  1. Past hour
  2. I don't think that's the comparison you want to make. Spiller was completely washed after his 4th year, and is an example of why you don't pay RBs.
  3. It’s all part of the NFL hype machine, quite literally, everything is hyped, doesn’t matter what it is, corporate says hype that sh-t!!!
  4. Great take I don't get it. And we have replaced the S&T staff.
  5. I always qualify that game by reminding people the only time the Dolphins beat Josh was when they HARNESSED THE POWER OF THE SUN. It took that much for them to beat us. And even then, barely.
  6. The eagles and ravens say hi
  7. thats to bad you are triggered... I happen to know Dan personally... and Influencer is not dan.
  8. To be…. Or not to be…. Something about a question?
  9. The question is “Do we want him beyond this year?” Of course we do. His skills are perfect for this offense. There’s nobody out there available who can do what he does. Also, I think he’ll have his best year yet. I predict he’ll get 13.5 million with incentives and 30 million guaranteed before game 1.
  10. Tua only has 1 win vs Buffalo/ Allen. We like him ; ) In a game that should never have been played because of the heat. (flex it next time)
  11. Yeah, Spector* is always hurt. If I’m the Bills I go ahead and make the cut at the end of camp. I guess it’d be different if he was a physical freak, or his play warranted starting consideration, but you can get what he gives in a more dependable player.
  12. Per an earlier post: 1st (tied) for TDs 16th in Rushing Yards 18th in rush yards per game 8th in ypcarry 22nd in first downs 30 ish in recieving yards 26th in total yards from scrimmage 16th in 20+ runs
  13. as an aside, great song! That Ska phase was short-lived, but fun!
  14. I’m not ready to get rid of the only RB since CJ Spiller that can run outside and get around defenders with his speed and elusiveness. His breakaway speed is incredible. Cook has been a revelation for our offense.
  15. What’s easier to replace? Cook or 2/3 of the IOL that keeps the NFL MVP in one piece? I go with the IOL. That said, I think cook is probably worth $12m. I just don’t see how he gets it here with McGovern, Edwards, and Torrence all up soon. We can’t pay everyone, and cheap at RB might be the way to go. Maybe this ends in a Poyer type scenario where he gets a little bit of a raise and some incentives and then tests the market in the spring.
  16. a) they didnt cap his touches the year before so much and he wore down, fairly obviously b) he can't do what the 75% snap guys can do. No matter how many fanboys claim he can. He just doesn't have the bulk to do it.
  17. Three players for one and then they'd still have to fill those holes.
  18. Have a feeling Tre will be featured on Hard knocks tomorrow.
  19. Based on what we’d likely get back in return, a future draft pick, it’s very dumb imo. if we can trade him in a package for Parsons, McLaurin or another proven WR/pass rusher, I’m all for it. I don’t see that type of trade happening. Sorry if the eye rolls offended you. I eye rolled because I think you are often too quick to react in a negative manner to something you have very little inside information about. We know very little except that we currently aren’t willing to pay him what he wants. If James is willing to play this season, our chances of winning the SB goes up when compared to a playing without him. He’s a home run hitter and this offense needs that. I love Ray and Ty. They aren’t James Cook and they won’t produce home runs at nearly the same rate as Cook. You say we can bring in someone else…. Who? No one near his caliber. I do think they should allow him to seek a trade in order to see what other teams would be willing to pay him. I don’t think anyone is going to give him what he’s looking for (but who knows?) and it would likely help in our negotiations. If we can get something to help us this season, that works. I don’t wants picks. Picks don’t help us win a Super Bowl this year. This should be our sole focus at this point
  20. If that's what we're going by than prime Aaron Rodgers would be my choice. However, if we're talking GOAT it's seven time Super Bowl Champion Tom Brady. It's not close.
  21. That would not be a buy from me.
  22. Ya I think you're right. Plus Torrence contract coming up as well
  23. I wasn't having any debate. About anything. Brady is the GOAT. That is all I said. But to your point... how do you know the greatest isn't Graham or Unitas?
  24. Nonsense... last I remember, AJ was completely incapable of changing direction.
