  1. Past hour
  2. Bills rushed for about 400 more yards on the season. I think Brady’s schemes will help Palmer more because our offense is more balanced. Everybody eats. I hope with this post you’re not trying to argue Herbert is better than Allen.
  3. Was really talented, could have been a very good pro IMO.
  4. I'm pretty sure Josh outweighs him
  5. That is what happens when you are having a discussion in an offseason heading into a season. Kind of the point of convo right? And its not all hope, we know enough about our guys returning and the ones coming in to get a reasonable picture of what they are capable of. How about we stay on topic...discussing the guys who actually played in 2023 (not Emmanuel Sanders and not 2022 Diggs). Can you just have a rational conversation ever without exaggeration and sensationalism? No one was saying Shakir was the next Diggs so stop. And we are talking about what WR room was better...the one that played in 2023 and the one we are set to play with in 2025. Bringing up what hope people had for Sherfield and Harty is completely irrelevant, so try and stay on topic. So let me sum this up: You trashed everyone not named Diggs in 2023 in Davis, Shakir, Sherfield, and Harty...both now and all of 2023. And you know full well Sherfield and Harty couldn't even make this roster right now. And you said Davis is terrible and a failure as a WR2, so he couldn't even get his old job back here and at best, if they even would bring him in, be a WR4/5 today here. But somehow all that hate, all those scrubs as you called them...you still want to spend all this time to argue that the 2025 room isn't better? 3 of the 5 guys from 2023 couldn't get their rosters spots back from this group, and 2 of them would have no chance to even make the roster. Its all subjective...this group hasn't been on the field yet. But for me personally, there is 0% chance I would choose the 2023 WR room over the 2025 WR right now. A declining Diggs who didn't fit this offensive style here was NOT enough to carry that group and elevate that group above what I believe this group to believe. I like our chances to win a SB a lot more with this offense than that offense.
  6. Maybe Eastern Orthodox might make more sense.
  7. Meanwhile, at the Nance residents
  8. Ahh, the annual rite of spring.. the Clowney thread.
  9. — Home Regular Season finale hopefully NOT on friggin’ Christmas Day.
  10. I do miss the 1:00 games so much. We do a pretty big tailgate that probably ranges from 20 to 100 in any given week. Usually we are probably 30 to 50 but it’s a lot of work. There are 4 of us that rotate hosting so we each take 2 games. It’s a ton of work to prepare and set up. It’s so hard for certain night games. If it’s a Monday or Thursday I just blow out of work at like 11. We are breaking it all down in the dark and it just sucks. I get home at like midnight - 1:00 and still have to empty the car. I may or may not be a few drinks in depending on if Jessica came and drove. It’s just miserable. Leaving the house at 7:30 - 8 AM for a 1:00 PM game is 👨‍🍳💋. We are set up by 9. We break down at 11:45 and are in the stadium by 12:30. We have a drink and are in our seats by the time that they run out. We either bring Italian home for dinner or hit up an Italian restaurant on the way home. It’s just perfect. Eff night games
  11. 10m is not well paid for the type of player he is. That's an underpay. That's what 30 year old Aaron Jones is being paid. Josh Jacobs is making 12m. Alvin Kamara at 29, who's a very similar RB is making 12.5. It's fine to say that you personally wouldn't pay for a RB. But to suggest 10m is "well paid" or a solid offer for who he is isn't accurate.
  12. subscribe to va news. it is usually toward the bottom when it comes out.
  13. Herbert threw for more yards, had a higher completion %, a lower INT% and a higher passer rating than Josh Allen did last year. For his career, which includes 4 years with Josh Palmer, Herbert throws for 30+ more yards per game than Allen. And Josh Palmer has played 9 or more games per year in a dome environment. What you call "thinking" is your feels.
  14. I would go 10 mill per and that makes him well paid. But he,his assclown brother and God knows who else, is in his head saying 15. Hell the moron brother posts 20 mill per from time to time.
  15. Remember when we used to complain about the lack of prime time games? Now we miss 1:00 starts (12:00 CST). Ah, the bad ol' days.
  16. No! No! No! This guy has never lived up to draft status. Under performed everywhere he goes. I like what we have now.
  17. tell it to sherpa. straighten him out on his nonsense.
  18. This is truly interesting. don't see it happening but I'm all for it. trump the socialist! https://thehill.com/homenews/house/5290814-trump-tax-hike-wealthy-gop-bill/
  19. For the record that was never a “thing” endorsed by the Church. A few corrupt medieval bishops did that. Just fyi.
  20. That's exactly my take away. I remember listening to him on his infamous WGR rant talk about the strength of their Offensive Line and the Running Game and thinking "hold on - you're not paying your top Running Back either". It's clear in his words and actions that a move like Pittsburgh made for DK Metcalf is something he's simply not going to do now that we've paid Josh what he's being paid (on top of the mountain of guys he chooses to retain every year). My hope for Cook is that he puts in another very good year and that at the start of the offseason if we haven't gotten a deal done that works for both sides already, we Transition Tag him. So long as there isn't any ridiculous overpay offers, match it.
  21. Then don't sign Clowney, because he won't give you that. Baltimore got the most out of him like a rented mule. Kudos to them.
  22. You don’t have to do anything, but you seem kinda eager and I wouldn’t hold that against you at all.
