  1. Past hour
  2. Agreed. it is the weirdest thing to deal with your rival. And now that they have fleeced us multiple Times, maybe we should stop.
  3. Imagine that. Schedule a golf tournament in Jets territory and it will be invaded by Jets fans.
  4. 1 - Defensive Line rotation - Agreed. Maybe with Oliver out and Rousseau apparently banged up they are trying to keep things light, but at some point your going to need to settle in more with your best guys. 2 - Bosa - I thought this was a product of trying new things... and we should not be putting him in contain lol. 3 - Walker - The potential is there for all pro talent. Not saying he will get there but the potential exists, he is fun to watch. If Harrison becomes a quality starter Beane will have nailed two more young studs for the future. 4 - Kincaid - I have been critical of Kincaid the last two years and he has leveled up. Good for him. 5 - Bishop - No longer worried about him. Now the other safety spot... sh*t 7 - Cook - I was fine with what they paid him and I am stunned he is playing this well. I truthfully thought a small step back. Credit to him tenfold he is awesome. 8 - 4th and short to Shakir - Curse words were flying at the TV, we got too cute at time we didn't need to. Awful. 9 - Josh 2nd quarter - Through the 3rd quarter Josh had attempted 16 passes. That is too little game plan be damned. I really hope they are holding back and yes Cook is stellar but when they do attack passing wise it is glorious and aggravating they aren't passing that much. 10 - Coaching - I come down on the coaches because they looked like a team that had ten days off, under estimated the Saints who to their credit played really hard and made a real game, and play calls at times like the Shakir play were just mind boggling. The entire team coach to player gets criticized for the lack of effort & emotion which allowed a feisty Saints team to hang around much longer then they should have. My own note: Babich- I would can him now. Fraziers defenses at least vs lower opponents feasted on teams were it would be embarrassing. Babich just seems too much like Dorsey where sometimes its decent but other times he is so behind the opponents OC and he doesn't have answers. The Saints play a quick pace on offense which isn't surprising given Kellen Moore as the head coach. Buffalo looked completely out of sorts for a long time with this. The run defense still is no better no is the 3rd down defense. Does Babich have a quality performance as DC vs a solid opponent at this point? Frazier's defenses may have faded in the post season which is its own issue but they at least had some truly good games vs BALor KC. Babich to me just doesn't have it and while I have been pretty consistent with seeing where the D is when it is healthy come week 10/11 and had time to gel, I just don't think he has the meddle to coach it to the max potential either.
  5. Landon Jackson not having much of an impact his rookie year does not mean he is a bust. Please stop. Shakir and Bernard (and Bernard was a 3rd rounder too) didn't have much impact year 1. We could go on and on about players who didn't have much impact year 1 and went on to be productive players. Yes for a earlyish 3rd round pick you at least want the player to come in and be a back end rotational player. But Jackson likely fell in the draft despite his amazing physical acumen (9.88 to 9.95 RAS score) because teams probably felt like he was very raw and needed time to develop. Teams drafting players in the top 80-90 picks usually want guys that can come in right away and contribute. High upside but low short term impact is exactly the type of luxury pick the Bills as an organization could afford. The Bills entering the draft had 4 DE's that are solid starting or high end rotation options in Groot, AJE, Bosa, and Hoecht plus they had Solomon in the mix a mid-round pick who had a year to develop. The Bills taking a chance on a physical freak who may need a year to develop is exactly the type of high risk high reward move the Bills should have made. They did they exact thing with Walker in round 4 taking a chance on a high end talent with an injury (back injury for a guy that massive is a concern) and he is paying dividends early because his concerns were more health than developmental. Overall I'm not concerned a rookie is raw. I think it is possible Landon is a bust but I am going to shelve my concerns until next year...
  6. Me too. Enchilada, chimichanga, burrito, margaritas...... 😁
  7. Not sure how often you bet but this is a typical spread. JAX is a good team. If KC had lost yesterday they would’ve been a slight dog in this spot.
