The reason you are wrong is success behind average olines isn't about power. It is about vision. And that is literally Cook's best trait. The exact same holes that Devin Singletary was missing and getting tackled for a loss Cook is spotting and making 3 or 4 yards. That isn't to say the oline hasn't got better.... clearly it has. But what makes Cook special is vision. Ray Davis does not have that same ability. And as such he is not better suited to this, or any, offense. Cook is just a better player. 100% this. Cook is going to play even if he doesn't get a new deal. But he is going to use every bit of leverage he can to try and get that deal before it comes to that. And so he should.

I also believe Musk has his heart in the right place. The man worked for free and has now lost 10s of Billions trying to do what's right for our country long term. A visionary that is also thinking long term for the survival of mankind...

I have an honest suggestion for Twitter users: Block MLFootball, JPAFootball, Dov Kleiman, and NFL Rumors. They are the WORST NFL content aggregators on Twitter. Absolutely awful. They are click-baity engagement farming. Their posts lack context, distort facts, word things in a way that is inaccurate and designed only to draw in eyeballs, and they rarely credit the original accounts whose posts they steal. If you want aggregated football news, there are far better ways to get it. Start with @32beatwriters. But whatever you do, block the above named NFL content aggregators, because they are fake news and they represent the worst that Twitter has to offer in terms of accurate NFL reporting. I took 6 years of French as a kid, and I currently have over 600 consecutive days of French lessons on Duolingo (free, easy and helpful). We went to Paris then Italy a couple years ago, but I’m glad I didn’t have to rely on my language skills. I’d ask for the check or simple things in French trying to be polite with my attempt, but there was no way I was keeping up in a conversation. English was spoken almost everywhere, and where it’s not, you will figure it out. We had a driver take us from Rome to Sorrento for a day trip to Capri, about 3 hours each way. We left at 6am and after a couple hours of him driving and me sleeping we stopped at this “gas station” for a break and to fill up. The “gas station” was also a first class deli and bakery, with restrooms that looked like a spa with showers, etc. The driver goes out to fill up, and we were the only English speaking people inside. We went to the bakery, took a pic of what we wanted and showed it to the cashier and held up 2 fingers. We paid, and we took the receipt to the baker who gave us our food. This was before we had the translate app, and figuring out how to get it done was half the fun. The translate app makes everything super easy. You just talk into it and it does the translation for you. One thing about Italy that surprised me was the archaic plumbing in places. You might go into a nice restaurant in a nice area, and even toilet paper doesn’t go in the toilet. Flushing was not always a given, but I’d love to go back. Helpful hint: Learn a couple basic phrases to save you in a pinch. We were in a very touristy area in Spain a few years ago but nobody spoke English. Knowing “Donde esta el bano” came in extremely handy on one occasion! 😂 EDIT: They have earbuds now that will do the translation for you, but I don’t have any experience with that yet. These translation apps are a very cool thing about living right now. They knock down barriers and that’s a good thing. .

He doesn't have much leverage. Shakir and Bernard were also non premium positions but they took the offer Beane gave them because it protected against that sort of thing. There's no doubt in my mind that Beane valued him around $8m a year and pry isn't going to budge much. If he goes this year without a contract extension he's betting on himself. I'm not going to feel bad for him if he has a major injury because he had a chance to sign the extension that Beane offered him.

To the mods, why has the OP not changed the title to whatever he likes pertaining to the stadium. It’s fine, but no one wants to open vague titles. I know he’s new to the board so that’s fine. He’s just maybe learning meaning having patience, but how about a mod ask him to change to something that will guide whether the loyal watchers of this board can make up their own mind.
