beane gets fired and you are the new gm

and he had a new HC every 3 years and a number of GMs. But no franchise QB This is a different dynamic. We have a franchise, generational QB and a strong roster, but are missing the kill move. A new HC/GM might be just what we need, especially as we've seen Beane squander picks and resign average players to big contracts. McDermott shows again and again he can't strategize and game plan to opponents. If the Bills cant' get to the AFCC, let alone SB, this year, its time to bring in fresh blood. And with that comes some house cleaning: Bring in an Offensive HC - Klint Kubiak Offense: Cut/trade all WRs except Shakir and Kincaid Let Knox go Keep Oline intact at reasonable contracts Draft a top WR, sign George Pickens Defense: Cut Milano, Daquan, Tre, Taron, Rapp Start over at DE, with Trey Hendrickson and other FA signings. Top 2nd draft pick FA LBs FA S -
oh please. if Gabe gets both feet down at the 1 yd line there in the final minute, Josh plows it in on the next play, Bills win and all is forgotten and everything is coming up roses. Fans. geez.

I guess my point was, he is never discussed.

One thing that burns me up is Beane’s admission at draft time to going all in to fix the defense. My question was the same then as it is now - but why? Why would you not do everything you can to support your all-world QB with every resource at your disposal? That’s your meal ticket. Unless it was to acquire a legit pass rusher (Myles Garrett or Maxx Crosby), any other defensive additions were never going to be worth the squeeze. At least not like the return on investment you would’ve got continuing to fortify the offense. Just makes no sense to me. -
Why do some people insist on pooping on Epenesa like it's 2020? He's a rotational player who doesn't make very much and he's been impactful in his limited role. He's a straight up good role player that would be on most teams int he league if we were to release him.

Not to be all about me, but what is the pay that goes along with my new gig?

Never listened to WGR. Only exposure was Shoop and the Bulldog and that was awful. I must say I've enjoyed his every day man approach to Bills Squad on Locked on Bills. He is rational and educated enough to ask the type of questions fans want to hear. For any Bills fan who doesn't listen to Bills Squad on Locked on Bills it's a must listen. They don't throw flowers at the Bills and are critical about a lot of things related to the team. Joe Marino and Jerry Ostroski really balance one another's expertise.

Shakir motion inside screen, Johnson motion outside screen, wr motion opposite way of run dive, wr motion to side of run off tackle. Shotgun motion Hawes and run behind him, mesh, mesh with motion, orbit mesh, something with a comeback route. What am I missing? -

Same here. McD has to go and the 2 linebacker defense becomes a bad memory. -
Marcus West. Easily found if you Google it.

I count 3 sacks given up by Dawkins and 2 of those were bc he quit on the play. I noticed some of these live last night too. time to consider trading him. Get the rebuild going.

Taxpayer dollars funneled to Al-Shabaab terror group

Somalia Doesn’t Need a Government Budget – It Has Minnesota Earlier today, I wrote an article about Somalians in Minnesota starting autism centers to get their four year olds diagnosed so they get extra money from the government for their kids with special needs. I was shocked and sat with it all day getting more and more angry about it all. The more I learn, the more infuriated I am. Yes, terrorists in other countries are being supported by Minnesota welfare dollars. https://twitchy.com/justmindy/2025/11/20/somalian-autism-ring-medicaid-fraud-n2421919 -
oh just beat the Browns, Jets (home) and Bungles (home) and you're in. Unless a pile of key guys stay injured or are walking wounded, I don't see how we lose to those 3 teams. Let's put it this way, if the Bills lose to any of those three, then Josh is not who we thought he was and we might as well put a wrap on this SB window and do a restart with another GM/Coaching staff/Scheme changes that go with that.

I guess a belated happy BDay will have to do! Hope all is well.

😂😂everybody in CYA mode Love to see it frankly Pressure busts pipes Meanwhile guess who steadily takes responsibility -
Fortunately all concussions aren't the same. Benfords concussion in the AFCCG was one of the most concerning I've ever seen in an NFL game. Extending him a month after seeing THAT was just Beane being Beane. He is far too concerned about his perception. He's got some Art Modell in him that way. He wants everyone to love him and eventually that does a lot more harm than good.

After a multitude of high draft picks and significant FA investment over the years of McBeane, they have never developed a true game changer. I have to believe coaching and/or scheme plays a major role in this glaring weakness. Yet I have no idea who the D Line coach. Shouldn’t their seat be red hot by now?

Fire myself and get someone in who knows what they are doing.

I have been thinking that next week's game at Pittsburgh may be the one that ultimately determines whether the Bills make the playoffs. Can't lose to Cincinnati, Cleveland, or especially the Jets and still expect to make the playoffs. On the flip side, beating NE or Philly would be a bonus. Pittsburgh is the biggest toss-up IMO, and, if we win, then, go 3-2 the rest of the way after that, the playoffs are very likely. Lose to Pittsburgh, and still go 3-2 afterwards, then, among the Jags, Chargers, Ravens, Chiefs, and Texans, we may need a few of those teams to really choke down the stretch (especially the Texans).

Fire the coaches now. Tank for higher draft position. New coaches need to specialize in versatility, strategy and aggressiveness. No more coach-specific schemes that ignore what an opponent does on gameday. Start purging the bad contracts. First out the door are Curtis Samuel, David Edwards, Connor McGovern, AJ Epenesa, DaQuan Jones, Matt Milano, Taron Johnson, Taylor Rapp, Jordan Poyer, Tre White (most of these are free agents anyway). Start looking for trade partners on Dion Dawkins, Greg Rousseau, Terrell Bernard and Christian Benford. Dawson Knox takes a pay-cut or release. Prioritize using free agent dollars and Day 1 picks on high-impact players. Trade up if necessary. No more significant contracts being given to mid-tier guys like Josh Palmer and Curtis Samuel. No more using late 1st Rounders on guys who will peak as solid starters. Be aggressive in obtaining high ceiling talent. Day 1 is for getting All-Pro talent. Day 2 is for getting starters. Day 3 picks are for filling in the roster.

Taron Johnson!!! (Always dinged up) Terell Bernard. (Same) Dalton Kincaid. (Will he play against Pittsburgh?) At least Sam Franklin (who plays harder than anyone on the team) hasn’t gotten hurt. An interesting fact and hypothesis. He was signed right before the season started. He did not have time to be indoctrinated into the Bills lackadaisical training camp and culture all offseason. Instead he just came in and balled out. McDermott has taken the McNasty out of our team!! A little more each and every year. And this is what we are left with. -

Exactly what he did w Dorsey. Uncanny Maybe it's not such a mystery why we can't get any offensive talent on staff -
Time to Rebuild? Too Many Beane Holes.

The 2017 Bills draft is easily the best non-Josh Allen draft of my fandom. But Dawkins hasn't been an all pro. 4 x pro bowler and had all pro votes but never been a 1st or 2nd team all pro.
