It's just sad and frankly is a prime example WHY we are having the kind of season we are.

The SEC's stranglehold on the Top 25 rankings for the CFP will end this season, thankfully. The SEC has existed this way because their rankings boost all of the other conference teams up, like for instance a team like Ole Miss who never played anybody in the Top 25 outside of the SEC and yet was STILL ranked in the Top 10. Ole Miss is a prime example as to how this four team CFP process was BS from the very beginning. SEC teams have done this year after year, but now with a twelve team playoff, FINALLY we get the fair CFP we should have had all along.

It was a COACHING decision to start Knox and not Kincaid as the primary receiving target at TE, and some people are trying to take it out on Knox. He doesn't decide how much he is targeted or used, and sure he's had some drops but there is a reason why Kincaid was drafted so high. The coaches are the issue, not Knox and all of this hate truly is unwarranted... you nailed it.

It’s Chiefs week - and the season is on the line

Don't ask me!!!! HAHA Ask McDermott. ""I just believe in the process," McDermott said that day. "We are going to win going through the process, and when that time comes we will take the field, but we have a lot of work to do between now and then."" https://spectrumlocalnews.com/nys/buffalo/news/2022/01/11/mcdermott-s-path-to--trust-the-process- -
BEST NEWS this week in football. I was worried Day would have rode with him all the way to the end if he was still there.

ALL of this is POINTLESS so long as McDermott remains our head coach. We will still get the anti-clutch defense. We will still get the excuses. We will still get the bonehead mistakes. We will still get the overabundance of penalties. I can't pretend anymore like he will lead us to the promised land. I do NOT trust the process. -
Jim Leyland elected to Baseball Hall of Fame!

His brother Lawrence just posted on Facebook that he STILL IS gruff and grousing 😄 -
You left off Dorsey got fired and McDermott will get fired eventually because it will happen. This whole season has been a testament to abject failure, and there are only positives if the team at least goes deep into the playoffs in 2024, but that is in SERIOUS doubt.

Jim Leyland elected to Baseball Hall of Fame!
EasternOHBillsFan replied to EasternOHBillsFan's topic in Off the Wall
For sure!!! When he left the bottom seemed to fall out and it's never been the same. His buddy Gene Lamont just was NOT it. I'm one of those oddball Buffalo sports/Pirates fans and not Yankees or Indians. -
Jim Leyland is going into the Baseball Hall of Fame!!! Such amazing news. His World Series championship win in 1997 was bittersweet... he was a special manager. It's been a really rough 2023 in sports, but finally something really positive. So happy for him! https://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/39038020/long-manager-jim-leyland-selected-baseball-hall-fame

Sources say ZERO PERCENT chance McD is fired
EasternOHBillsFan replied to Brand J's topic in The Stadium Wall
You got that right!!! He doesn't have Sam Darnold as his QB this go around... I can't imagine who he would have chosen if Davis Webb had been in place instead who didn't have any experience at ALL as OC. -
You omitted Brian Daboll!

Tyreek Hill Covering Photographer's Salary

You haven't been funny since 1992. Compare it on Saturday, because I feel that is my best day. I'm not good on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. 😉 -

That's what I am rooting for now. Burn the MF down... ZERO? Utterly ridiculous! -
The vanilla offense cost them the game, and Day should be ashamed of himself for not unleashing McCord.

My thinking is that if the Buckeyes ever fell off, this whole state would implode... there is literally nothing sports wise to look forward to here right now- even the Steelers are a mess despite winning games. This state has gone so far downhill that even in the summer it's miserable. I'm now firmly in the "Ryan Day must go" camp, because if he couldn't beat That Team with Stroud nor this defense, he won't again with Harbaugh there. Many people are quick to hammer on McCord, but it is my contention that Day set him up for failure by rolling out this short yardage offense most of the year. The play calling on offense was not even remotely up to par and didn't take advantage of That Team's weaknesses. It was like watching Dorsey's offense with an 'aight QB.
