lmao. just write into his contract to wear steel toe boots around the horse

This game comes at the perfect time. All the concern about how the Bills suck will be put to the test. If they can't hang with KC at home, then all the doomsayers will have their day. Play well-- perhaps win-- then all the talk about Allen's marriage might thankfully end-- at least for a few days. This should be a fun one.đź«°

Trade Ed Oliver for Immediate Help?

Momma Pecararo is also willing to knock $500 off the price of one of their klunkers, if you take Ed! -
Wide Receiver Train Full Speed Ahead- CHOO CHOO!

I know it was not you who posted the 4.72 40 time but I don't think that's right. Kincaid did not work out at combine or pro day because of injury. -
If he's often injured and can't play for much of the season, is potentially past his prime and just all-around subpar, then he's the guy our FO wants and will hitch their wagons to a huge future contract for him. We're silly that way.

Game week thread - Chiefs at Bills
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
I was worried facing the Chiefs coming off of a loss. They look very beatable. Commanders made a ton of errors/dropped balls, no points off either of their interceptions. I think the Bills can do better. It’s clear Kelce is still their best receiver and he’s older than Jack Nicholson. Their WRs don’t strike any fear. We now have Hairston to help bridge the speed gap. RBs are lukewarm at best. I think this is the biggest talent gap between the 2 teams. Josh Allen really has the major advantage handing off to Cook. Big difference between 2 & 9 and 2nd & 4. Cook is averaging 6 ypc. If the Bills can play sound, efficient offense without turning the ball over while forcing a turnover or 2 and keeping the Chiefs mostly out of the end zone, Buffalo will win pretty convincingly. That’s just my 2 cents. -
I am pessimistic about any chance of making the SB this year. If we do not make the SB then we neeed to gut salary from the existing roster, and set up for Josh Allens back 9 of his career. However I am waiting ot see how this defense looks with players back. Also want to see some better schemes for the O getting guys open. We cannot simply keep playing the same salary cap dance and expect the team to get over the hump. Beane / McDermott need to draft much better and not have to rely of secondary FA signing to fill a roster out.

Well, they happen to be professionally run organizations, who seem to know what they are doing and they seem to understand what it takes to win and compete for championships -

My god, do you hear that? It’s Gabe Davis’ music!
Juice_32 replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
He doesn't have to be. We just need opposing defenses to have to respect the outside/deep parts of the field. Gabe was always able to separate, we do not have a threat of that now. We need the middle of the field opened up so Kincaid and Shakir can eat. After seeing him in person, yes, he sucks. He's big and slow but plays small and slow. He's a body catcher and his body language is awful. Swing and a miss. -

Our WR coach is Adam Henry [Ed.D] 53 yrs old. went to McNeese State. Practice squad player with the Saints in the 90's. Has been the WR coach for 49ers, Browns, Cowboys, Bills. Has coached the likes of Anquan Boldin, Amari Cooper, Odell Beckham Jr, Jarvis Landry, & CeeDee Lamb. Described as a human encyclopedia of WR play. -
The Ray Davis-backup running back discussion

I don't think it's to late to trade him but I think because the lack of value Johnson has provided it is hard to trade him. If Johnson had his 2024 abilities than we could trust him in spots for Cook to be subbed. Gore Jr. Could do this but we can't be sure because he's not been given a chance so I guess we need to ride w Davis. But, if we could swing something equal to a 5th or get a player equal to him & a 3rd combined of jump at it. -
Watching the Chiefs in the first half the Bills definitely have more than a chance. If Daniels played the Commanders probably have the lead at halftime and then who knows how the second half plays out. The Chiefs are good, and this will be a tough game but if the Bills win, I won't be surprised at all especially since it's in OP.

A Few Thoughts about the Panthers Game - Community Edition

Defense looked better for sure. Hoecht was awesome. Played the Von roll but had great vision and most importantly, great burst. Looking forward to what Hairston can do for us. I do have to ask about this game though. What would have happened if they fed Dowdle the ball more? Love Chubba, but Dowdle was doing better and may have gashed us if given the ball more. Josh. I have no clue what’s wrong. Maybe it’s the pressure of being the guy who we depend on the most for so long? He’s been indecisive and has been caught because of it. A 10th of a second delay and he will get caught. Needs to make the decision before he needs to make the decision. Not sure if they coached the “Josh” out of Josh, but if they did they need to let him play like he wants. This Josh isn’t playing like he should. Just let him do what he wants and I’m sure he will be better. -
I can hear the conversation "well, yeah, he's injured and likely wont play again this season. Yeah, he gets injured a lot, but he's REALLY GOOD when he's in!"

Gabe is a great blocker and better than any of the current WR's other than maybe Shakir at finding ways to get open when Josh leaves the pocket -
I've seen Keon completely stop multiple times when the play has extended. Gabe Davis is fairly underrated at "adlib" get him out there
-
Can't wait for the season to start! Oh wait
-
There is that, but also go watch our receivers apply their tradecraft. They get no separation or just stop working while the play has extended. Its bad with Coleman leading the badness.
