Then as I said in my previous reply, add to that the stress that HE put him self under because of HIS actions of being publicly intoxicated or high and passing I counterfeit bill which was the entire reason the cops were called and are all arrestable offenses, then while in the process of being detained for those offenses him resisting the officers , then him also possessing a illegal substance he knew he was going back to jail which is why he said "I don't want to go back there" but you wouldn't know that because you didn't watch it . So because of his actions the reaction was needed which if you had any common sense you would know that any action in such a case will have a equal or stronger reaction which all could have been avoided . And ii believe in the court case they suppressed his toxicology report and then Shovens CO lied saying they never taught that move in the academy but but was proven to be a lie by others on the force so their agenda could be made to be . But once again you didn't take the time to watch it in it's entirety because you don't want any proof to refute your personal opinion ... So eat a booger !!

Easy to do when those testifying are either lying them selves to cover their ass or leaving out crucial pieces of testimony and evidence to make the only case they are trying to present is seen as truth instead of what it truly is . I've always thought that if he would have just done what he was asked by the officer as it was being asked, not continuously lied at every turn and just stayed calm he would still be alive today ! But given the amount of drugs in his system & his health conditions added to the stress he himself was causing to the situation all wouldn't have attributed to his death but again that information was conveniently left out as to complete the narrative . That entire situation was as big of a scam as the Russian collusion thing and the politicians at the time jumped on the band wagon in full force !! His commanding officer lied under oath, and the facts that the condition Floyd was in because he was so high on drugs alone was enough to kill him was all but buried . There was one thing that kept this team from being in the big game last season (well besides the crappy ref calls in the chiefs game) that was our D !! The offense did exactly what it needed to do almost every game but the games that the Bills lost was the fault of the Defense . The D couldn't stop the opposition when they needed to and if you look at almost every game but the first game against the Ravens which the Bills got stomped most every other game was by a minimal score usually never more that 7 points and if the defense was more stout that's alls it would have taken to make it all the way . This year given what they have acquired in the draft and FA the D will be much improved because Beane & McD see what's wrong and usually fix the problem or at the very least try to . I hope if for nothing else the Bills win a SB with McD so that all those nay sayers can eat their words, they are so freakin spoiled with having a winning team that the 2 mentioned have built that they feel that anything less than being in the big game EVERY YEAR is a loss and it's not because every year the team is a different team . But I live for the day that I can write a post to all those McD & Beane haters say TAKE THAT !!