  8. Good actor, enjoyed him in Happy Gilmore 2. I'll watch, if I'm not sneaking outside for a pre-roll!
  9. Good game by Worthy. The question with guys of his body type is “will they hold up?” As a featured player Worthy is going to take 5-10 massive hits a year and we saw what his own old and slow TE did to him week 1.
  10. Is the D line underperforming?
  11. Groot had a couple nice run stops vs the Saints. But it feels like you can get a DE to set the edge and stop the run for a lot less than he’s getting paid…
  12. I said during the game it looked like the Saints had greased up their jerseys with the way they were slipping away from our “defense”.
  13. [enters room...looks around...] Yep, lotsa old white dudes in here.
  14. name the last 6 half time shows and 2 songs they sung. this past year there was the rapper who dude who brought out the tennis player to do some gang walk step despite her being nothing more than a basic. i don't remember his name. khazid or something maybE?
  15. People are still under the mindset we’re picking top 15 in the draft order every year despite being almost a decade removed from that at this point lol There are other teams that throw rookies to the wolves a lot sooner but that certainly doesn’t make them good haha chiefs we’re talkin up Ashton Gillotte all offseason who was a third round DE like Jackson and he has gotten snaps and looked pretty bad to me. I think they had some injury issues though or he might not have played
  16. Loser mentality post alert ⚠️ Getting Spencer back this week is HUGE. Ed likely too, maybe Matt as well. Our offense dominated the 1st qtr against the Saints, then we went into some poor playcalling/execution for 2nd and 3rd qtr. Sounds familiar from Miami game --- I think Brady needs to be more dynamic/adjust faster. Don't let up any big S/T plays and contain Drake scrambling on the 3rd down passing game. I think we win by 10-14 again.
  17. Ok who are your 3 up and down UP Cameron Johnson - Gutsy for this guy to come out in a knee brace and hold for the FG.. respect to him Cook - I hearby formally apologize for being torn about if we should sign him... I was wrong... this kid makes up for very average WR core and is a threat to break it at anytime.. can you imagine if we were a down field team with a deep threat what this kid might do Walker - he showed flashes in the prior 3 games... he seem to do that more consistently, fingers crossed... I could see how this kid with some experience could become a menace.. Down Rousseau - No more Groot for me until he shows up... he did make 1 tackle... but he seems all but invisible... I get bone bruise, I get setting the edge.. but for what we resigned him for we need way more... way more... he has always been streaky, but to be invisible especially on a Defense that has key injuries and is borderline really bad this guy needs to be a leader... I have not seen this to date Team Tackling - be better... do this against teams looking to make the playoffs it will be the difference in games... highly disappointing, prevents us from getting off the field in 3rd and long... If I am honest the defense in general seems unfocused and honestly lackadaisical ... there is no fired up thing LT "lets go out there like a bunch a crazed dogs" No leader getting frustrated or in peoples faces... concerning to me... hope we get better... but with Babich I really have little hope of that... Officiating - Is it me or literally did they seem like they had an agenda, I dont like to blame officiating but to me this game was a fail... maybe I am over reacting, but that is what I saw.
  18. Not gonna lie, I kind of love this conspiracy theory. Come for the surface ridiculousness, stay for the bizarro explanations.
  19. Well ya, but I'm just going to do that...🤣 Why are Trump supporters so violent?
  20. This is from when he wrestled in Puerto Rico for WWE one time. This was his entrance. His pop was huge there granted that’s where he is from but it gives you an idea of his popularity internationally particularly Latin America
  21. Red Herring Fallacy The red herring fallacy refers to an instance in which one speaker attempts to divert the attention of another speaker from the primary argument by offering a point which may be true, but which does not actually further the substance of a counterargument. So named for the implication that the odoriferous fish in question might “throw one off the scent” of the actual argument itself, the red herring will typically support a conclusion with a fact which does not actually provide substantive support. Example 1: Child: This fish tastes funny. I don’t want to eat this. Parent: There are children starving in Africa. Eat your dinner. The topic is gun control's effect on the homicide rate.....my point about different demographics was in response to your study (which salient but flawed)
