I remember standing at a counter in a local store buying ammo, a man and his wife that had just moved here explaining how they got sick and tired of Cali and all the liberal BS out there and had to come to a place that was much more conservative and used some common sense when it came to gov't !! Then because of that common sense shortly after a few more companies decided to move here which brought the need for more employees and housing then the glut was on !! Realtors started jacking up prices because of the demand and basically auctioning off houses, that along with the tripling of lumber prices caused a 2100 sq ft house after construction to cost $650k ! It's totally ridiculous but the market will right it self just like 08 but these people are just to greedy/stupid to see that they will be the cause of it . But when it does that will give you another thing to blame on Trump and no the true cause of the problem - same as it ever was !!!

First by seeing the BS and cutting straight through the center of it !! Hey Num nuts do you think that it could have anything at all to do with the fact that when there was a tripled increase in the price of lumber during the pandemic because of so called supply chain disruptions, and the lumber companies raising the price by 3 times and leaving them there because they loved the extra money and to bringing the price back down ? Or the fact that the realtors are now basically auctioning off houses and have put their real estate standards aside from years ago ? Use to be you could only talk to 1 buyer at a time now they encourage 3 & 4 clients to start bidding wars to get the prices to go up or they just flat out hire a auctioneering company and action off property to the highest bidder driving the prices up . Then there is in the Nashville area something that you know nothing about, a state with low taxes and companies coming to the area, many wanting to build their companies here then bringing many employees because of lower or NO state taxes . The fact that there is plenty of employment opportunities and with the influx people needing housing so in this area supply and demand is a thing for sure . Then add to that those coming from NY, Cali, and other states that have the highest taxes in the nation those moving wanting to keep more of their money for them selves so they get out of their home states ignorant tax policies and move to a state with a common sense look at things .

Manufactures have now figure and figured into how long products should last in order for them to fail so they can continually make a profit no matter if it's a spatula or a automobile . I was just talking with someone in law enforcement and their vehicles have had a number of their cars that reach 40K miles and the motors just come apart and then trying to get them fixed took one car a yr plus to get a motor and get it put back into service . But I have things that were made in America that are over 40yrs old when people uses to actually GAS about how and what they did when they worked . I was actually a victim of this . It's a minute to Toronto, then you have to factor in crossing the boarder which would take e a bunch of extra time and effort I would imagine that they may stay in Ontario right across the bridge would be closer but still not real sure but Toronto is IMHO a bit of a drive to have to make that for 3 days in a row but NFL fans are pretty rabid about their teams so one never knows .

I've heard one of the knocks that Buffalo has against it as far as hosting any of the big NFL happenings is that they don't have enough hotel space to house all of the fans that would partake in this type of event, I don't know that to be true . I no longer live in the area but if it draws as many fans as it has in the past drafts does the Buffalo and surrounding area have enough places to house the influx of fans that would come to such an event ? One would think that this may be something that the NFL looks at as a piece of the puzzle that would have a influence on the draft being a successful & you know that Roger isn't going to do anything that would in any way make the NFL look out of place especially in or near his home town . WE know there are plenty of spots that you would have to drive some distance but are there enough hotels near OP or very close to that area around the stadium ?? If it was a down town venue where they could set up by the water and such might be a add but the amount of people that would come from Toronto, Rochester, and possibly even the Cleveland area not to mention all of the other fans would be crazy ! We. know the Bills fans would have their campers for the duration and it would be a huge party but as for the rest of the fans ????????????

Greg Cosell said Nolen was in his opinion is the best DT or at the top of the list as 1 of the best in this draft so I would go with his expertise over my fan based opinion if he is there at our pick .
