  1. Past hour
  2. Or they might come to the realization early in the season that they didn't do enough........and feel a desperate need to trade for a WR at the deadline for the 3rd time in the Beane years. I'm not guaranteeing it like I did last summer though. First, because there doesn't figure to be an Adams or Cooper type talent available and second because they have so many middling starter options that it could take more than 8 games to sort it out and by then it would be too late. They do seem convinced that they don't NEED difference making talent at WR to get to and win a SB though. I think the data says you are pretty hamstrung without it. If they weren't convinced they would have doubled/tripled down on their investment in Coleman the way they did their DL investments with Von Miller despite having developing young 1st round talent in Oliver and Rousseau that they could have just hoped for improvement from the way they are just hoping for it from Coleman.
  3. We all know, do we need to be reminded every 2 seconds
  4. We are 8 days away from crushing some kids dream of playing in the Cup finals.
  5. I’m sure there is all sorts of hyperbole in this thread. But do any of my republican friends here think Trump helped the accusations/optics of “the right being racist” when he chose to - on Juneteenth of all days - to tweet “Too many non-working holidays in America. It is costing our Country $BILLIONS OF DOLLARS to keep all of these businesses closed.” When the leader of the country tweets that on the holiday that recognizes the end of slavery in America, it’s not hard to see how it just adds fuel to the “MAGA/republicans are racist” fire. I know many republicans on here aren’t “MAGA republicans,” and consider him an orange gasbag, but you are all smart enough (seriously; I'm not being a dick) to connect those dots.
  6. In fairness there is a contract standoff there. They don't want to commit big money to a 30 year receiver for whom speed is a huge part of his game. He wants 3 years and $30m AAV. At the right deal Washington would trade him IMO. But I doubt the Bills was to trade assets and give that contract to him for exactly the same reason.
  7. He had a very good year last year, with over a thousand yards and 13 TDs. But I think the Bills like what they have, with the additions of Palmer and Moore. The Commanders will be lucky to get a 2nd round pick, won't get a 2nd and 4th,
  8. Why would Washington want to do that? They made it as far as we did
  9. Also, the Bills are still trying to get a deal done with Cook.
  10. due process means squat within the MAGA regime Yes I said Regime. definition
  11. No way. He's holding out and wants an extension. Albert Breer thinks he's looking for at least $30 million a year. The Bills don't have — nor do they want to spend — that kind of money on an aging WR. https://www.si.com/nfl/commanders/news/washington-commanders-terry-mclaurin-negotiating-salary-revealed-contract-talks
  12. he started screaming and I turned it off
  13. I know someone mentioned Joan Jett and I mentioned Lita Ford, but the collective group that started them...the Runaways probably deserves its own post...
  14. Who wants to get legal advice from a middle school English teacher with zero powers of observation? Not me. I'll stick with a former SCOTUS law clerk.
  15. what would you call a president who blatantly ignores constitutional provisions and does what HE wants regardless of the law Ill wait he and his idipt minions Noem and Hegseth mouth the words they follow it but do they? PFFT HELL NO THEY DONT spare me the commie label it is tired and Boring
  16. Care to point to which specific provision(s) you're referring to? The article seems to indicate the act removed some due process. From your link: "The Immigration and Nationality Act eliminated numerous due-process safeguards shielding immigrants from deportation abuses."
  17. Brady was better than any QB on any other team and is in the conversation for best of all time.
  18. No, it doesn't. Yes, it does. [Sigh] Another lesson in Logic is required here. Are there people who are not citizens of our country but who are in our country and subject to its jurisdiction? Venn Diagrams may help you. [Probably not]
  19. IMO it’s likely that two receivers ran the wrong routes? This happened frequently when Dorsey was our OC
  20. Shades of Pats fans lording Brady over every other good QB in the league lol
  21. Right, but they're a scary bunch, too, like the Leprechaun.
  22. You spend most of your time here clutching your pearls over one thing or another. NOTHING you have foretold has come into being. When I see you railing on about the latest maga outrage I get a warm fuzzy.
  23. One of the best posts in the history of this forum. Spot on.
