Josh should work with a Sports Psychologist, and get his mojo unlocked. It's still there, but lying dormant for some reason.

This is how you build from within..

Simple answer is that Beane takes the easiest route to put a reasonably priced product on the field that will destroy the cap but not force bidding against other teams, or using draft capital. His extensions, made possible by restructuring other contracts and kicking cap hell down the road, were made without ever factoring injury history and inconsistency into the decision. Now, we have our pedestrian coordinators trying to game plan and call plays with depth players and less talented veterans(White,Poyer, Milano. AJ, Knox, Moore, Jones ,Phillips, Samuel etc) that we are stuck with. We should expect more of the same next season because Beane doesn’t draft well and the cap restrictions continue. Ask yourself why are so many of our highest paid stars injured so often? -
So they bring back Daboll...🤔 One game in, consensus: "We're saved!" Five games in: "Daboll in the booth!" Seven games in: "Who hired this psycho?!"

11/9/25 GAMEDAY Bills at Dolphins Post Game Thread
Jrb1979 replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is the rest of the post. "Unfortunately, however, there is a hump that the Bills cannot get over and to naively think that the Beane/McDermott duo will get them over that hump after beating the same drum year over year with a quarterback that might be the most gifted the NFL has ever seen has begun to sour the greatest fan base in sports—Bills Mafia. I don’t have the answer, but watching this team come out unprepared and uninspired against a division rival that is obviously in sell mode, IN a season that was supposed to be THE season (we’ve been saying that for four years now) has finally turned me off of McBeane. The Bills will likely get hot again and make a run only to get out-schemed, out-played and outcoached in January—wash, rinse, repeat. At what point do we blow it all up and salvage the remaining 6-7 seasons we have with #17? I’m numb to it all at this point." It says a lot when the guy who's one of the biggest homers for the Bills is saying this now. -
I think it's pretty clear it never started! Unless, you like losing in the playoffs. This team is easy to decipher. DC's are laughing at us. Too easy.
-
Klint Kubiak, OC in Seattle, is my first choice. He's got an offense with Darnold, JSN, a RB, and a bunch of JAGs scoring at will.
-
No other staff changes are expected at this time in New York, sources say. GM Joe Schoen and DC Shane Bowen will stay in their current roles for now, while Mike Kafka replaces Brian Daboll. pic.twitter.com/poDwWwD7fg — Dianna Russini (@DMRussini) November 10, 2025

I was happy when he left it bothered me how he never ran the ball and I like Brady but I think we should bring him back. Maybe the combination of these two can get us there.
-
Yes!! It's time to blow it up folks
-
Thanks for the extra detail. If that’s all true, which I have no reason to question you on any of it, then we have a bigger problem and McD needs to go. The guy preaches accountability, but acts like he’s untouchable and doesn’t actually take any himself.

Doesnt make me wrong this time. I didnt freak i didnt call anyone out. Just called it how i see it

I've been to several road games. I feel like if the Bills trounced Miami, all these negatives would have been brushed under the rug as no big deal.
-
Literally one of my favorite offensive coaches I've seen in the NFL. He also brings the type of fire the Bills desperately need right now.
-
Bring Daboll back if he brings Dart, Skattaboo and Nabors with him. Then I am in!!! Thats the change we need.
-
No. We need a fresh start IMO.. New ideas, new philosophies. I appreciate what he did here but it's time to completely move on from this regime.
-
Kind of like an alcoholic. Has that anger in him, which is not surprising giving the upbringing. But he is a good dude, and a super nice guy off the field. Also a loyal guy. Some people are demanding and tough to work with. I like guys like that. And I like Daboll.
-
Except he has no idea how to be a HC. Some great coordinators don't have the skillset to make good HC's, they are completely separate skillsets. Daboll may be a great OC, but he will never likely be a great HC.

President Trump's 2nd Term.

true dat https://www.msn.com/en-us/politics/general/federalist-boss-savages-weak-and-rudderless-trump-in-scathing-rant/ar-AA1Q95Wd “I don’t know who is advising congressional Republicans on strategy right now, but whoever it is has an IQ barely approaching room temperature,” Davis wrote in a lengthy post on X. “Republicans right now have no accomplishments, no plans, and no vision. Why on earth would anyone be excited to go vote for them 12 months from now? Trump needs to ditch the foreign policy c--p and focus all his attention on the domestic economy, which is still not working for the majority of people. Right now he looks weak and rudderless. Be mad all you want, but it’s the truth.” from the conservative "Federalist" -
Puerto Rico is looking for a team and it's fairly close it could be a NFL destination . 🤣

The Giants were a dumpster fire He now has that experience that he can learn from on a much better team with a top QB, RB, and Oline that he also has familiarity with I think he has the qualities that makes guys wanna play for him and his go out and play loose philosophy also works well with Josh and this team There's concerns, but strong coordinators would make me feel comfortable giving him a shot. I do think he has the best quality in a head coach which is that you are respected and players wanna play for you
-
I love all the people on here hating the idea of bringing Dabol back as if he was a terrible OC. The guy had Josh firing on all cylinders, a dynamic offense with swagger, innovative plays and schemes that actually worked. He literally had us 13 seconds from defeating the Chiefs and a clear run to the SB and people dont want that? You'd rather have Brady and his Pop Warner offense? Fire Brady immediately and get this guy back in!
-
Here I am again in this mean old town And you're so far away from me And where are you when the sun go down? You're so far away from me
-
that's a good idea! Mara.... Mora... Seifert HC Dabol OC Jim Mora DC

That’s not the only thing needed to save the season. These guys cant polish a turd either.
