And injuries are starting to pile up. He's missed a bunch of games in recent years and also has been severely limited for long stretches. With age this doesn't get better.

Lee Smith was on this team because he was a leader. He was a process guy that bought into McDermotts method 100%. It's a big reason he was brought back mid season. Hollins would lead by energy and words, diggs woild, too. Hughes was a leader of this team and would do like Diggs - approach the offense and defense to push them. Hyde was also this and a reason he was brought back last year to the PS. McDermott has not been good at developing leaders on this team.
