  1. Before they just cut Tre outright, I think they discuss a restructuring to a level that would be more in line with his new market coming off injury, With Knox, I think they consider his value in more than just being a pass catching TE, but his blocking ability too. As for Von, depends his level of play by end of the season. But they’re kind of screwed there no matter what.
  2. Given morale is rightfully low today, I just wanted to bump this video from a couple years back. Team had just lost to NE in Primetime at home, was 7-6, and staring at not winning division or making playoffs. NE broadcasters were talking a bunch of smack, saying stick a fork in this team, and then this team found its identity and looked like one of the best teams in the league for several weeks in a row. My point is with Josh Allen and some of the talent still around him, we might feel a whole lot different about this team one month from now versus today. Whether that happens or not, I always enjoy revisiting this video and the smugness of these guys being proven totally wrong.
  3. Bold prediction: Once Linval Joseph is on the field more and Douglas is in at CB full-time, the rest of our DL will look way better. This defense has been reeling from the injuries, AND playing against an elite QB like Burrow did not help. Hosting Russell Wilson on MNF and then Zach Wilson seem like a great get-right spots for this D-line.
  4. If we can’t beat the likes of the Eagles or Chiefs in a few weeks, well then we’re just pretenders anyway. But it ain’t over yet.
  5. I’d be curious to see how he ranks on per snap basis, versus the likes of Peterman and other NFL junkies that have essentially worked their way out of enough playing time to lead in a stat like this.
  6. @Italian Bills - Is it too much to ask you to wave your magic wand again, and predict that we will win the rest of our games this season? There is so much doom and gloom today, this fanbase needs some hope and something to rally around.
  7. Collinsworth was adamant about the tripping call too, which would have at least put us in FG position and stopped the clock.
  8. When is anyone going to mention Playoff Lenny? Guy is going to be Josh’s best friend in that backfield.
  9. Even with a tough schedule down the stretch, if we can’t make a run with that tough schedule, well then how were we ever going to make a run in the playoffs? So let’s start with a regular season run now.
  10. I heard it’s because his breath smells.
  11. You know the refs are bad when you find yourself actually agreeing with Cris Collinsworth all evening. I feel like hell has frozen over.
  12. Well Kincaid also fumbled at the ten and we got screwed on at least a few calls by the refs. So I’d argue it truly was a close game.
  13. So much for a hopeful future 😝. Man, that was probably our toughest game all regular season. We’re 5-4 now, and time will tell, but I think we’re gonna make a run still.
  14. For everyone saying the Bills are done, we just lost by less than a TD to one of the other top AFC teams in their place on a Sunday night. Their crowd was as loud as any I can remember for an opposing team. Sucks to be 5-4, but don’t count this team out yet. We win the next two (DEN & NYJ), who cares about Philly, and then beat KC out of the bye, we will be at worst 8-5, feeling good and ready for our stretch run. We were 7-6 just two years ago, ended up winning the division and were only 13 seconds from hosting the AFC Championship. Anyone throwing in the towel already can get lost!
  15. I like your confidence in starting this thread. Will you still be around here, even though the window is closed?
  16. Lol, well we need to bring the Punt God back in that case.
  17. Tell me about it. As mediocre as we’ve been the past month, I will be SHOCKED if Zach Wilson comes into Buffalo and beats us there. Playing the Bengals in Cincy in Primetime may end up being our toughest game in all of the regular season. Their crowd sounded juiced tonight, Burrow is back in form, and their coaching staff is great too. With that said, I’m hopeful this team is starting to find its offensive identity and can rally around some of the recent reinforcements.
  18. On the bright side, the Dolphins lost today too 👍👍👍
  19. Kincaid is the WR2 now. But agree that the WR3 is still unclear…
  20. It was better for NFL for Bengals to win tonight.
