  1. Past hour
  2. I would not. Considering one of the most important offensive pieces, James Cook, is looking for a new contract, if you trade for Micah and spend that much money on one player NOT a QB, that, in my opinion, would not make as huge a difference on defense as Cook makes on offense...you will do damage to the chemistry of the team.
  3. So would I move 2 firsts (26 and 27 and a 26 2nd and Rousseau for Parsons - ABSOLUTELY
  4. As is most rural concert venues. See Darien Lake
  5. As around the sun, the earth knows she's revolving And the rosebuds know to bloom in early May Just as hate knows love's the cure You can rest your mind assure That I'll be loving you always
  6. Very well, but I remain undeterred. I've edited my post to "rugby player," and maintain my point. The Bills use that sixth-lineman jumbo package so frequently, but I can't remember an O-lineman catching a pass since Tommy Doyle.
  7. ... I will die on this hill. But I won't die. Because I am simply right. He's a modern day tick above jag. Which for safety in our system is quite good. A system which employed the best tandem over the last 7 seasons replacing them with anyone was going to disappoint everyone. He played better than hyde and poyer did the last two seasons. He doesn't make mistakes. He simply lacks some physical traits to be as fast or hit as hard - but he doesn't give up his body like Poyer did or subject himself to high risk angles like Hyde did (who often benefited from quickness and smarts to recover). Hamlin is always headed on the right directions, seldom misses a read, and puts himself under the top of a WR or deep threat. In our system fs and ss are interchangeable to a degree. I can't definitively say that Hamlin always covers the boundary because we shift a lot and our 2 LB w nickel causes changes and passing in real time combined with man coverage being introduced more often. However, we leave our nickel to make the calls on field vs boundary covering the slot/te. This is quite complex, but if you agitate me I'll spell it out for you. In short, our free safety (Hamlin) is responsible for what the nickel isn't when Johnson makes his cover read depending on the defense. This leaves Hamlin sometimes matches double on the #1 or playing the field side against a slot who comes to the outside, or a running back who splits wide. It all depends on the zone. Does that make sense? I doubt it will because it's that damn intricate. Hamlin reads it better than most and it's why that Utah kid struggled, it's why Rapp struggled at FS. This team invested a lot to bringing along Hamlin to 2024. McDermott puts a lot of work into the DB's to craft them over time. It's why I haven't given up on Bishop yet, it's why I haven't given up on any WR's. I suspect in 2025 we see White and Benford start the season. We trust them with Bishop and Rapp. I see hs starting in man coverage more than anyone will expect and 100% think Hairston is going to be put in for spot time by the 3rd game to cover man while getting better at zone. This defense is going to be a lot better than people think and we will have coverage sacks. Hamlin will be a big part of that because he plays very smart. It is his strongest trait. Sorry to burst your bubble. Class over, schools done. Overcome your lack of football knowledge to not just hate Hamlin. It is silly, bub.
  8. One of my former study coordinators at work ended up touring with them, even taking over for the lead guitarist for a while. Not sure if he's still doing that, but I still give him crap now and then to stop this touring around the world nonsense and just come back to his old cubicle.
  9. Someone said to me last year when he died that he was the Josh Allen for the Bills that era… Never saw him play other than old footage and that thanksgiving game against Detroit, wow. What a football player he was!
  10. This one can be embedded still, for now.
  11. Northern hemisphere, so clockwise 🤔Oops that’s counter clockwise 🤦‍♂️
  12. Dallas has film and knows the injury history of Milano too. Because we're likely to pick at the end of the first round if this fantasy ever came true the trade would pry look something like this..... Two first round picks (2026,2027), a 2nd rounder in 2026, and Greg Rousseau. Would you do it knowing we have to make him the highest payed non QB in the NFL?
  13. yeah, that division is rough. Will be even tougher now with Geno Smith and the Raiders. Will give them some due they picked that high before Harbaugh; they lost Herbert for the last third of the season. Even then, that’s crazy given they have a guy who’s anointed as on of the top 10, borderline top 5 guys at that position in the league. There’s talent there it’s just the coaching has let them down. As it did again in the playoffs against Houston. Like Herbert’s game but the guy has been a dud in the two playoff games he’s made and it isn’t even close.
  14. 🎯 To the comment. This video just cost that sympathetic security guy his job
  15. That is true about David Edwards. Good football players come literally in all shapes and sizes. That is what's most important finding talented players.
  16. Yeah, I would have been pleased with a Nick Chubb signing though I'm not sure it would have been a wise move, roster-wise. Also I think when the Bills signed Latavius Murray a few years ago, they were going for that type of player but he proved to either not have much left in the tank or was possibly a bad fit for the Bills run scheme.

  18. I don't know, neither was able to catch on anywhere else and make anything of their career. Edwards was Tyrod Taylor without the mobility.
  19. Nominated for post of the year. 🤩
  20. Always go with the counterclockwise swirl. Write it on your hand if you can't remember.
  21. Good points. I hope Davis can be that player. He does have good power. I’m looking forward to seeing him this season with a year of NFL level training under his belt. I forgot about Chubb. When he was released I hoped we would sign him but knew we wouldn’t because we already have those spots filled on the roster. In the next draft I’m not convinced we should spend a high pick on a running back (and almost certainly won’t) but hypothetically it would be a lot of fun to have Kaleb Johnson, RB, Iowa on the roster. I guess I’m getting old - I miss those power run games! Power running, great D, perfect special teams, pass when you must… haha
  22. All good dude, I totally understood where you were coming from. I just feel the part we are splitting hairs was him being a go to guy in crunch time. He produced in the playoffs, even moderately against Philly as the go to guy. I think you put him on a team like Detroit, Rams, Tampa or Minnesota his number inflate. In essence, great player but needs a little help to be truly “dominant”.
  23. I assume you mean awesome because that is what R.E.M. and Michael Stipe are.
  24. Remind me again how much pressure did the defense get on Mahomes in the playoffs. What was the Points given up and what was KC playoff AVG scoring outside of the Bills game. was Milano playing against KC?
