I think in some respects it could be all of the distractions that have came to be in his life that last year . I'm not trying to be a Debby downer but if you look at the similarities between him & Bass after they got married there could be something to it being in their first year of holy matrimony . Then if you add to it all of the commercials that Josh has been asked to be in because of his celebrity status not only because of his playing career but being married to a A list actress it could be part of the problem . Prior to this season for the most part alls Josh has to worry about was Football as number 1, going home after football and feeding the dog, then football, and date night with his now wife, but this season his attention is split in many different directions and his biggest focus one would think would be on being married . Bass has went through the same thing after his marriage his production went down last year and now he's pulling groin muscles so what does that say in and of itself 🤔 🤣 Just kidding of course but something has changed and neither seem to be as focused on the task at hand ! Matter of fact there has been times when Josh has been sitting on the sideline he just has this blank stare and there is no veteran leadership from him going up and down the side line pumping up his other team mates telling them they can get this done it's like his emotion is all but gone at times & in those times when the team is down is when those guys need to be pumping others up . I will say that Diggs was one to do that and we even saw it in the Pats game and I have yet to see anyone on the Bills side line taking up that roll or that type of leadership which is something that is needed and missed on this team ...

I think Gabe could at least give more to the team in production than Moore has, I hope they bring Gabe in after the by and use Moore as a trade to get another player here that can add to the team because to this point Moors has shown me little bit of nothing from the hype they gave him when they signed him .

I think it was more that the lack of time to develop a chemistry with Josh & Brady didn't scheme him into the offense very well, I think he had something to give to the team and I think he would probably if given the time to work with Josh could give more than either of the 2 WR's the Bills got this year . Moore has shown pretty much nothing and Palmer has flashed but that's about it which tells me all I need to know of the why they were both available when the Bills were looking to add to the WR room ... It wouldn't hurt my feelings if Beane talked Cooper out of retirement I think if they would have offered him something to come back to the Bills he would still be playing .

I think that Babich should be looked at heavily this D has of the most part been the problem and although Babich was a real good assistant for LB hrs, CB's and such he's not a D coordinator I don't think . Something needs to happen to send quakes through the team to let every one know this kind of play is not expectable .

He did a much better job I feel when he was calling the D of that season ...

90 & 46 regular season record 7 & 7 in the post season, you are as bad as Ralph firing Phillips & Knox the only 2 HC's that won anything while a HC with the Bills . So who then does your brilliance suggest they replace him with that would keep the team at least where it is and make it better ? Inquiring minds want to know !!!

Seeing the production of Bernard vs Edmunds I am glad Edmunds is with the Bears Bernard is much more instinctive and his production for the money has dwarfed what Edmunds did while here . I wish Bernard was built more like Edmunds with his instincts that would be a awesome thing but I'll take him as he is . Just a much better player of the money !!

And that is exactly why McD said something to Brady because it has happened a couple or 3 times and he is letting him know about it which is doing his job of being the HC !!

Circumstances be damned ! I in my heart of hearts I believe that last year the Bills would have went to the SB but in HUGE part because of the officiating and the fact IMHO the NFL in part wanted to see the Chiefs pull of the 3 peat, our team was put in a position that no matter what they did or how good they played they weren't going to win . No matter what the announcers of the game saw, the ex official in the booth with Romo & Nance saw, or all of the wrong calls being made that the entire audience along with the Bills fan base saw them get screwed out of advancing because the chosen one needed to advance . JMHO !!!

We will have to agree to disagree . I think McD does look in the mirror & has learned from every mistake that has been made while in his position weather it be his or someone under him, if not I think Frazier would still be here & Dorcey would be too, but he saw the things they did that were wrong in certain situations learned From them and made the changes that he felt needed to be made as HC a & didn't linger on them . The thing that people don't look at or take into consideration is things like, how long did it take Reid to win his first SB, how many times did he fail to learn what it takes to be That Guy ? Okay I won't sit here and say that I want McD to take that long but so many here take any of that into consideration and just IMHO want to throw all of the success out the window just because of falling short . Yes if it continues something needs to change but that will be Terry's or Beane's call not the fans . How soon they forget how bad it was when every 3 years the Bills had a coaching change even when they brought in proven HC's like Chuck Knox or Phillips which both had winning records & because despite winning records & didn't immediately deliver they got canned . Sure I hate it as bad as any Bills fan to fall short and like any of us hate to see the failures but when I think of what could be with the change and have lived through it I'm not sure if I would rather have the chance of being there every year or falling back into the old ways when the Bills were the laughing stock of the league . I could be wrong but only time will tell . I guess I'm just venting sorry . I here so much negativity here it just get's me off on a tangent . Forgive me for using you as my release !!

In saying that who does that fall on ? Isn't it the OC that draws that stuff up and is entrusted by the HC (which isn't in on the planning of every single play) to do so ? And when it does fail th eHC needs to hold the OC accountable because ultimately its the HC's ass that gets reamed for the loss, so by McD chewing a bit of Brady's ass I think is a good thing he's doing his job & hopefully good change will come from it !!

