  1. He also gives us size in the redzone. 6-3 212 is a serious matchup problem for most DB's.
  2. I think the McKenzie jet sweep was the fastest I've seen Moss run all season. Jets looked really inept on that play.
  3. Esp since the starting corner got hurt and they had to plug in Guidry, and then they asked him to play single coverage against the Bills #1 receiver?? Defensive genius coach ????
  4. anyone think the roughing call on Epenesa was because someone had the Jets scoring 17?
  5. Booth must have money on the jets
  6. This is from August of this year: SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints renewed its prior calls to members to get a COVID-19 vaccine and to wear face masks in public gatherings Thursday. Church leaders said in a statement that available vaccines have proven to be both safe and effective and urged members to help limit the spread of the virus. The message was the latest in a series of statements from church leaders encouraging vaccination efforts against COVID-19.
  7. Apparently there's a new injectable drug that speeds bone healing, wonder if that was used, its in clinical trials. They are also developing an injectable glue, similar to dental cement, but much stronger, wonder if either of these has been used?
  8. We pay Dion Dawkins $11MM per season, they pay Aaron Donald $14MM. They have 10 players with Cap hits above $5MM, we have 16 players with Cap hits above $5MM. Bills JAG's with cap hits above $5MM include Addison, Klein, and Butler.
  9. Yes, I worked in payroll [troops really appreciate getting paid correctly], spent time at Beale which was a SR-71, KC-135, and B-52 base, KI Sawyer which was a KC-135 and B-52 base, and U-Tapao Thailand, which had KC-135's and B-52. You should thank the tanker pilots as well, they give our aircraft nearly unlimited range. Those B-52's in Iraq were flying 7,000 mile round trips.
  10. No the Ralph Wilson 1960's version.
  11. Love this move, DB's get nicked up and Lewis has balled out when he's played
  12. Thanks to all my fellow vets, Original Bills Fan, USAF 1966-1970.
  13. Actually, adjusted for Games Played, Bills are 8th, Jests are 24th in Offense, Bills are 1st, Jests are 32nd in Defense, Bills are 7th in Passing, NY is 16th, Bills are 11th in Rushing, NY is 24th.
  14. Then there's the issue that we have a 69 year old on-field referee. Please don't tell me that he's as fit and quick thinking as someone quite a bit younger. The refereeing crew is dealing with world class athletes in mainly their 20's and 30's. Colonels in the military have to retire when they are in their 50's.
  15. Truthfully Taunting [very subjective call] should just be a fine, perhaps escalating for repeat offenses. Penalizing a team for an action by one player that has nothing to do with the play is IMHO idiotic. Yes the players are very well paid, but perhaps a taunting penalty of $25K first offense, $100K second, and one game suspension for a third or subsequent would cure this without affecting the game being played. Same thing with non-contact unsportmanlike. Who knows how many of these are because the ref is having a bad day, had a bad travel experience on the way to the game, or is under the sway of people who want to influence the game outcome [Remember Tim Donaghy in the NBA]. IMHO The Tre White penalty kerfuffle against Jax falls into this category. The other thing is the subjectivity of holding calls. If the holding on the Derrick Henry TD in the Tenn game didn't rise to the level of a flag, then that should become the new standard example for not calling holding. Right now a ref could call holding on every single play, likely on both the offense and the defense, but they pick and choose.
  16. Beane wasn't here then, but this guy was right in their backyard. Guess I'll have to blame the Brandon brain trust.
  17. Ali Marpet for example who went to college 100 miles from the OP. Meanwhile our #2 pick is inactive most weeks.
  18. Josh believes he has superior arm strength, so I think sometimes he throws fastballs without a lot of arc, and those are easier to tip or bat than throws with some arc and touch. He also has to throw quickly with the mess we call an O-line. Brady is a master of the perfectly arced touch pass.
  19. Josh is 6-5, Most O-lineman are at least that tall if not taller, Jax D line was 6-5 6-5 6-7 6-3. How do you get the ball to our smurf sized & slow RB's [Moss 5-9, Motor 5-7].
  20. Can we please stop wearing that jersey/pants combination?
  21. DB's might be better, but not seeing a Bruce Smith on the 2021 Bills team, also Milano & Edmunds < Bennett and Talley.
  22. Butch Rolle on the goal line was amazing. From 87-91 he caught 11 passes, 10 for TD's.
  23. after yesterday you certainly can't complain too much about his penchant for penalties at the worst time.
  24. Tall large people with a lot of upper body weight have a tendency towards bad backs. Brown has a more athletic build than your typical O lineman.
  25. K Gun had Thurman Thomas, just saying, he was better than any RB since OJ. Always had to account for Thurman. Current Bills don't have a Thurman.
