The Bills, Chiefs, and Ravens (if healthy) are still (IMO) head and shoulders above the Colts, Chargers, Broncos, and Pats***. Does that mean Denver won’t beat KC next week? No, but I’ll be mildly surprised if they do. The Pats*** would have lost to Atlanta last week if not for horrific game management by the Falcons. The Colts let a crappy defense make Danny Dimes look like the guy he was in NY. The Chargers let the Titans hang around for way too long. The Broncos have had to come from behind in almost every game…they are doing what KC did last year in winning all of the one-score games.

I know I’m not asking to spend big money on a WR. I’m asking the FO to invest in WRs like he does with the defense. Even last year we had plenty of opportunities to grab guys but chose to trade up for Sanders or draft a 3rd DB in the same draft in Strong. Hopefully both work out long term but why not put at least a little effort in getting cheap options in the draft so our offense can have depth to it and not just the LOS, YAC show it is right now

100% it was. That’s exactly what we’re talking about here. It’s the only part of our team that works come playoff time and it came up short because of predictability and limited play makers. Did 29 points win it for us? Did running up the middle with Josh work for us? Did throwing up a prayer to Kincaid work for us? More legit weapons isn’t a bad thing brother. Sorry that you feel that it is. We can’t depend on our defense to win it for us in the playoffs so let’s invest in the side of the ball that actually works because of our HOF QB and make it less predictable and more dynamic come January.