But when you have a blueprint for success that is proven and don't use it then during he game the calls don't go from the OC to the HC then to the field it goes from the OC to Josh and the personnel calls for those plays are determined by the OC because he is in charge of that up until the time th eHC goes WTF are you doing ?? Yes I agree that everything falls to the HC but in the heat of the game when McD has every one else decision making on his mind and is trying one would think because of the type of HC that I believe he is to right the ship there may be some things that get lost in th e mix . Hell Reid started out this year 0 & 3 and apparently missed some things to put him there . So I don't think there was any acting on McD's part I think a lot of fans here are looking for any thing big or small to get rid of him but maybe that's just me ...

Well McD could stand back and watch and do nothing like some folks do or at least say something instead of just standing there and doing nothing ! At least by saying something it shows that he has Terrys back rather than just sitting back watching someone else take charge . But maybe that's just me ...

I have a tendency to agree with you but I would love to see Josh get to the big game and bring him the trophy for him, the city and the team but there are those here that think the sky is falling every time a game is lost and forget the resilience of this team and it's staff . I don't understand at times what some of the coaches are thinking Brady being 1 !! He had the highest scoring offend win the league last season and instead of tweaking it he has forgotten what made last year such a success & calls plays like that jet sweep on 3rd & 2 when he has what Josh calls the best 3rd down back in the league in Ty & Cook was getting 5 yds a carry WTF is up with that ??? The weapons are there USE THEM CORRECTLY or remember what you did last season and this to will pass !! The one thing I think our fan base forgets with all of this "Fire McD he's not worth a flip" is what happened to Philly when they fired Reid ? Sure they went back to the play offs but like when the Bills hired rex changes were made by the new coach and they had a losing season and it took time to find another winning coach that fit . And in this fan base the B**CHING would be 10 fold what it is now ! This fan base is like the wife that is never happy during menopause, always complaining no matter what you give them or how nice something is they gotta B**CH about it !! I'm not sure that Josh would need to play hard ball . I feel that if McD is the man I think he is he may do it himself or go to Beane and between the 2 of them clean house as far as some of the coaching staff goes to change the dynamic to give the players more of a challenge . I think they may be becoming complacent with the message and there needs to be a shake up of sorts . I love the winning ut like Marv he left on his own terms and I think that McD would do the same . He has changed this franchise into a winner and brought a ton to this team and the region with the new stadium and all and deserves a certain amount of respect for that . But the last thing I would want to see is this franchise even with Josh make a change and go from making the play offs every year to being the Giants, or worse .

I think it's pretty stupid if that base is being built on American soil & you can say that I'm a dum A** because I never knew that American politicians were that stupid to allow other countries to build military bases on American soil . I know we do it all the time because everyone considered the US the Sheriff of the world but never thought we as a country allowed it here .

I agree to a point not sure why they hare not doing what made them so successful last season but it seems as though they have went away from most all that they did do last year and it makes NO sense what so ever . Well in times like these you have to look for a silver lining & if there has been one that I have noticed one of the rookies picked up this year is turning out to be all that and a bag of chips to boot and that would be Walker . Tha guy was making him self known last night and also helps Ed to be more of a factor when he;s in there ! When Jones got dinged it gave him more playing time and although I'm not a "Football expert" in any way shape of form and if I'm wrong I know y'all aren't afraid to tell me and will let me know . But is Walker looking as good as I think he is ? Last night he was pushing the pile batting balls doing all the things he was suppose to or was I having a flash back to my 70's years ?? I hope they continue to utilize him and he just gets better he may be the next Ted Washington and that's saying a lot I know but I can hope ...

For all the hype that they were given at the beginning of the year neither Palmer or Moore has shown me anything other than the exact reason why they were both available & I think that as I have said Cooper would be a better WR IF he was given the time to develop some chemistry with Josh but he wasn't . I hope they reach out to him and bring him out of retirement because he's better I feel in all ways comparatively speaking to either of those 2 & now that he and Josh had half a season together they might be more comfortable working together because those 2 I don;t see being here long term and would trade them for someone better this week if at all possible ...

I'm starting to think so , He doesn't utilize what he has to their strengths ! No Cook in the passing game and actually using him to much this year I think because oi the contract & Ty being a great back is under utilized in certain situations along with Davis . Knox most of last year was forgotten & this year the same he is a weapon & Hawes has shown he too can be used more then not, Samuel needs to get some go routes if he's the speed guy I've only seen 1 long ball this year but have seen long ball opportunities against the Pats but Josh hasn't seen them . I'm thinking maybe like Bass the marriage blues have infiltrated Josh and his vision has been impaired . But Brady definitely needs to look at rethinking his strategy when it comes to what he has in his arcinavl when It comes to personal .

I don't know if there are any out there but those being Moore & Palmer that were brought in with all this hype sure are not the answer I would rather have them bring Cooper back I think he would be better than either of them . They also need to start using Knox, & Cook more in the passing game . After watching that game and the Chiefs doing what they did to the Lions the Chiefs are getting back into their usual selves and all on their schedule need to take notice and prepare because they will be in for a fight ...
