  1. Past hour
  2. I just don't think Davis has the vision that Cook has. I know not everyone on this board agrees but it is to me the #1 attribute for a running back in the NFL. James Cook has elite vision. Jonathan Taylor has elite vision. Saquon Barkley has elite vision. Derrick Henry a bit less so but he is something of a unicorn anyway. In a world where offensive linemen are generally lighter and more mobile than in the past you don't get as many pure roadgrading offensive lines that just blow people off the ball so running backs who see gaps as soon as they appear and can scamper through them before they close up again are increasingly valuable. I didn't love Davis's vision in college and I think he has missed too many gaps in the NFL too. Do I accept it is hard to get to the speed of how quickly you need to recognise gaps before they close if you are getting fewer than 5 touches a game? Sure. But I don't think it is a strength to start with.
  3. Depending on the time of day, the sun is a factor at the old stadium also. Late game 1pm or early game 4pm looking diagonally back towards the scoreboard side from the visitors side at the tunnel end puts the sun right in the way. This will be much less of a problem at the new stadium because the building itself will block the setting sun in a way the current one doesn't. There will be some pretty stark shadows at times though which are more of an issue for TV than for anything else.
  4. Oh let us hope, we could sure use him...
  5. Why'd you cut it off at 72? Seems like a strange number... almost as though picks 75, 76, 80, 82, 88, 89, 91, 98, and 99 also haven't played in the 3rd round.
  6. I'm also glad to in the third round take chances on a high upside talent who might need more developing. That's the luxury of being a talented team. The Bills going into the draft had Groot, AJE, Bosa, and Hoecht 4 pretty solid to good DE options either as starters or higher end rotation players. Then you also had Solomon a mid-round pick the year before coming in off a year of development. The Bills didn't need a prospect who could come in right away year 1. They were drafted at DE more so for 2026 when Bosa and AJE are likely gone and they will need someone to step into the rotation. Jackson is a physical freak he had a 9.88 (and by some estimates a 9.95) RAS score. He has a good head on his shoulders too so character concerns aren't there. So if he maybe doesn't know how to use his hands or attack tackles at the NFL level give him a year to learn and develop and a second off-season as well and let's see what this guy has in 2026. Bad teams desperately need rookies who can make an impact right away. So teams with more pressing needs likely are going to pass on high upside players who might need a year or two because they need competence now. Overall I am just not too worried about Landon. Now if in 2026 he's not even able to crack the rotation at DE then yeah he's trending towards bust.
  7. Ok outsider perspective on your Bills. First from what I have seen the Bills O has been very efficient and IMO more importantly Allen hasn’t had to play hero ball. Your D isn’t giving up a ton of points ( outside of the Ravens game and yes I know the opposing teams record is 2-14 but you play who is scheduled, you don’t get to choose) I honestly think the Bills are the best team in the AFC this year, they SHOULD be the AFC rep in the SB. Am I missing something? I expect a good game Sunday because if playing the best team in the AFC doesn’t have my Pats focused then there is an issue. But I still expect a Bills win.. so why have I read so many worried posts lol
  8. I am with you... Josh is gonna need to wear a cape in this one... I also get the Pats dont run the ball well... but they have not played this Defense... so I am not counting on forcing them into passing situations unless we get a big lead... hoping for Front 7 improvement though... lets just play and see...
  9. People should ask her and talk to her about Muslim brotherhood and other groups. She's awesome 💯
  10. I'm not sure at this point. I really do hope there is a trial so the evidence can be laid bare in a public way and we can see what happened. There is no way I'm going to take the narrative that has been put forward by the people who want to shape it for their own political agenda while silencing those that might raise legitimate questions over what happened. The whole thing had such a manipulative aspect about it
  11. I've read and heard that the running game wasn't the best. Something like 3.something yards per carry and they put the ball on the ground often enough. This is what has lead to Maye's 3rd down QB rating being so high. He's been forced to make plays on obvious passing downs and has found success. That being said if we couldn't stop the saints back up RB in Murray or is it Murphy (my point exactly) then anyone is going to be a challenge.
  12. That's not the point. The important message is the people in government responsible for overseeing and enforcing immigration law and regulations knew they were lying, and perhaps even aided the effort, and still let them into the country or allowed them to remain in the country. The rule of law some claim to hold so dearly didn't apply.
  13. Yup. This happens on good teams. Gone are the days when our 3rd round pick was expected to start immediately. It would be nice to get some early returns, but we are 4-0 and getting healthier. Im not losing sleep over this one
  14. Skyy Moore's porn name ironically is Pete Jones...
  15. I absolutely agree. Decorum would be nice. Sadly, the horse seems to have permanently left the barn.
  16. Davis has been a massive disappointment, he's just done nothing when given some carries. The Bills have an excellent Oline. It may not be perfect but it's about as good as you can assemble nowadays. All the RB's should be successful behind this Oline and Ty needs to not drop the easy passes we know he can catch.
  17. If he stays healthy he has a chance at another big payday. His touches have been less than featured backs too, which makes it more likely. He definitely still has a financial incentive to ball out.
  18. Democrats want illegals immigrants in. Those want Sharia law. Jihadist, Muslim brotherhood, cair such groups the radical extremism left working with. How I know I'm friends with UAE people Muslim. Nicest people in world. They condemn extremism. Working with the good people. And treat Israel as brothers and sisters. I trust them over anything leftist has to say.
  19. I don't know how to resize my photo to paste it here however I have a pair of whitish vintage Buffalo Bills Zubaz Hammer Time baggy parachute pants from the 80's that I had to make into shorts because I ripped them climbing over a fence while being chased by angry bulls. Do you think there is enough white on them to fit the requested dress code for this Sunday's night game? Oh...I failed to mention that there is less white on the seat of the pants due to the crap stain I can't seem to wash out from the above mentioned incident.
  20. That’s the backup plan if the football thing doesn’t work out.
