I in my heart of hearts I believe that last year the Bills would have went to the SB but in HUGE part because of the officiating and the fact IMHO the NFL in part wanted to see the Chiefs pull of the 3 peat, our team was put in a position that no matter what they did or how good they played they weren't going to win . No matter what the announcers of the game saw, the ex official in the booth with Romo & Nance saw, or all of the wrong calls being made that the entire audience along with the Bills fan base saw them get screwed out of advancing because the chosen one needed to advance . JMHO !!!

I think McD does look in the mirror & has learned from every mistake that has been made while in his position weather it be his or someone under him, if not I think Frazier would still be here & Dorcey would be too, but he saw the things they did that were wrong in certain situations learned From them and made the changes that he felt needed to be made as HC a & didn't linger on them . The thing that people don't look at or take into consideration is things like, how long did it take Reid to win his first SB, how many times did he fail to learn what it takes to be That Guy ? Okay I won't sit here and say that I want McD to take that long but so many here take any of that into consideration and just IMHO want to throw all of the success out the window just because of falling short . Yes if it continues something needs to change but that will be Terry's or Beane's call not the fans . How soon they forget how bad it was when every 3 years the Bills had a coaching change even when they brought in proven HC's like Chuck Knox or Phillips which both had winning records & because despite winning records & didn't immediately deliver they got canned . Sure I hate it as bad as any Bills fan to fall short and like any of us hate to see the failures but when I think of what could be with the change and have lived through it I'm not sure if I would rather have the chance of being there every year or falling back into the old ways when the Bills were the laughing stock of the league . In saying that who does that fall on ? Isn't it the OC that draws that stuff up and is entrusted by the HC (which isn't in on the planning of every single play) to do so ? And when it does fail th eHC needs to hold the OC accountable because ultimately its the HC's ass that gets reamed for the loss, so by McD chewing a bit of Brady's ass I think is a good thing he's doing his job & hopefully good change will come from it !!

But when you have a blueprint for success that is proven and don't use it then during he game the calls don't go from the OC to the HC then to the field it goes from the OC to Josh and the personnel calls for those plays are determined by the OC because he is in charge of that up until the time th eHC goes WTF are you doing ?? Yes I agree that everything falls to the HC but in the heat of the game when McD has every one else decision making on his mind and is trying one would think because of the type of HC that I believe he is to right the ship there may be some things that get lost in th e mix . Hell Reid started out this year 0 & 3 and apparently missed some things to put him there . So I don't think there was any acting on McD's part I think a lot of fans here are looking for any thing big or small to get rid of him but maybe that's just me ...

I have a tendency to agree with you but I would love to see Josh get to the big game and bring him the trophy for him, the city and the team but there are those here that think the sky is falling every time a game is lost and forget the resilience of this team and it's staff . I don't understand at times what some of the coaches are thinking Brady being 1 !! He had the highest scoring offend win the league last season and instead of tweaking it he has forgotten what made last year such a success & calls plays like that jet sweep on 3rd & 2 when he has what Josh calls the best 3rd down back in the league in Ty & Cook was getting 5 yds a carry WTF is up with that ??? The weapons are there USE THEM CORRECTLY or remember what you did last season and this to will pass !! The one thing I think our fan base forgets with all of this "Fire McD he's not worth a flip" is what happened to Philly when they fired Reid ? Sure they went back to the play offs but like when the Bills hired rex changes were made by the new coach and they had a losing season and it took time to find another winning coach that fit . And in this fan base the B**CHING would be 10 fold what it is now ! I'm not sure that Josh would need to play hard ball . I feel that if McD is the man I think he is he may do it himself or go to Beane and between the 2 of them clean house as far as some of the coaching staff goes to change the dynamic to give the players more of a challenge . I think they may be becoming complacent with the message and there needs to be a shake up of sorts . I love the winning ut like Marv he left on his own terms and I think that McD would do the same . He has changed this franchise into a winner and brought a ton to this team and the region with the new stadium and all and deserves a certain amount of respect for that . But the last thing I would want to see is this franchise even with Josh make a change and go from making the play offs every year to being the Giants, or worse .

