  2. what I gather from the rule below is that once you’re out, no matter how you got there, you can’t catch it… no matter if you’ve re-established. I don’t understand how it’s not an illegal contact penalty on the DB for shoving the WR out of bounds. Shouldn’t every DB do that in short fields? ARTICLE 6. INELIGIBLE RECEIVERS. All offensive players other than those identified in Article 5 above are ineligible to catch a legal or illegal forward pass thrown from behind the line of scrimmage, including: (a) Players who are not on either end of their line or at least one yard behind it when the ball is snapped; (b) Players who fail to notify the Referee of being eligible as required by Article 5; (c) An eligible receiver who has been out of bounds prior to or during a pass, either by his own volition or by being legally forced out, even if he has reestablished himself inbounds with both feet or with any part of his body other than his hands;
  3. Watched a McD interview and best I could tell they thought there was some QB in the pocket vs out of the pocket sway on how the call worked. I'm not sure if that's right or wrong but he mentioned it.
  4. I totally agree ! That sounds like something some other fan bases might do and Bills Mafia doesn't need any of that I hope dud e enjoys watching all his future Bills games on his TV ... Good Riddance !!
  5. I also know people who got kicked out of Buffalo Bills games and they go back and the cameras don't catch them Your name and your ticket account is completely suspended.. it's really tough to catch someone decked out in fan gear and a hat and glasses You got a fake ID how could they even prove who You are Now I'm not condoning that that's scummy but it definitely happens
  6. Rick Davies, the lead singer and co-founder of British band Supertramp, has died after a long battle with cancer, He was 81. Keyboardist co-wrote many of the pop-rock group's biggest songs, including "Goodbye Stranger," "Breakfast in America," and "Bloody Well Right"
  7. They effed we, we took advantage.
  8. The Bills took it away from them just like they di the last time they played ... Plain and simple !!
  9. It’s crazy how the the Bills more often than not beat the Ravens but apparently never actually beat the Ravens…
  10. He was a moron and should be banned, but I'd like to see some punishment for Lamar. I don't think that'll happen, but his actions were also unacceptable.
  11. Hamlin slows Henry down just enough for the rest of the defense to get there.
  12. Just keep in mind Prater doesn't have the leg to go past 55 yards. Rule #1: Don't take everything coaches and GMs say to press literally.
  13. W/L is all that really matters, true It was a great result All I'm saying is it didn't tell me much about the team that I didn't already know
  14. That's good. Quick work. Also, how do they even enforce something like this? There's no way the oafs that work the gates have a plethora of faces memorized so they can identify them. Facial recognition? Just grow a mustache, wear a cap. Easy. Can't purchase tickets with their name on the credit card? Have a friend pay and give them the cash. Seems very futile.
  15. was his play perfect? No. He even acknowledged such in the post game locker room interview. I think having him will pay sack dividends going forward. When the Bills did get pressure oh was that fun to watch!
  16. It made absolutely no sense. And from there we just kept chasing points with 3 failed 2pt conversions. Prater probably would've gone 5/5. 🤔
  17. What if I told you that most QBs spend their time in the pocket instead of scrambling or on designed runs? 90% of shark bites happen near the shore. Is that because that’s where the sharks are or is it because that’s where the people are?
  18. Haha regardless if he should have won it or not. Saying he's average without Derrick Henry is just crazy. 2019 he was the unanimous winner. And even if you don't think he should have won it in 2023, he's top 3 without a question. Not sure how all of that translates to "average".
  19. I've been hoping they would experiment with Bishop at SS and Hancock at FS as Hancock has the nickel back experience. Maybe Bishop would react and thump people a little better if he isn't coming from depth.
  20. Yeah, Brady falls into these lulls where he gets away from Josh and overcommits to the run, almost out of stubbornness it seems. For example, I feel there are instances in the past much like yesterday, I believe it was 2nd qtr, 2nd & 1, and he just tries to pound the rock and move the chains… why? It’s such a blown opportunity to attempt a big play and utilize play action. Especially if you believe in your team enough to go out there on 3rd & 1 and get that tough yard, then move the sticks if the big play didn’t pay off. It’s a wasted opportunity that you really can’t afford against an elite team. I feel like it’s me nitpicking when most of the time the offense is successful, but if I did have any complaints about the offense I’d like to see Brady dial up more shots downfield on those 2nd & 3 or less yards. Between that and all the early passes dialed up short and behind the LOS, I agree with Ostroski, but that’s not a reflection of a lack of playmakers, bc when 17 started slinging it, the skill positions were doing their job, and then some (tipped ball TD). This is just purely speculation on my part, but I feel like Brady might be pressured to dial up more conservative stuff early in games bc of McDermotts emphasis on wanting to pound the rock and minimize mistakes, and then if that doesn’t work, plan B is kinda just let it rip. Him going into these little conservative lulls where he overcommits to “McDermott ball” almost cost them against the Ravens last year, and I’d argue it did cost them against KC, especially in short yardage situations. He’s still absolutely a top OC, and I think he’s probably been the best hire of Beane’s tenure... His counterpart on defense however, that’s another story. Babich needs to be given the Ken Dorsey treatment, admit the mistake early in the season, and just give the defensive playcalling back to McDermott. There’s no reason he can’t be calling the defense if Andy Reid can still run his offense.
  21. Only MAGA scum would disrespect Josh Allen by comparing him to Whiskey Pete - zero respect, zero brains.
  22. I feel like teams are going for the two pointer earlier these days…I’m gonna try to do some digging on it but I really feel like I’ve seen that quite a few times recently posters are a bit behind on the new hot analytics trend I think 😂. (Although that doesn’t mean it’s right) in fact failing early probably worked out as they knew they were chasing an extra fg late and I have little faith any individual 2 pointer was anywhere near a 50% success rate that game haha
  23. So much for the chip in the ball and the supposedly new technology to spot the ball. 😤🤬
