  1. They’re lulling their opponents into a false sense of security, like a cat playing with a mouse.
  2. Davante looks like he is regretting his choice of team
  3. Jets gotta problem
  4. Live and die by the dagger
  5. The good thing is we have time to decide. We have other key contracts expiring at the end of next season as well: Benford, Bernard, Shakir, Cook, AJE. We’ll also have time to see how guys like Solomon are progressing. But at the least, I’d think the team would plan to either resign Rousseau or AJE beyond next season, and I think they’d prioritize Rousseau over AJE. But, that all probably depends how the two of them perform at least the rest of this season, they stay healthy, etc.
  6. I’m obsessed with the NFL and watch every game I can, even with things like poor officiating. So they’ve definitely got me on the hook.
  7. The isn’t TOO bold, but Miami beats Indy to get to 3-3 and hang in the playoff picture.
  8. Fitz just made his SB prediction - Bills v Packers 💯
  9. I’d rather hear nails on the chalkboard than that interview again, both Jerry Jones and the interviewers.
  10. Is it transportable to another city?
  11. Can Adams maybe play the Josh Allen role?
  12. Thank you. I don’t know why anyone is thinking there are Pro Bowl kickers available and just hanging out on the streets. As for Bass all the sudden becoming consistent again just bc we signed some guy on the PS, do people think he’s been trying to miss or not understanding his job? Hopefully Bass can clean up whatever’s been plaguing him, but it’s not like this sends some message he isn’t already aware of.
  13. I think the OP is saying that Beane wouldn’t have made this move for Cooper if we weren’t closer to being SB bound than the OP believes, and that Beane must know that Von is closer to his 2022 form than Von showed in the first four games this season. And if Von truly is at his 2022 form, then the OP’s original assessment of where this team was without Cooper was flawed to begin with. That’s my interpretation.
  14. Agreed, love their wings, nice and crispy.
  15. Hamlin is definitely not as athletic as Bishop and doesn’t have the upside on that front. Hamlin took a bad angle and then got outrun by Derrick Henry, and made a horrible play on the Hail Mary the other night. But I’ll trust McD’s judgment on when a guy is ready to take over in a role. Bishop can also get up to speed via reps in practicing and further learning the system. If Bishop is constantly giving up TDs in games, is that going to be good for his confidence when he’s getting beat up by the fans and media? It was a shock when he started Benford over Elam in their rookie seasons, but it appears McD properly assessed who was more ready to play in his system.
  16. Okay, well I guess it’s settled, Bishop will never amount to anything for this team.
  17. Bernard was easily fooled during limited playing time his rookie year too. He hasn’t turned out too badly, huh?
  18. Him getting burnt by Nico Collins when he got the chance to start didn’t help his case to earn more playing time not that Rapp is back. Give it time though, the guy has the athletic tools and likely will earn more playing time eventually. Bernard hardly played his rookie year, as one example.
  19. Need Harrison Mevis to counter KC’s Harrison Butker
  20. I think Cooper will be active, although if he isn’t in favor of Shavers for Sunday, we still should win no problem. MVS was essentially doing nothing anyway, so replacing MVS with Shavers in the lineup probably has no impact on an outcome versus the Titans.
  21. I’d say close between all the guys mentioned (Dion, Milano, Tre, Taron & Gilmore). Injuries obviously hold back the cases for Milano & Tre, although both have arguably performed at higher levels for the Bills too than Dawkins. Gilmore obviously disappointing he only played a small part of his career here and I’m not really a fan of the guy, but he definitely played up to where he was drafted by being considered one of the top corners in the game for awhile.
  22. My view of Diggs’ at this point is he was effectively acting as the alpha in the room. And even though his intentions were good (wants to win more than anyone), it ultimately was creating a severely negative vibe and also not allowing Josh to lead in his own way. Both Diggs and Josh are extremely competitive guys, but their fundamental personalities and beliefs in how to get there are way different.
