Should we look to trade Keon after this season?
iccrewman112 replied to GreggTX's topic in The Stadium Wall
I am under the assumption that the Healthy Scratch today reason of “not for performance reasons” to help maintain what little value Coleman has in terms of a trade. I wonder if Coleman in the slot could be a more effective role for him, somewhat comparable to Evan Engram. Granted we have Kincaid for that role. -

We have some players on the defense. That’s what sucks. If we had the right guy coaching it, the right scheme and the actual good players on the field…our defense could be lights out. We are playing guys that should be backups and the scheme is a total embarrassment -

According to Cover 1, Coleman will be a healthy scratch

I don't think he'll cause locker room drama, just drawing unnecessary attention in the media & online. It could also hurt what little trade value he might have going forward. -
Chargers with a much greater chance in my opinion

100% this and it drives me crazy. Does Allen miss throws, yes. Does Allen throw bad picks, yes. Does Allen miss open receivers, yes. But so does every other QB. And most of those can't touch Allen when he explodes like today. -

Yeah, even when looking bad, the Ravens are still clawing their way back. The Steelers are now dealing with an Aaron Rodgers injury, which makes it that much harder for them to stay ahead. And in 2 weeks, we play the Steelers. Hopefully we'll win, but that helps Baltimore even more. Then again, I'm more worried about our own team. We're very bipolar, our turnovers have increased, the D is missing a lot of players, and you never know what to expect any given week. Seems like the 1 seed is pretty unlikely at this point, and we might not get a home game in these playoffs. I'm just hoping for the Pats to stumble & for us to catch up late like we did against the Dolphins in 2023. -

Tarron Johnson sucks. And it’s a double whammy because this buffoon calling the defense is obsessed with him. So our run defense also sucks because this guy can’t take 7 off the field. Move him to safety or move him to the waiver wire -

Looking at the box scores today it was a really bad day for QB's. Jackson had 2 picks and Darnold had 4! As of today Allen is AFC offensive player of the week and it's not close. -
Yes, but I don’t fully believe it will happen.

I think Denver wins the West but Is still see KC winning at arrowhead. If they can beat Indy, I see them with a good chance to run the table

Bernard has been playing on a bad ankle, which could explain some, but not all, of his issues. -

Aaron Rodgers - possible broken wrist

rudolph is super solid. I always thought the Steelers should have just stuck with him over the last few years. -
KC will likely need to go 6-1 down the stretch to get in. JAX should get to 10 wins which means KC would have to leap in front of them due to the tiebreaker. Buffalo, NE, Den, Indy and either Pitt or Balt will get in and SD has a two game lead on them with a head to head victory. KC looks like they are in serious trouble barring something extraordinary occurring.

Barring injury, Coleman is done here. Keon Coleman isn’t going to cause any drama in that locker room. He doesn’t have enough juice to accomplish that. -

The crazy part is that the offense didn’t play anywhere close to a perfect game today and still put up 44 points vs a decent defense. -
Could but I think Stroud returns on Thursday.
