If they weren't convinced they would have doubled/tripled down on their investment in Coleman the way they did their DL investments with Von Miller despite having developing young 1st round talent in Oliver and Rousseau that they could have just hoped for improvement from the way they are just hoping for it from Coleman.

It is costing our Country $BILLIONS OF DOLLARS to keep all of these businesses closed.” When the leader of the country tweets that on the holiday that recognizes the end of slavery in America, it’s not hard to see how it just adds fuel to the “MAGA/republicans are racist” fire. In fairness there is a contract standoff there. They don't want to commit big money to a 30 year receiver for whom speed is a huge part of his game. He wants 3 years and $30m AAV. At the right deal Washington would trade him IMO. But I doubt the Bills was to trade assets and give that contract to him for exactly the same reason.
