Rap Sheet: Bills pursuing Bradford for deal
fridge replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm 100% fine with us signing Bradford and drafting the best QB available at 12 to groom for a couple years. Is that so wrong? -
I totally agree with you... ...you've lost me.

Per ESPN Bills very likely to persue Dolphins SUH

Doesn't seem to be a process guy to me, but what do I know? -
Is Matt Moore going to be the offseason acquisition question mark for the rest of my life?

Disinformation: Bigger enemy now more than ever.
fridge replied to OCinBuffalo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
There might be some rumors and gamesmanship, sure. Thankfully I don’t get paid to get worked up about it. See you all at the home opener. P.s. The soap opera of the offseason isn’t for the GMs to worry about. If our guys have a concrete plan and stick to it, that’s good enough for me. -
A great day to sit back and enjoy being a Bills fan!

5 picks in the top 65 is incredible. I might be in the minority, but I'd prefer to stay put or trade back and add more at this point. -
You're the GM, what do you offer Kyle Williams
fridge replied to elltrain22's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't think you'll be a pariah, but your reasoning is not very good. If you want to blame the pass rush, Kyle is not the bone you should be picking. His asset extends far beyond pass rushing, and he's invaluable in the locker room. This is exactly the guy you need in film sessions if you're going to draft a lineman in the first couple rounds. I don't think money is going to be an issue with Kyle anyways, he'll take a team friendly deal. He's already said he'll only play for the Bills, and the coaching staff loves him. The guys saying to move on from him are doing so for shock value only. -
Relax. It's still the Browns.

Yes, I think they have a plan. I think they’ll let their QB come to them, not the other way around. If they really do pay tyrod’s bonus, I’d expect to see them trade him at draft time.

Colts to interview Leslie Frazier for HC
fridge replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Even though it's McDermott's defense, I think Frazier is an excellent coach, and a lot of players sing his praises. I think this would be a noticeable loss. -

Not every day you have an opportunity to trade for a Super bowl MVP. I’d offer a first. -
I’m pretty sure the Papadopoulos admission at the end of the memo is sufficient all it’s own.

I know there are a lot a real big tough internet men on here, but these quotes are not to be overlooked: In 2010, then-team physician Samuel Haraldson told American Medical News that he was “verbally accosted” by Patterson after he refused to allow running back Ed Wesley to re-enter a game against SMU after he sustained a head injury that Haraldson diagnosed as a concussion. Listenbee asserts that the “injection of steroids and pain medication, lack of rest due to harassment and abuse from the coaching staff, and strenuous play of football caused” damage to his pelvic cartilage to the point where a metal plate had to be inserted to fuse the bones. The lawsuit claims this ended Listenbee’s chances at the “NFL career he would have had.” This coach screamed at a team doctor to force a concussed player in the game. He sounds like a psycho. Some of these college coaches act like divine royalty.

Happy Refs Glad-Handing pats* After Win
fridge replied to judman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I had "mad respect" for Jordan, Tiger Woods, Roger Federer, all achieving incredible championship tallies, but I have no respect for Tom Brady. Yesterday it felt like Brady was just throwing it as far as he could in order to draw a flag. It's not within the spirit of the game, and that it pays off for him, but not other QB's is why I have no respect for the man. -
I agree that we match up well against them. I'm not afraid of the Jaguars. They got hot at the right time and their defense is tough, but they don't scare me. Until they prove me otherwise, I'm counting this AFC Championship run as a fluke.

One thing we can all agree on... he sounds like he knows what he's doing. That should count for something, right!?
