The only 2019 mock draft I’ve seen. They’ve got the Bills 3rd and picking an OT, but after this game, I don’t see us anywhere but drafting #1

The number of plays out of the shotgun formation is the red herring that not only does the GM/HC know that we have a subpar OL, they don’t intend to do anything to address it this season. Apparently the process doesn’t include protecting the most important position. And presumably the top picks in the next draft will go to DL. It doesn’t inspire much confidence. Unless McDermott’c clapping can revive both Tinkerbell AND the floundering careers of our penalty ridden OL, the most productive time spent this season on Sundays will be speculating on next years draft.

It was only a matter of time before there was yet another thread pining for Fitzpatrick. The ex that some on this board just can’t quit. It’s not enough to merely Facebook stalk, you just have to declare your love! Why can’t we just start over? Remember the good times when the FO grossly overpaid you? That comeback against the Raiders? But inevitablely the bad times slip back into memory. All those one hop passes like tennis serves to WRs, not living up to a huge contract, choosing to go be TENs backup for less money. But he can change, we can change, it could work out. Haven’t you seen the automatic commment on this site for the past month? It’s just preseason! Preseason is when the LBs suck against vanilla offenses and our OL gets shoved around. I suppose as a diabolical plan to fool only our week 1 opponent into thinking we suck more than we actually do. Of course the surprise only works once but it will be worth it.

I assume this has been hashed out in a previous thread a long time ago. Secondly, how any English speaker can make it through the first sentence without a aneurism is beyond me. How does one miss a bad pass? Shouldn’t all bad passes be missed? And if it was a bad pass, why would it have been for a touchdown? It being a bad pass would preclude it from being a touchdown, right? Or wouldn’t every pass be for a touchdown, since that’s the goal?

Really took the old adage “You miss every shot you don’t take” and made it into “Don’t miss a shot to give your hot take.”
