  1. Yes, high of 38, 42% chance of rain. Most notably, wind forecast is down to 8 mph. Gotta like that.
  2. Yes, there is a great deal of data out there, that projects several different futures. One presidential candidate in 2000 predicted we would all be drowning by now. Looking further back, I remember data projecting the coming ice age, https://history.aip.org/climate/cycles.htm but please, impress me again by typing the word “science”.
  3. I actually think there is a good deal of evidence to suggest the Bills can win comfortably in NE. With the exception of one run (which certainly mattered) the Bills handled NE’s run game just fine. The Bills generated multiple, high level opportunities to win the game, against the wind, in the 4th quarter. We were better and simply blew it. It took a perfect storm (figuratively and literally) for us to lose to them.
  4. I am forever optimistic. May you and I both (along with all Bills fans) have a very Merry Christmas.
  5. Living in Boston, the local narrative goes like this: Hey, your quarterback (they don't even know his name) is pretty good! Last year happened because of all the COVID opt outs and it was our first year without Tommy. Now we're back and your Bills are back where they belong. You guys, with all your enthusiasm, are cute. Of course, if NE sweeps us, there is nothing I can say in response.
  6. Jesus Christ, yes. I didn’t question climate change or global warming. I asked if the poster had any real information to back his/her claims of long-term weather predictions (there currently are none) for Orchard Park, where the stadium will be built. That is a legitimate question. Which, by the way, has not yet been answered.
  7. I didn’t question climate change or global warming. I asked if the poster had any real information to back his/her claims of long-term weather predictions for Orchard Park and the deterioration of concrete at Highmark. Neither question, BTW, was answered by your Google 101 cut & paste. The poster, not me, brought these items into the conversation. Sorry to have stepped into your religion. But no, I will not conform my posts to your hyper-sensitive reading limitations. Thank you. I had not seen this and is why I asked.
  8. So, as per the poster’s assertions, we know that Buffalo will have a wetter climate? I have not read any geographic-specific weather predictions associated with climate change. I also have not read anything about Highmark’s concrete (due to being saturated?) degradation. Those were the central pieces of my question. But, because you type the word “science” in your response, I am supposed to bow down to your faux intellect. Science IS about asking questions, not thought suppression.
  9. Can you provide more info for the bolded to let us know these significant statements are factual?
  10. I understand what you’re saying. But, you are mistaken with a failed analogy. I played rugby for (f***, I’m old) 30 years. With one official for 30 players on the field, rugby relies on player enforcement. That doesn’t work in the NFL. Seven referees and video review sees and calls everything. Diggs can’t rake the defender. It is a different reality. All that said, the rugger inside me wishes Diggs had stomped his sorry @$$.
  11. I don't have a problem with this at all. If anything, it shows that the Pats are savoring the victory because they respect us. If the Bills need any extra emotion for 12/26, all they need do is look in the mirror and think about execution.
  12. I graduated from high school before Mac Jones’ parents were born.
  13. Before moving to Boston, I was a season ticket holder for 11 years and hated Sunday and Monday night games. I wouldn't get to bed until 2 a.m. At my age, I couldn't recover until Thursday. Give me Sunday at 1:00 every time. That's Buffalo football. I hope y'all have a great time tonight! 😁
  14. Thank you for the coffee-through-my-nose moment this morning. 😁
  15. It will be fun to watch. Normally, I watch the Bills play while sipping a glass of bourbon for enjoyment. Monday night, I will be sipping it (or two) medicinally, to prevent a heart attack.
  16. I have always been, through the TBD debate, an Edmunds supporter. With the way the year has gone, we are in a bit of a jam. While not insurmountable, the Bills have serious work to do over the final weeks. Defensively, especially after losing White, I think Edmunds is the guy who can, and will, lead us to dominance.
  17. Horrible Harry is a Stanford graduate with a double major in Sociology and Science, Technology and Society. You Sir, have very high standards.
  18. I don’t disagree with this. But, I will say that I really don’t give a crap if the announcers are shocked.
