  1. In other news, TBD users currently monitoring the situation too
  2. Right, and Pickens is a head case, last thing I’d want to add to our WR room. If Steelers traded for Adams, it’s to add to their WR room, not to then trade away the best young talented WR on their team. I think BBB has told the Raiders he’s willing to part with one of our 2nds, but he’s going to need their help on the cash side. And has said if you don’t get a 2nd rounder from one of these other teams, give me a call.
  3. I actually think the D has more upside than downside. We’ve been battling the injury bug, but hopefully getting Rapp and Taron back this week. Not sure about Oliver, and we know Milano is going to be awhile. Von will be back after the next 3 games. Meanwhile, we’ve got some younger guys (Dorian, Carter, Bishop) that have lots of room to continue growing and getting better. Granted more injuries a likely still ahead, but in a month, it’s possible we’re feeling really good about this D and just waiting on Milano to be back.
  4. Not sure what the 2026 conditional 3rd would be dependent on, but I would at least consider the 2025 2nd if they can make the salary cap numbers work. It’s essentially us trading Diggs for Adams at that point, aside from whatever their contract differences are beyond this season.
  5. I’m high on Bishop’s athleticism, but letting up big plays isn’t going to help him earn the starting gig over Rapp. As much as I can’t stand Rapp’s wreckless hits.
  6. Has anyone pointed out where Davante Adams grew up and played college ball? Played high school ball in the Bay Area, about two hours from Firebaugh. Then played college ball at Fresno St, about 50 minutes from Firebaugh. Josh just needs to make a little Northern California pitch to Davante and convince him that Buffalo is where he wants to be. The GMs then figure out all the numbers - Boom, welcome to Buffalo, Mr. Adams.
  7. Irony if Davante ends up with us because the Chiefs injure Carr.
  8. Does Saleh have magic healing powers?
  9. That didn’t take long 😆
  10. Hackett must have the nuclear codes and secrets of the NFL powers that be. I know he is always tied to Rodgers and nepotism is a real thing too, but the only time this guy has ever run a successful NFL offense was with Rodgers in his prime. The guy is made of teflon.
  11. This thread title needs a n.
  12. I voted “Yes”. Every decision he makes isn’t going to be perfect, and even though he’s yet bring us a Super Bowl team, I have a lot of faith in him being able to do that job as well as anyone else out there. Several on this board love to criticize his draft picks early, only for these players to develop beyond their draft positions and contribute to this team winning division titles every year. We just need to get over the hump in the playoffs at this point, which I believe Beane can continue to position us for.
  13. Why not Hackett?? 😃😃😃
  14. Sounds like my golf game. If one part of my game is doing well, some other area is falling apart.
  15. Sorry Einstein, it’s still a downside of wasting a challenge in the earlier part of the game.
  16. I never said he’d need 3 😎
  17. With the help of the zebras 😉
  18. Another downside of challenging in the first half is also that you are left with only one challenge the rest of the game, rather than two.
  19. As long as Josh is QB, anything less than a Super Bowl win is not good enough in my book.
  20. If people thought Diggs was a headache, Pickens would be a full-blown aneurism.
  21. I think the Raiders should prefer the Vikings pick, since in theory by adding Davante, the Bills should have a better season than without him. But yeah, if the Raiders think the Vikes will keep it up and Davante won’t take the Bills to the next level, guess they should want the Bills pick instead.
  22. Should have been shocked, but nothing really shocks me as a Bills fan anymore, especially with this regime by now. So much for being a team that is “committed to running the ball, even when the other team expects it.” They build their offense around running the ball, they’re successful doing it all day, and then they get scared to try and pound the rock when they’re pinned against their own goal line. I’m sure McD and Brady will “discuss further” afterward.
