  1. I think you underestimate how many of these calls Josh probably does every offseason. 90% of which probably lead to nothing. Also, Josh is a top echelon QB. That's higher status in the NFL than even a HOF DE. I think you just heard a typical call between two guys who don't know each other and one guy has a bit more money and status than the other guy.
  2. Right on. Haters want him to run more because then he's not proving them wrong by being a great throwing QB. Also he's more likely to fumble and get injured. History will look back on Daboll poorly IMO. He made Allen's job more difficult, not easier. A numero uno type coach.
  3. Haha he thought he found another goal post to move on Allen.
  4. Props to dad for seeing things clearly. It was the smart decision. We can be competitive with the Jamison Crowders and Duke Johnsons of the world, but for superstars we have to pay the Buffalo tax. The dude just came from LA/Bahamas/Miami to cold, lonely, and barren OP for a photo op. We needed to offer more than Dallas and LA.
  5. He just wants blood. If you think there's any thought process behind his words, you'll be disappointed.
  6. Don't worry, you're right. We're probably the best. There's a subset of fans that are deeply uncomfortable with being the best. They'll make you think it's because we haven't won a SB, but in truth they would poo poo on that too somehow.
  7. I also saw it in 2018. If you have an eye for these things it was obvious.
  8. The worse he gets, the more the NFL needs to change the rules and other teams need to make bad decisions. The dude literally turtles when he sees a DE get near him. And people overlook that?
  9. Small people looking for an angle to knock people. They think they're wise or something by making a scene about not believing a rumor. I think their just projecting their boring and eventless lives onto others. I've also heard things about players and celebs that turned out to be true. A few times directly from the source. Players go out and drink and socialize. They hook up with girls and share pillow secrets which then get told to everyone. These things happen. Just trust your intuition. I also felt no reason to disbelieve the OP. I wouldn't have run to a message board and told everyone. I think that's lame. But streets talk, you know.
  10. Visualize first, then you can have it. Your mindset is a first class ticket to a loser life.
  11. I'm curious why that is? Are the callers and readers THAT stupid that radio guys/journalists naturally become condescending and thin-skinned? Is it a macho thing?
  12. Every sports guy in Buffalo is like this. Why? Any insights from people in the know? I see this entire exchange as an insult to Sal. Judon didn't know or care who he was and assumed he was a Pats guy. Probably responded because he saw the 100k followers.
  13. Tough TOUGH receiver. Great hands. Willing to die out there. Underrated big time. Would be a massive addition.
  14. Cover 1 explains Edmunds best. Simply put, he's one if the best pass protection MLBs in the game. It's not just what he does, but how much coaches change their offensive gameplan to account for him. He makes playing defense easier on the rest of the team. Fans have difficulty focusing on what is NOT happening because of Edmunds and can only see what IS happening. In which case it can be inconsistent.
  15. Cooper would explode with Allen. Power move by the Bills. Let's hope this works out without mortgaging our future.
  16. Better than that boring marching band.
  17. Thank you. I trust nobody more than McDermott to call out the hanger-ons. My guess is he had some very true words for a lot of people after the Chiefs debacle. That's when these leaks started happening.
  18. It's definitely a risk. But some guys are worth it. How much does Derrick Henry help the Titans? You'll never get that with a street FA.
  19. It all depends on what the team doctors say. They would know best here. If they feel he can get back to All-World status, then you take a chance on getting a HOF level talent at RB, especially where that's an area that is holding the team back. As for the $7.2M, if he's healthy then he's worth every penny. He's the Thurman we've been looking for.
