  1. Past hour
  2. Agree with most of this, but definitely not the Falcons as a "tough game". Now who knows, week to week, but that Atlanta loss is looking worse all the time...
  3. That the results aren't good, or that he'd replace Shavers?
  4. Watching Idiocracy not long ago helped me understand how we wind up with threads and responses as we now see.
  5. Go big or go home. Amirite?
  6. He meant the literal tears and crying. Knowing what we know now, Kirk probably deserves to issue an apology; private or publicly. At the time, it very much reminded me of the Derek Carr scene, crying on the field, after getting smacked around on blitzes/sacks, and upset at a turnover or whatever it was. That was embarrassing. I'm not even a biggest meathead type personality, around this sport, and it permanently changed how I saw that dude... Now imagine this through the lens of an NFL room; containing 53 highhh T dudes. Each have 25years of always being the most alpha in any room, their entire room. Every guy banged up and hurting, they're pissed off too.... and you see a guy thats supposed to lead you crying like that. This wasnt crying during emotionally charged Natty Anthem, or Hamlin dying on the field, or death of a teammate. That was a look most here can remember seeing on a literal broken child; too soft for pop-warner/JV. They knew and everyone else knew - they didnt belong at this level, and they'd never make it. Probably wouldn't admit it, but he lost support on the team that night from players, and staff. Wentz gets a pass here (sort of) because he had a broken shoulder... if we're being honest, what we saw is what we already knew - He knew and everyone else knew - he didnt belong at this level, and he'd never make it. This is NOT criticism about his talent level anywhere near as much as, it's about his heart. Wentz has NEVER had his heart into it. He has never appeared to be a guy who loved NFL football... might have not loved college ball either. It's a career to him, and it oozes out of him talking.
  7. Walker has quickly elevated himself into the “untouchable” category for me, joining Josh Allen as the only two players to reside there. I believe I’ll be adding a 3rd player by the end of the season with Max Hairston.
  8. Throw in a 3rd and a 4th and I bet we can get Hall and Sauce.
  9. I think both team's strategies the last few years is go vanilla in the regular season during this matchup.
  10. They just re-signed Wilson in the spring. Besides that move making no sense, the chances of the Jets being willing to send him to go play with Josh Allen who they get to play twice a year are between slim and none.
  11. It’s an “and.” The Bills are going to send out Landon Jackson in exchange for Waddle AND Wilson. Jackson will rotate weeks that he dresses for Miami and the Jets. They’ll each throw in a 1st as a sweetener. Now you’re all caught up…
  12. I expect this board to go nuclear if the Bills lose this game. I had this as a loss coming into the season. Chiefs are just too good right now. If the Bills are gonna win, they need to force turnovers and capitalize off them.
  13. 2 - From what I understand, guys are getting open, but not consistently. Trust issue Josh and scheme issues? 6 - IIRC, Oliver was being blocked in the back while he one arm grabbed the opponent who moved the opposite direction. The added force from the block on Olivers direction lead to the injury. I may be wrong, though. 7+8 - Absolutely, their PT should increase. I thought Poyer looked good vs the run, though. 9 - Buffalo Joe is a bit of a liability IMO, but I'd love to see Bernard get some looks in Milano's role and leave Shaq at true Mike. 10 - I think McD calling the plays should get credit for the productive day as well. He's a great playcaller.
  14. We're gonna get some WR. I'm sure of that. No way this team is going into the second half with the WR room we have now.
  15. IF the Jets wanted multiple first rounders and a young player, the Bills need to do it.
  16. Melissa has hit Jamaica with 185 mph winds gusting to over 220 mph. Not a lot you can build to withstand that. It may be the strongest storm to hit land ever.
  17. We can laugh and scoff, but I wouldnt put anything past the Woody Johnson lead Jets. Especially after seeing the Browns trade a starting QB in-division. Cant hurt to ask!
  18. never great to be a "buyer" now, Bean should have gotten his job done in the offseason/draft. We are now need a WR and DT because Bean refused to adequately (WR) or successfuly address those areas.
  19. He might turn into a stud. The Bills don't have time to find out. He should be added if it's what's needed to get Williams.
  20. You may have saved the season, Just sayin.....
  21. Yeah, saw a miscue by washington and you get a wide open worthy.
  22. Apparently the Jets are willing to give us Quinnen Williams and Garrett Wilson for a late round first and second (At least according to the new posters on TBD).
  23. Just because names aren't out there doesn't mean that they aren't the subject of discussion amongst teams. I don't see the Bills making much of a move that matters in any event. I'd love the BTJ thing to be true because that would be the best asset at WR out there and meet the needs the Bills have, but I'm guessing that is more noise than anything. I think there are plenty of teams that would move pieces for the right price, but that price is usually too high for any sane GM to pay.
  24. They played the Texans once in the playoffs in 2019. The Bills third round pick was also at the bottom of the round. Good enough to beat out the Chiefs , Eagles, if they offered a 3rd but not anyone else. Would need a 2nd rounder then. Any thought of a Pickens trade to the Bills for a 3rd is pure fantasy
  25. We went from vague title to no title. Who was OP talking about trading for? I saw some divisional talk so G Wilson and/or Waddle?
