Mitch, with a perfect passer rating, is Back-up QB of the week in the NFL.
-
TBH I was telling myself “at least he’s running so it’s not anything to do with his legs, and it would hurt too much to run like that with a separated shoulder/dislocated elbow, and if he had a concussion he probably wouldn’t be running in a straight line, and, and….oh please let him be okay” I had to go through several mental gymnastics to convince myself everything would be fine, partly thanks to Romo’s hysterics.

Trubisky came in, picked on Gardner, left. Then came back in a couple of hours later to hand the ball off and kneel down. He earned his corn.

Thats their perogative but it comes with risk of injury. So if it bites them the focus will be on why he was out there.

Game week thread - Dolphins at Bills TNF
BritBill replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
Thursday night games are awful. I'm glad it's a home game against a team on the slide. Just get the job done and make good use of the mini bye. -
I used to be a Romosexual but my word he grates on me now. His reaction to Allen last night might well be the straw that broke the came's back. I quite like Nantz. Especially the way he shouts "Davis". I realise it must have been a difficult game to comment on last night but some of their filler banter was cringe.

I HATE Thursday night games. I love that we are facing the ‘fins though. Front side of the schedule is the time to make hay. -
He played at UNC so there is that.

I’ll take Trent Edwards

Turn Down The Temperature: Unity? NOT HAPPENING
Tommy Callahan replied to BillsFanNC's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Again social media is either people making mean videos or calling for unity while stating their can be no unity with bigots. Ironic as bigotry is being intolerant of others opinions. https://x.com/ImMeme0/status/1967476339365330951?t=FIJ5SpQ7PRD07mKH02Xqgg&s=19 -

6-0 in AFC East Josh Allen is an angry Beast Division Champs at least

If you take ANY offense and put there average starter at QB such offense won't be elite.

Joey Bosa signs with Buffalo. 1 year, $12.6 million
GunnerBill replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
One slight amend.... Von was easily the best pass rushing outside linebacker in football. That is another piece of the puzzle in terms of impact for the Bills v Bosa. Bosa is a much more natural fit for our scheme than Von was. Von made it work that first half year because of his ability but he was never really comfortable as a hand in the dirt defensive end, and post ACL the Bills basically never even asked him to do that and just rushed him from a 2 point stance. -

We have a list of places to eat that we have been looking forward to. Probably gonna skip the falls as we won't be there very long. I'll see the falls when we come back in 53 years to see the new stadium. lol -
Joey Bosa signs with Buffalo. 1 year, $12.6 million
BillsFanForever19 replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think that's part of why he's looked so good. Not only is he healthy, he's loving the Buffalo culture and the locker room. He's part of something he knows is great and feels it. I think that's giving him a little bit extra. He and Josh Palmer both haven't played for a team like ours and their enthusiasm is showing: We'll see how he much he really likes it here come Winter 😄 -

GunnerBill replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
I agree with most of this. Bosa is closer to his peak and much more physical and, frankly, a more natural fit for our defense than Von ever was (though no question Von played well through his first 10 games with us until the ACL). But at their best a better overall player? As in at their career best? No way on that. Von is a future Hall of Famer, and quite rightly. Bosa's peak was never that. -

I don't recall ever seeing Bosa look like he enjoyed playing the game of football this much since he was at Ohio St. He just genuinely seems to be happy here in Buffalo. I hope and pray this guy stays healthy all year. -
