  1. unfortunately I think your right. Wow, but former NFL players saying he should be gone for the rest of the season, so perhaps it happens. Keyshawn Johnson is pissed.
  2. Can someone on the Browns stop Garrett from talking. He's not helping himself.
  3. Garrett not even saying if Rudolph said something to him. Which, really, if your a defensive player, you let a QB get to you like that.
  4. When NFL teams have players like this with temper issues, don't they have therapists or something they can see??
  5. "I'm not smart enough....just say what you are asking."
  6. Kitchens is pissed at Garrett, as he should be. Someone just asked him if Garrett was provoked, and he's like, "there is no excuse....."
  7. from Sports Center it sounds like the refs let the game get out of hand also with headshots, etc.
  8. how is Garrett such an idiot. His team WON a big game. Just walk away from whatever. WOW.
  9. Wow, all the Browns players not defending Garrett. Baker basically called Garrett an idiot, which he is. Hitting Rudolph in the head with a helmet is just moronic. He should be suspended for the rest of the year. I would imagine Pouncy gets like a game or a fine for the kicking of Garrett in the head.
  10. don't even need to stack the box. I think Daboll is scared to run anyway, and when he's not, he's running right up the middle. Time to get Motor 20 carries and have Allen hit some downfield passes for once.
  11. sad, but likely true. man, that is tough. But there is a silver lining I suppose: I started watching the year before the SB years. I never had any idea how bad the Bills were prior, or what was coming afterward. After those year, I expected to make the playoffs, or find a QB. And watching so many of the teams that were bad during our SB years (Tampa and the Pats) or teams we routinely beat (Denver, Pittsburgh) win Super Bowls afterward made it hard to watch sometimes!
  12. would also like to see more passes to the man in your emoji!
  13. I'd like to see him get the ball more in intermediate routes. Although with his style of play, having him on a CB could be good. He gets the ball, trucks the CB and gains another 5-20 yards after the catch. Esp. in the red-zone.
  14. well, there would be a benefit to that. He gets here and does well, we win. He gets here and sucks, he is exposed as a system QB. Win win. !
  15. what you did to Virgil's quote is hilarious!
  16. well, Brady is also bad with the deep ball now, but on a 2-3 year deal I'd be okay with any veteran QB. He could help Allen with pre-snap reads, etc. Would be a good vet starter. Plus, all the 15 yard penalties we would get when another team gets near him. Farve had a few good years left after leaving Green Bay. I'd also go after Teddy B, but that would be less mentorship of JA and a competition scenario, which might be better overall because Brady could come here, and JA could still play like he has this year (subpar by any metric), once Brady retires.
  17. some great stuff here. I'd even make the regular season shorter (keep at 16), put in 2 bye weeks, if it means we can have more playoff teams. Love the excitement of the playoffs. Not sure I like eliminating the franchise tag. Perhaps can only use it once at a higher rate? Provides some nice drama. (will the player sit, etc.) Very much like no re-working 1st contracts unless incentives are met. Not sure how I feel about the divisional games only once. Perhaps play 1/2 the division twice and add a few more non-divisional teams. Like not playing MIA or Jets twice would be losing a hated rival. I could do with playing the Pats*** once, even when they eventually go back to irrelevance.
  18. Daboll's plan is to "trick" everyone by not getting our best players (Beasley on short yardage) and Singletary the ball. It's really inexcusable. Need a new OC, and possible QB competition next year.
  19. I think we need to move Ford to Guard and Oliver to DE. JuJu would not be good here. He has been slightly above average with Ben out. We need a QB big time.
  20. some more relevant stats: JA is 31st in completion percentage (59.9), tied for 25th in yards per attempt (6.8), 29th in passer rating (81.6), and 26th among QBs with at least 100 attempts in passing yards per game (213.2). BAD
  21. He has some of the intangibles, but those don't win games. Hitting long-balls is a basic requirement of a starting NFL QB. He has weapons, he overthrows them. Smartness, not sure how "smart" a QB is that continually does not see open WR's.
  22. Bridgewater!!!!!!! not clear he had the most upside, or that he was the rawest prospect. I believe that title belonged to Lamar Jackson (rawest and most upside), and he is killing it out there with his arms and legs. Meanwhile, Josh can't hit wide-open WR's on simple deep routes.
  23. where does the 7th win come from is a good question at this point! they also run the ball, something Daboll forgets is permitted in the NFL. That will be a difficult game for us. Their D also forces fumbles. JA does not even need help fumbling 1/2 the time.
  24. those are outlier results. The Bills have basically been playing the same all season and it is catching up to them. The offense is terrible in terms of its play calling and QB play.
