Well seeing as if I heard correctly on the news some numerous other countries wanting to come to DC and talk with the president about changing their tariffs against the US I'd say probably not very soon . The only bad thing is that because China basically OWNS the US given all that we ignorantly have allowed them to take over by allowing our manufacturing companies to move there all in the name of greed & because of the "Global Economy" mind set it will probably have a definite influence on certain things that we purchase . But one way we can help is try to not buy products produced in China and look for other products produced else where . By us standing in unison or united we stand with what is trying to be done instead of being divided we stand it will make our demands known and change will come sooner rather than later ... But I don't see that happening because TDS is alive and well and the American public cannot agree to come together on much of anything now days .

Reading some of the reply's here specifically about the resigning of our center McGovern, which I hope it doesn't happen ! SVPG could be that guy, but I would think Beane and Kromer especially would want him to be a part of the team going forward . But there are teams out there in need of a very good young center and might want him in a trade, that being said after trading Wyatt Teller to the Browns only to see him become a pro bowl talent one would hope that a lesson was learned from that and that those here wouldn't pull a Giant type mistake again ...

And who wouldn't want to be a part of what the Bills have to offer ? I mean you have been in the play offs every year since McD showed up and players can see it even if fans can't . There is a brand new stadium being built that will be according to those that build these places one of a kind when it comes to being special, not only in the structure it self but in the team that will inhabit it for the next forever ! You have ownership that isn't afraid to give those in charge what ever it is that they need to continue to win and spend money to keep those here to help in that process ! It could be a good thing that all of the hype is on Grant and not as much on Harmon, I'm sure other teams see Harmon in the same light but if more light is shining on Grant that means there is a better possibility of Harmon being available later in round 1 and we know Beane ain't scared to move to get the guy he wants !! I remember standing at a counter in a local store buying ammo, a man and his wife that had just moved here explaining how they got sick and tired of Cali and all the liberal BS out there and had to come to a place that was much more conservative and used some common sense when it came to gov't !! Then because of that common sense shortly after a few more companies decided to move here which brought the need for more employees and housing then the glut was on !! Realtors started jacking up prices because of the demand and basically auctioning off houses, that along with the tripling of lumber prices caused a 2100 sq ft house after construction to cost $650k ! It's totally ridiculous but the market will right it self just like 08 but these people are just to greedy/stupid to see that they will be the cause of it . But when it does that will give you another thing to blame on Trump and no the true cause of the problem - same as it ever was !!!

Hey Num nuts do you think that it could have anything at all to do with the fact that when there was a tripled increase in the price of lumber during the pandemic because of so called supply chain disruptions, and the lumber companies raising the price by 3 times and leaving them there because they loved the extra money and to bringing the price back down ? Or the fact that the realtors are now basically auctioning off houses and have put their real estate standards aside from years ago ? Use to be you could only talk to 1 buyer at a time now they encourage 3 & 4 clients to start bidding wars to get the prices to go up or they just flat out hire a auctioneering company and action off property to the highest bidder driving the prices up . Then there is in the Nashville area something that you know nothing about, a state with low taxes and companies coming to the area, many wanting to build their companies here then bringing many employees because of lower or NO state taxes . The fact that there is plenty of employment opportunities and with the influx people needing housing so in this area supply and demand is a thing for sure . Then add to that those coming from NY, Cali, and other states that have the highest taxes in the nation those moving wanting to keep more of their money for them selves so they get out of their home states ignorant tax policies and move to a state with a common sense look at things .
