That's wild. The Bills were facing the #1 defense in the league on a short week on the road and scored more than 5 other teams, and other teams had just as disappointing losses (Eagles, Bucs blown out). Bills fans are prisoners of the moment.

Maybe I'm just too old, but I find this thread embarrassing. Are we really making fun of someone's glasses?
-
I watched that Gruden video the other day all about the game plan card the coaches hold and he commented how they keep putting more and more info on that and keep making the font smaller so coaches are having a harder time reading it. Maybe that's what happened here??

To me the killer was HOU getting the lead before half. BUF was not perfect but held the hammer in the game and didn't have to chase or press. Once the Texans got the lead it felt like the offense reallyy had to press and it got bad quickly. The defense certainly got better in the 2nd half, but that TD drive before half was sooo bad I have no idea what we were doing. Like you said funny game, if Prater makes that XP then Josh ties the game late and who knows. Funny game.

No matter what, they don't scare me at all , I still think the division is in play

Well, the best course of action if they feel he's guilty of criminal wrong-doing is to pursue charges relentlessly. Appeal if they can, pursue if possible, continue to investigate other wrongdoing as need arises. At a minimum, this occupies his time, perhaps generates legal fees he has to contend with, serving as a deterrent to others of similar mind. Of course, he should certainly have his day in court.

This is going to be tough to shake! Hang onto those good memories!

I didn't consider the dead cap at all, thanks for the reminder. I just wanted to replace some veterans, thinking that we could get some new talents and voices in the locker room for 2026. Looks like it is easier said than done!

Are you suggesting we all abandon ALL of our clothing, then? This is a family kind of place! -
Oh, I dunno, that 4th and 27 with a hook n ladder play was pretty darn exciting. Shame we don't see more of stuff like that. Anyway, what gets me is the Bills came out throwing against a Houston team with a very solid secondary and a top pass defense. Whereas their run defense was mid pack in the 20s. James Cook finished 17 carries for 116 yards, 1 TD. So why wasn't he used more in the run game? Why attack them at their strongest point? Then Buffalo could have won that game if not for a few missteps. Like the false start on Dawkins on 4th and 1. Like Gabe Davis not getting both feet in bounds. The three turnovers killed them.

Saturday night I numbed the pain. Sunday I felt it hard and just laid there trying to watch football. Today at work it's rough. Lots of firsts with not taking her out this morning. Not giving her morning pets, coming home is gonna suck The worst part is FB knows and my feed is all posts about losing an animal. I don't know if it's good I keep seeing and hearing them or not

Ties don't get cleaned well enough just like airplanes... Dry cleaning doesn't get rid of bacteria... No wonder the blood flow is lacking...😉😜 KeyWord here: "SYMBOL" "Despite being a symbol of smartness and professionalism, neckties may not be so good for your health. They can transmit bacteria from medic to patient more so than a shirt sleeve, and too-tight tie shave also been found to increase pressure in the eye, possibly leading to an increased risk of glaucoma. Researchers in a small 2018 study found tight ties could also reduce blood flow to the brain by 7.5 per cent." "Should you stop wearing neckties?—wearing a tight necktie reduces cerebral blood flow" https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s00234-018-2048-7 This explains it! 😆🤣 If you start to feel dizzy, take your tie off! -
We have no control over wins/losses/injuries, etc.. It's just another thing to talk about. Pats are a year ahead of schedule... definitely doing a nice job with Maye and taking advantage of their schedule. They really have not faced much adversity yet, so maybe this is it. The OLine injuries.

Maybe …they were no worse than the other 3… I will be stunned if he stays … he says he left money on the table the last time … and this is his last payday …

His mustache stinks of tom brady’s taint now. Screw him.
-
I agree. I have no better ideas. Just keep him out of the hookah bar.
-
McGovern I would be stunned if they move on from. Center QB is a very delicate thing and he has done well with Josh. I can see a 2-3 year deal especially with holes elsewhere and then in a year or two drafting a guy to replace him.

I'm married to one, unfortunately. That said, she is a fan back to the Grogan years, not the more recent pink Pats*** hat brigade.

Might as well just bring Daboll back if we’re doing retreads… besides, changing OC’s still doesn’t solve the McDefense, which is the sole reason the Bills have never been to a SuperBowl under Coach MIDermott. In the majority of post season losses, the offense has done its job, but not once has the defense ever resembled anything like we saw the Houston Texans put on the field this past Thursday. What’s the point of hiring a former DC to run your team, if every year come playoff time, the defense IS the liability? With all the roster turnover, the common denominator is Coach McFlanders. Until he’s gone, this team is just spinning its tires. I mean, even guys like Robert Salah in NY, or Flores in Miami, their defenses were always legit, they just couldn’t figure it out on the other side of the ball bc they didn’t have a Josh Allen. Here in Buffalo we got the goat and our “defensive guru” can’t hold up his end of the deal going on a decade now, and we’re just going to rinse, repeat, and run it back again? If that’s the plan, I wouldn’t hold it against Josh to force his way out of this 💩 show, bc like he said on the sidelines “what are we even doing?”

Based on what the world saw on Thursday, McGovern and Edwards will not be breaking the bank in free agency.

Keeping the fatties in line is a tall order at Thanksgiving. Be on the lookout for stretch pants or jogging pants. You see those — the Thanksgiving pants — and you know they’re there to load up on the stuff that isn’t green. The only thing that’s worse than a glutton is a glutton you have to pay for, especially in this economy. -
Dawkins, Shakir and Bernard don’t make much sense to move on from in 2026 given dead cap implications …Johnson saves $2m … but will then need to be replaced …Im a bit indifferent there for the backup RB Knox is likely gone to free us some money

He has created the dumbest burden possible between his comments and then failing to get this trade where the pressure on what happens with this pick/whatever WR is brought in good luck