I think it's pretty stupid if that base is being built on American soil & you can say that I'm a dum A** because I never knew that American politicians were that stupid to allow other countries to build military bases on American soil . Well in times like these you have to look for a silver lining & if there has been one that I have noticed one of the rookies picked up this year is turning out to be all that and a bag of chips to boot and that would be Walker . Tha guy was making him self known last night and also helps Ed to be more of a factor when he;s in there ! When Jones got dinged it gave him more playing time and although I'm not a "Football expert" in any way shape of form and if I'm wrong I know y'all aren't afraid to tell me and will let me know . But is Walker looking as good as I think he is ? Last night he was pushing the pile batting balls doing all the things he was suppose to or was I having a flash back to my 70's years ?? I hope they continue to utilize him and he just gets better he may be the next Ted Washington and that's saying a lot I know but I can hope ...

For all the hype that they were given at the beginning of the year neither Palmer or Moore has shown me anything other than the exact reason why they were both available & I think that as I have said Cooper would be a better WR IF he was given the time to develop some chemistry with Josh but he wasn't . I hope they reach out to him and bring him out of retirement because he's better I feel in all ways comparatively speaking to either of those 2 & now that he and Josh had half a season together they might be more comfortable working together because those 2 I don;t see being here long term and would trade them for someone better this week if at all possible ...

I'm starting to think so , He doesn't utilize what he has to their strengths ! No Cook in the passing game and actually using him to much this year I think because oi the contract & Ty being a great back is under utilized in certain situations along with Davis . Knox most of last year was forgotten & this year the same he is a weapon & Hawes has shown he too can be used more then not, Samuel needs to get some go routes if he's the speed guy I've only seen 1 long ball this year but have seen long ball opportunities against the Pats but Josh hasn't seen them . I'm thinking maybe like Bass the marriage blues have infiltrated Josh and his vision has been impaired . But Brady definitely needs to look at rethinking his strategy when it comes to what he has in his arcinavl when It comes to personal .

I don't know if there are any out there but those being Moore & Palmer that were brought in with all this hype sure are not the answer I would rather have them bring Cooper back I think he would be better than either of them . They also need to start using Knox, & Cook more in the passing game . This will probably go as far as Jim Nance, Romo, & the commentating Ref that goes with Nance & Romo to call games pointing out during their call of the Bills - Chiefs game of those bad penalty calls that everybody but the refs saw & the bad ball placement in that game .

I would have to disagree ! Rasul came in and had a bunch of INT's and was a good player especially the first season and was better than average the second season, Cooper came in and made a historic play that will go down in the history books with the Bills Along with some good catches during his time here . Also Cooper came in half way through the season, didn't know the play book, didn't have much if any time to build a chemistry with Josh which is something needed with players becoming comfortable and as far as a trust factor goes . I for one was hoping they brought Cooper back so he would have that time in OTA's and mini camp for he & Josh to develop that chemistry between them and I feel if that would have happened he would have been a much bigger part of the offense and his production would have been much more but for what ever reason they let him walk . I also believe if the Bills would have signed Cooper he would still be playing and not have retired this year . There is a small part of me that would like to see the Bills offer him a spot later in the year and I think he would unretire if they did because this team has that effect on players that come here . Now Benjamin you nailed it that was a total WASTE of anything they gave him but at the time I thought if he would have had the drive to work to his potential it was a good trade but you can't win them all !! But Beane has done a lot better than a bunch of others in the league & for some reason I feel a underlying haters tone to your post & feel you are one that wants both Beane & McD gone if truth be told ...

I went to a friends house to watch the Tennessee game they player the Razorbacks and I would have swore I was watching the last Bills game ! The officials were calling every little penalty against the Vols and letting go a lot of calls that the Razorbacks were committing that were the exact same ones they were calling against the Vols . It doesn't make any sense, if your going to call those against one just be consistent and call it on both it drove me crazy because of the flash back to last week & my buddy was losing his mind because he is a HUGE Vols fan . They need to make these guys accountable in some way to have a certain amount of consistency when calling these games . And if nothing else use another official for review purposes of some sort, I don't know how they could do it but just do it !! In both college and the NFL ...

Have you put in your application yet for a HC ing position in the NFL ? Sounds like you have much more experience & are smarter than those in that position you never know maybe some one in the NFL will see how smart you are and you could have a dream job and take a team to the big game . Just saying !!
