Beans and Sean - Should we miss the SB again
716to540 replied to Cubanmist 1's topic in The Stadium Wall
A common question since 2019. If not them then who? -
I don’t know about these specifically but most plans take health risks. Things like smoking, drinking, etc. My guess is that maybe they adjusted their rates based on horse heads causing viruses, infections, and the like. Change your screen name to Mike in Sunscreen or something that sounds cautious.

Beans and Sean - Should we miss the SB again

They had that already. Contrary to TBD consensus, the Tampa 2/soft zone was a Leslie Frazier thing and went out the door with him. And there have been major changes this year from last, with the Bills playing a lot more man coverage. The results may look the same, but the scheme is different. -

Why keep bringing certain guys back?
Buffalo716 replied to Kirby Jackson's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think Sean McDermott is 100% a better Coach than Mike Tomlin or the Ravens harbaugh And I have been adamant about that for years McDermott in football situations out coaches those two and everybody thinks they're at least solid coaches.. they have super bowls The chargers harbaugh and Sean Payton are right there... They might take our offense to a better level , but then having the 21st rank defense all the time people would also complain I think those two guys are in the same category Sean is they just have a better resume.. and theyalso been around longer to learn more But that is the category I think Sean is in.. even if you put him below Payton and stuff for their resume.. he's right there At this point I think he's above the Ravens harbaugh -
That’s fair, but Beane was probably planning to resign him, the Bengals would have no interest in keeping cousins past this year
-
let’s see if mcd goes and finds his next great qb and makes us regret it. I’ll challenge you this- pick like 10 middle of the pack coaches… say Dan Quinn, Mike Macdonald, Tomlin, Stefanski, Mike McDaniel and demeco Ryans types…. How much worse do you really think this team is? if we are talking 3 fewer wins in 5 years - then who really cares about hanging on for dear life because it could be worse. call me crazy but I’d have loved to see what Sean Payton or Harbaugh would do with Josh Allen, and I’d risk accidentally getting an average coaching performance to see if we could get an exceptional one. honestly, you trade Tua for Josh and you might not even be that confident in that

One way the org could keep McDermott (if we fall way short this year) & make the fanbase happy is to bring in a real DC, with his own schemes & strategies, and let him run w/ it. McD can be HC and set the overall gameplan & culture, but it wouldn't be his defense. -

Well legit in college football has different levels Are they a legitimately good team? Yes Are they a top four team who could win the college football playoff? Probably not But crazier things have happened... Indiana is a low-key good football state.. but they're talent gets passed around from Notre Dame the top dog, Indiana Hoosiers, Purdue and Ball State That's a small state with four division one football programs Then all the big dogs like Ohio State and Michigan want the best player from Indiana Which makes it hard to keep the best in talent home all the time If they can get their brand stronger and win Indiana consistently it will be good long term

How the Bills coaching staff is prone to fail sometimes
Governor replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
They shelved the 12 and 13 personnel version of the offense and just played a regular offense. I guess they realized that they can’t bully a bigger, more physical team, and this version of the offense just isn’t very good unless you catch a team by surprise like the Ravens game. Trouble ahead. -
What did you do to cause the Bills to lose?

Bad juju! I might have sort of expected them to lose to the Pats since after the Saints game🙄 -

This thread is so repetitive and waste of time. Bill Cowher won his first and only SB after 10 seasons. With this front office and coach turning the franchise from a laughingstock to a consistent power and media darling, no one is going nowhere anytime soon. Give it a break. -
Why keep bringing certain guys back?
Paup 1995MVP replied to Kirby Jackson's topic in The Stadium Wall
Of course McDermott is better than Mike McDaniel. And he is better then Josh McDaniels too. But that means beans at this point. Comparing Andy Reid to McDermott is stupid. Reid is an amazing coach. (sure he has an amazing QB. But so do we. But they have won 3 Super Bowls under Reid, and been in 5, and we have been in 0 with McDermott) McDermott's defensive scheme sucks. And it has been figured out. It is too complicated for the majority of NFL players to thrive in. He is becoming a dinosaur. Our coaching staff has held us back. Any culture we have is because we have one of the best QB's to ever play the game. The rest is all noise. And yes football is the ultimate team game. And a team needs good players. This organization has been derelict in putting enough good players around our amazing QB. You want culture. Did you see how Stefan Diggs was bringing his culture to the Patriots on Sunday night on the sidelines and the field? I liked that culture a whole lot more than the culture McDermott brought to our sidelines on Sunday night, I can tell you that. You keep loving your McDermott culture 716, I want wins and championships. Not defenses that can't stop anyone when it matters. Over and out. -

Afc is wide open and kc could be 2-4 soon. This season and 13 secs might be the best chance they get to a superbowl. It doesn't happen every year. -
Ravens Trade Odafe Oweh to Chargers
DabillsDaBillsDaBills replied to bills742's topic in The Stadium Wall
He was the guy picked right after Rousseau in 2021. 23 career sacks vs Groots 26.5 Interesting the Ravens are giving up on him after he had 10 sacks last year. Is Gilman supposed to be any good? -
So, I get some of the theories…..expanding. 9/11 implosion further example. Someone says the building collapsed funny and scientifically it looked like a controlled demolition….and next thing you know everyone is quoting like they are a structural engineer with a minor in architecture who worked for 20 years in the demolition game. The whys and hows of Biden being deceased…not so much. Then again Fergie thinks I run with @ComradeKayAdams as an alternate screen name for reasons I’ve never quite understood, and some fools worship Luigi Mangione.

Is his wife really a starlet or a wanna-be starlet? She appears with Josh in a tight dress with her boobs pushed out. Is that what a starlet does?? I don't know if Josh likes that much!
