And the Bills get them back to back after the Bye
-
Haack is quite a bit more expensive than Bojo. Bojo 1.02MM, Haack 1.575MM cap hit.
-
Knowing McDermott's attention to detail, wondering if his place kick holding was why Bojo is now with his third team. Sure's he not happy about the game-changing punt block against the Steelers, but Bojo's holding adventures aren't new.

The Jets sacked Tannehill 7 times two weeks ago. in the other 4 games Titans have given up 13 sacks. Jets got a lead and blitzed on 21 of 56 dropbacks. 5 of the sacks were on Third down.

Rank The Buffalo Bills Starting QB’s Since Jim Kelly

I sat through the forward lateral in a Skybox in BNA. Bills D played lights out. With Flutie, game would not have been close enough for it to matter. To think that Titans team was 2 feet from winning the Lombardi trophy. NFL really needs to have an rfid chip in every ball, and a grid built into the field for plays like this. Also Bills took 10 penalties in that game to 2 for the Titans, please don't tell me the fix wasn't in. -
With Taiwan Jones and Siran Neal both DNP on the Injury report; do we elevate Cam Lewis to play ST's and as the extra DB? Neal played a huge role on Sunday keeping Kelce in check. Jones and Neal are our core speed guys on the kickoff and punt teams.

I think the Bills play angry and run up the score this week

Last part of last year, Moss was on IR, our RB's were Josh Allen, Motor, and Yeldon, didn't have a lot of options other than to pass. Beasley [also gimpy] was essentially our move the chains offense late last season. I do get worried when our D is on the field for 80 plays. -
From the quoted Titans page. -The Bills enter the game with an NFL-record 14 consecutive wins when leading at halftime.
-
How do we have a streak of 14 straight wins leading at Halftime, when we led against the Steelers 10-0 at Halftime in the first game of this year

Re: San Diego, my daughter lived there for 10 years, actually near the stadium for a while. They have spectacular fall weather, and many things to do [beaches] other than football. Also the military population isn't exactly overpaid, and have to deal with frequent deployments, training etc. Be interested how much long term fan support they draw in LA when they are renting the stadium from the Rams.

Not to mention Gilmore would cost $4MM as a 12 game rental. He wants #1 corner money in 2022. Ramsey signed for $20 million per year.
-
Re: Klein, he is a good option to have vs. the Titans and Browns run-centered offenses. Brings a little more thumpability in run support. Spotrac says Bills have following FA's in 2022 Hughes $10,750 Addison $10,150 Butler $7,500 Sanders $6,000 Trubisky $2,500 Boettger $2,133 Wallace $1,750 Taiwan Jones $1,750 Obada $1,500 McKenzie $1127.5 Brieda $1,055 Ferguson $990 Harry Phillips $835.5 Zimmer $835 Neal $686.5 Bates [RFA] $585 Dodson [ERFA] $557 Only "serious" money are the first four. Starting with Trubisky, everyone else is 2.5MM or less.

Bills RB Duo ranks 4th. According to NFL.com
BearNorth replied to CircleTheWagons99's topic in The Stadium Wall
Tenn is ranked 3rd in Rushing after Cleveland and Dallas, Tannehill is their second leading rusher after Henry. Bills second leading rusher wears #17 actually ahead of Moss. Baltimore is ranked 4th, just ahead of the Bills, Jackson has more rushing yards than their next two backs. -
Stevenson ran a 4.45 at his pro day, not sure he's really a 4.2 guy. Reading his draft profile, not sure he's the answer, other than as a KR, and they are becoming less useful with today's kickers.

As an original Bills fan since 1960, what better name for a Bills defense than "The Rockpile". This is the best defense since the 1964 team.

Can't wait until the Bills offense finally starts clicking
BearNorth replied to Billsfan1972's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think our four toughest remaining games are TB, NO, TEN, and CAR. Panthers still have players who played for McD and were signed by Beane. Gilmore may be active by then and will be a tough matchup for Diggs. Rest of schedule is basically stay healthy and focused, one game at a time. The TB/Carolina week could be tough if they flex us to Saturday. -
Actually Josh to Diggs was only the third longest throw of the week. Rogers to Adams and the Winston Hail Mary were 1 and 2 yards longer.

I wonder what the wizards at PFF are looking at? They have the Titans starting Offense graded higher than the historically excellent [DVOA] Bills starting Defense which has allowed 64 points in 5 games. They have the Bills Offense which leads the league in scoring 172 points, graded lower than the Titans Offense which has scored 40 points less than the Bills. Something wrong with their methodology.

He was signed from a defunct league, no one in the NFL had his rights, same deal as a CFL signing. Jack Kemp was claimed from the waiver wire. Only Bills QB to end the season [twice] with a W in a championship game.
-
Cookie Gilchrist was a free agent, signed from the CFL.
-
Hull is showing in PFR as an undrafted free agent.
-
Not counting on Milano, concerned that steamroller Henry could reinjure him, smart move would give him more time to heal. Also forgot Star was a DNP in that game. Titans have injuries everywhere. Bills front 4 is much improved over last year with Star and Groot, along with the fresh legs rotation.
-
Bills will have the following players this year that DNP/not with team last season against the Titans: Tre White, Levi, Groot, Boogie, STAR, Spencer Brown, Feliciano, Moss, Manny Sanders, also Ford played every snap on O [addition by subtraction].
