  1. I don't think he has enough left in his body for a prove-it deal. This is his last shot at a big deal and teams are rightfully nervous. Beane is doing the right thing by waiting until OBJ realizes the reality of the situation.
  2. Whatever. Typical Chippewa sh*t.
  3. When you detach yourself from the outcome. Allen better be studying the Tao this off-season.
  4. I thought it was an absolute disaster. What boggles my mind is that they didn't cancel when they found out she was going to be 4 months pregnant or even worse, she planned and timed her pregnancy for the SB to be some stupid feminist stunt. Absolute trash performance. Embarrassing for the country. Give us entertainment, not indoctrination.
  5. If the Chiefs lose again, aren't they just the Bills if Norwood would've made the kick?
  6. Because Vegas isn't a bunch of panicking babies.
  7. I also heard that. Stroke makes more sense for aphasia.
  8. I paid $100 for a jersey. ENTERTAIN ME!!! NO EXCUSES!!! Lots of embarrassing and ignorant people in this thread. Making this all about themselves. Once in a lifetime adversity year. This team is tougher than 99.9% of you. Ever watch those hydraulic press videos. Everything has a pressure point before it breaks. Including most of the melonheads in this thread. SICK OF THE EXCUSES!!! FIRE SOMEBODY!!
  9. Patience grasshopper. The sun will shine again tomorriw.
  10. Only so much heart and willpower can do. It just wasn't our time this year. Only those that have truly been in the arena in their given fields will understand. That said, changes need to be made on the O-line and the WR room. Time to put less money in the defense and more on the offense. It's not 2017 anymore. We won't be so unlucky next year, simply because that's how pendulums swing. I know it's hard because we all believed this was our year, including the entire organization. We battled beyond what is ordinary. But it all came to a scratching halt. Winners don't fail. They only have temporary setbacks. Listen to Von when he speaks. Next year will our year.
  11. Best player available in the 1st round.
  12. I don't think anything that ever happened before this season should be a factor. The way he handled the Hamlin situation in Cincinnati with millions of people watching and The Shield pressuring him to continue playing is what Great Men do and is the kind of thing placed on someone's tombstone. We just don't have men of that kind of strength anymore in this world. It beats out any Xs and Os that Daboll or whomever may have had their coordinators do. I just think people lose perspective after 1 loss.
  13. More great WRs in the draft every year. Trade up in the 2nd to get one.
  14. He could've played 9 men on the field every play against the Bengals and he should still win COTY for how led this team to 13 wins with everything that was going on. Hot Take: Greatest regular season coaching job in NFL history this year and it is not even close.
  15. We'll be better next year because I think Beane will let Edmunds, Poyer, and Singletary walk so that we can go all-in on O-Line through FA and the draft. Another reason is that we will not deal with 1/10 of the adversity we dealt with this year. This was a down year that the Bills relentlessly overcame to pull out 13 wins. It only didn't seem like a down year because of their amazing will to win. That's why the emotional posters that claim we are soft boggle my mind. Just have no ability to see what is really going on. He's aging well, but take a step back. He's 34. One injury and he can be toast. Players drop off quickly at that age. This can easily be his last elite year.
  16. "Doesn't matter how we win" is still extremely true. We handled more adversity than anybody like champs. Next year whatever adversity will hit us will be a breeze PLUS we'll have a new O-line.
  17. Loser attitude. I HATE when we're overlooked. How many SBs do we have to show for being an underdog? Fear of success. It took a metric ton of adversity to knock us out in the divisional round. It won't happen again next year. Not with a rebuilt O-line, new OC, and new receivers.
  18. He doesn't know what he agrees with. He's just a contrarian.
  19. OP should be suspended. After everything we overcame this year?
  20. Project him next year after Beane goes all in on the Oline this offseason. Allen is aggressive, but he does what he has to do because of his supporting cast.
  21. If Allen wins a Super Bowl, all that crap goes out the window and his aggressiveness will be loved and glorified like Favre's was when he played. Allen is winning a lot of respect but the seed of the disrespect he received when he came out of Wyoming still insidiously present with some section of fans and media. Mahomes on the other hand always gets the benefit of the doubt. Again, just win the Super Bowl and all the haters will quiet down for years. And fingers crossed a few long-time posters/downers on this board finally stop pretending to be fans of a team that is no longer a "loser".
  22. I like that they are doing this finally. With the NFL getting married to Vegas, the integrity of the game should be their highest priority. And those that think games are fixed, believe it is the refs that influence and "nudge" games with penalties. The more we begin leaning on transparent and open-source technology, the more we will know everything is kosher. Start slow with the simpler things for technology to handle: 1. Ball tracking (touchdowns/1st downs/field goals/stepping out of bounds) 2. Offside/False Starts 3. Too many men on the field/Pre-Snap Penalties 4. Delay of game Over the decades as technology progresses we can begin putting micro (nano?) tracking devices on the players that can measure force. This could tell us what is holding, pass interference, block in the back, etc. If we place this in an open-source format we can give the data to all levels of football starting with pee-wee so that players grow up having a very consistent understanding of what kind of force constitutes a penalty. This AI consistency of penalty calling will actually DECREASE penalties since players will build up muscle memory of what they can and can't get away with.
  23. Agree. He looks good but I'm not seeing much adversity to fight through. When they showed the 1st 5 game QB rating stat with Purdy, Kurt Warner, and Mahomes, all I thought was that all those QBs walked into world class situations.
