That said, again, it was obvious to anyone who closely watched the games that Buffalo was a very flawed team. Not sure the point you are trying to make but I'll leave you with this. You can throw the records out the window for Sunday. Both teams are evenly matched and this is one game I wouldn't bet on regardless of the odds. Go Bills!!

We are getting zero from Groot and AJE and all too often our front four is stonewalled. I would love to know the percentage on how much we bull rush vs stunt. Outside of Benford and White, our blitzing is just as bad. Not sure why Milano isn’t having more impact blitzing?

We are missing way more than just Oliver. Palmer and Bosa are probably long shots to play. Hoecht playing that I didn't hear? Shakir probably plays but he isn't right injury wise right now. First practice is today. There will likely be a long list of others that are limited to DNP. I think it's a worse look for the players. These are grown ass men. Professionals in their field. If they need a little bald dude giving them a rah-rah speech to rev them up that's on the players. They know what's at stake.

The 2nd Dolphins game was hard lesson learned that you can't just show up and expect to win. Barring a miracle that game cost the Bills the division and a shot at the #1 seed. While the Falcons game was another poop show it wasn't a divisional game. I don't know if the Bills win or not, but I can't see them sleepwalking for any of the games left as they fight to make the playoffs as well as seeding. If they no-show, the Pats game then that is a really bad look for McDermott.

Yeah Gillislee was a great fit in those Roman/Kromer offenses that ran a lot of inside zone and gap. They didn't have an athletic enough OL for outside zone. As evidenced when Dennison came in in 2017 and the run game efficiency fell off a cliff. That style also fed back into the bad habits that got McCoy traded. Habits he broke after his disappointing 2015.

I know what the percentages are according to the models, etc. But here are my own takes: Bills will definitely make the playoffs. No question about that. They have about a 15% chance to win the division. Unlikely but not completely impossible. That percentage increases to maybe 35% with a win this Sunday.
