oh, crap, I didn't see this thread before starting a new one this morning. Anyway, great job!
  14. I can't believe I'm even posting in this thread. I don't care one bit about Vontae Davis and regardless of what he says now, he quit on his teammates and coaches that day -- not because "he was tired" but because he saw the Bills were going to be a bad football team and didn't want to put in the effort for another full season. If you believe anything else you're a fool. This "full scoop" is full of "full poop."
  15. Well said. We had our own forum members spouting off about how the Jets are so talented and would be a 10-6 (at least) team. Many of us had the same questions you raise and were told things like "but what is McD's W/L record compared to Gase?" That retort sounds so ridiculous at this moment it's hard to fathom. Anyone who knows ONE SINGLE THING about leadership knew that Adam Gase is a douchebag of the highest degree and is destined for disaster. He deserves everything that has happened to the Jets, and will hopefully find himself unceremoniously dumped to the curb after (or during) this season. I do feel sorry for Greeny because this is his team, and he has no control over how the organization is run. Just like we Bills fans have suffered over the years.
  16. ...can be found here. Nice work, @Kelly the Dog!
  17. That is FANTASTIC to hear. Way to provide some real honest-to-goodness inside info!
  18. I have no problem with any of this. Act like grownups.
  19. That's because they probably each play four times or more on SNF -- which is the true "marquee" game of the week.
  20. I've learned to appreciate Kyle on GMFB...but before I knew him or that show, he was the guy who was absolutely BRUTAL when he got a chance to call the Bills/Bears preseason game a year ago. OMG, I think I even started a thread on it because he was so terrible. Now I understand that he's just got the same kid-like enthusiasm for his team (the Bears) that we all do.
  21. Something that Thurman would have to go look up.
