  1. Past hour
  2. Beane simply must acquire a mid-high-end defensive back like Woolen. Hairston isn’t going to be ready for weeks. So that means we’ll probably start Dane Jackson. Fade me.
  3. Thanks for that info. The decision of when to go zone or man is another part of the issue, though. It seems to me that the BIlls are reluctant to go press man coverage in shorter yardage siutations.
  4. Yeah, let's just let this one sink in for a minute...
  5. I agree that the loss was avoidable, but in the modern era (ie, since 1970), only 2 teams have gone undefeated in the regular season: the 1972 Dolphins and the 2007 Patriots, so losses are bound to happen. Sometimes it's just not your day (or night), and manure happens. I can take a loss to the up and coming Pats better than I could take a loss to the Fins or the Jests, and NE isn't a real threat for the #1 seed. Since the Ravens, Chiefs, and Chargers all lost, the Bills didn't lose ground to them. The Colts and Jags are ahead of the Bills on tie-breakers IIRC, but I don't see them as threats to take the #1 seed, although it's looking like one or both might make the playoffs. There's still 70% of the season to go. The Bills have plenty of time to improve their defense, especially since they'll be getting back some defenders in the next few weeks. If the defense is still struggling (a relative term because there are several much worse defenses out there) come Thanksgiving, then it's time to worry.
  6. I hear people say that with the Shanahan tree guys all the time, I don't see it. Those offenses are based on the QB being a point guard distributor and making quick decisions within structure. I don't see that as a great fit for Josh.
  7. Both games ended 23-20 on last second 50+ yard field goals in week 5. Hmmmm.
  8. I don't dislike Keon at all. I dislike the fact that Beane thought he was the type of receiver you draft that high to pair with Allen. Contested catch = not open. There will be games where matchups will basically take Keon out as an option.
  9. Is “Antifa” (the made-up boogeyman distracting you from the Epstein Files) a sworn arm of the government?
  10. kind of stacking the deck considering like 5 of those games were Bills/Chiefs tho
  11. I've said this for a while now, the best thing Pegula can do for this team is get on the Competition Committee and buddy up to Roger and the head of referees dude. Take them all to nice dinners and offer to hold committee meetings on your yacht in the Mediterranean. Its been obvious for decades that the Bills get zero breaks from the refs, especially when playing certain teams such as the Patriots.
  12. Ben won a Super Bowl and lost a Super Bowl with Tomlin. In fact, the Super Bowl that Tomlin won was with Bill Cowhers team. Bens career was squandered. He was good enough to win more that 1 Super Bowl under Tomlin. Tomlin had Ben, Levon Bell, Antonio Brown, JuJu Smith all in their prime and screwed it up. I hope that Allen does not wind up like Marino or Rivers.
  13. i think we need to gameplan on palmer and samuel getting downfield and keeping the target on kincaid. it'll be hard to keep their defense disciplined because, as you said, they'll sink inside the box and dare us to put it long. i hope we get 50+ yards rushing by our RB's in the first half. note i did not say Josh or some weird play by Knox lol
  14. Let's do some comparison: Allen >>>> Penix Robinson = > Cook London >> Coleman Kincaid > Pitts Shakir = Mooney Bills depth pieces > Atlanta depth pieces At massive gap between Allen and Penix is the advantage for Buffalo, but I don't think the non-QB pieces are as lopsided as you infer either.
  15. If running game isn’t working for Cook, need more passing plays for him out of the backfield where he’s already moving, like CMC. He is such a dynamic playmaker once in space. Get him the ball whatever it takes. This will help take the pressure off Josh. Everybody eats does work for the most part but there will be games that your playmakers need the ball in their hands…that’s Josh and Jimbo
  16. What those losses show is Mike Vrabe is problem.
  17. Keep Walker's back healthy and we've got a player.
  18. 💯 his best WR after Moss were Edelman, Branch, and Welker.. best receiving threat was Gronk who IMO is a lock for the HOF. But I’m biased
  19. 3 turnovers didn't help. 2 of those drives we were driving downfield and that makes all the difference. The Knox fumble on the first drive and the Allen interception were crucial and honestly, we probably score on both of those drives without the TOs. The Bills beat themselves 99% of the time. Other teams don't necessarily "beat" them. Teams need the Bills to make mistakes which they don't do often. But when they do, they capitalize and it kills us
  20. That was your takeaway from this article? That's not correct. The takeaway is that when defenses force us to throw the ball downfield we can't do it. Joe Buscalglia in his all-22 review each week grades all the players. This week he had Allen as his top graded player with a B+. PFF gave him a 77.5 grade which is kind of their version of a B+. That is not a "poor game." And I think that's a fair grade. Allen and Cook both played their B+ game and the offense looked totally dysfunctional at times. That's a big problem. Your best players can't be A+ every week. The rest of the team and the coaching staff need to be able to pick them up from time to time and they couldn't do it against an inferior opponent.
  21. Russian Armed Forces. There's a part of the OSINT world that likes RuAF vs. UAF. The same dudes refer to the Russian Air Force by its Cyrillic acronym, VKS, sorta snobby but I get it. Those total losses from February 2022 to June 2025 seem very plausible. Right? Looks like the chief advantage provided by mass in the Ukraine war isn't overwhelming local superiority, but operational tempo. So long as you don't mind making the grave diggers rich...but is there a more Russian way of war than that?
  22. That’s how you set a baby down on a play mat.
  23. Stop turning over the ball Tackle Shed blocks a basic level of competency in the 2ndry... Douglas or Elam anyone? Execute lining up and snapping the football properly
  24. Thank you. I think outside of having both the #1 ranked rushing and passing offense and defense, a kicker who never misses and an undefeated record where we never win by less than two touchdowns, there will be some here who will be dooming about one thing or another. Now, please understand, there are legitimate complaints to be aired and discussions worth having, but I think far too often many here lose sight of the reality in front of them. We have the #3 offense, #9 defense, a 4-1 record and arguably the best QB/RB combination in the league. Life is good for a Bills fan.
