If he’s $17M+ like another posted, that’s more than I think this team should be willing to spend on him. Yes he’s been really good, but this regime seems to have a knack for find and replace in the defensive secondary. Spend that money elsewhere.

I’ve loved the last two games but trying not to get too excited about the team yet. If they beat or even stomp on the Ravens this Sunday night, thinking that’ll be confirmation this team is for real.

Apparently when Marshawn wasn’t busy hitting pedestrians and was hitting up the bars in Buffalo, he’d literally sneak his own flask into the bar and drink from that, versus buy or even have his drinks paid for by the bar owners. He’s a unique guy.

I’d argue Daniels is already a better passing QB than Lamar has ever been. The college stats back that up, we’ll see if that continues for Daniels in the pro game. I’d be surprised if Daniels is ever the runner that Lamar is, but there aren’t many that can say that. Time will tell.

Of all the QBs drafted this year, Daniels’ college tape reminded me ALOT of Josh.

Last night the spread crept from -6 to -5 as the game approached. And then the Bills spanked the Jags. I think the betting public is doing the same thing with the Ravens, thinking the “reigning” MVP has his back against the wall and his team needs the win. And yes, the Ravens will have the benefit of home field. Also, it is too bad we won’t have Taron or Bernard because I think they’d help big time on the contain, although I think McD and Babich will scheme up something that will work well enough. BUT, even if nothing works to stop Lamar & Henry, we should all have a lot of the faith that Josh and this offense can go toe-to-toe with anyone, if needed. I think Josh is going to REALLY want this game, and the team seems to be following his lead wherever he’s going. This reminds me of when MJ finally started to win championships with the Bulls, he figured out how to raise the level of play of his teammates and everyone stepped up in their roles.

I don’t think he stops until he gets enough.

As I’ve been saying, I think Josh is as motivated as he has ever been, between Lamar winning MVP last season, Diggs chirping his mouth, the league calling him overrated, and just wanting to bring a Super Bowl to Buffalo. He has a chance in the next three games to take down Lamar in primetime (Collinsworth will be ball washing our guy 🤮), take down Diggs a week later, and then stop any talk of the Jets & Aaron Rodgers being a threat. This is a really tough stretch and we’ve seen the Bills start hot before, but a lot feels different this year. That aside, would really love to get Taron and Bernard back this week, as they both would do wonders to help stop Lamar & Henry. If we can keep their running game in check, thinking we should win this Sunday night.

When and why? I wouldn’t touch a thing about this offense at this point in the season. They’re clicking as better as ever, plus Josh and Knox are as close as any of the guys on the team.
