  2. No disrespect, I am not sure a reasonable argument can be made to support us not being a top offense in 2024, not to mention the people who don't see the offense as a top offense last year are heavily in the minority, both on this board and across media, the NFL, etc. Again, not sure a reasonable argument can be made to support this either. We are the highest scoring team over the past 5 years, being a top tier offense in 2024 was not some sort of outlier that is unreasonable to expect to continue. We did add more talent and are better on paper heading into the season than we were when we last walked off the field against KC. No one would object to adding another WR, everyone loves adding talent to this team...but man is this topic getting beaten to death and grossly exaggerated. When we last saw this offense on the field for its last series, we had guys open and wide open on every down. And what I find more interesting is this notion that we are doomed because we didn't draft a project WR in the mid rounds of a bad WR draft whose odds of contributing more to this team in 2025 are significantly lower than what Moore can potentially do for this team. Meanwhile, our defense was a massive liability...not just a small liability, but a significant anchor on this teams efforts to move forward both last year and every playoff exit. Our offense did enough for us to win all our playoff games...our defense did enough to lose us both the Ravens game and Chiefs game until the Ravens bailed us out with self inflicted mistakes. Nit picking about our offense is like nitpicking between a Ferrari and a Lambo...meanwhile our defense has been a used Toyota Camry.
  3. Wow, who'd have thought Kelvin Benjamin was actually marriage material?!
  4. Dalton is a good TE. Just needs to get healthy. 448 yards in 13 games last season was because he was hurt. Give the dude a break. Big things coming....
  5. They call Alabama the Crimson Tide.
  6. whatever floats your boat, especially as a couple. My wife was raised Anglican. I like the liberalism within that church. Could've gone Episcopalian here but she could see I'm fully indoctrinated. I have Jewish friends who feel the same way: It's part of their identity. She's quite pragmatic. She doesn't feel the team you choose much matters. It's that you choose one and follow it., The important stuff is all the same. Love one another. I enjoy the intellectual aspects and just disagree with you once again.
  7. I have a really cool job and make really good money........and sometimes I hate it! Maybe more than sometimes.
  8. The issue I have with Kincaid so far is that when he is split out wide, a safety or CB neutralizes him easily. When he is lined up in line, he has more success on routes where a LB needs to pick him up. But he can't block, so you can't rely on him in the run game like you can with Knox. Coming out, he was touted as a complete player who catches everything and can block, but that wasnt really the case last year. The good news is he stands to benefit from another year in the system, removed from his injury, and with Cook emerging as a talented back.
  9. Trying to switch states because this one is a mess.
  10. In shorts you say? Insert Josh Allen shorts joke...
  11. It's not like the WR room is "stacked" after Shakir there's likely going to be opportunity for snaps. I do think there's a chance Samuel settles in as the WR4 "gadget" player while there's a competition for two "outside" (for lack of a better technical term) WR slots between Keon, Palmer, and Moore. And it's not impossible that there's either an injury that slots up Moore or that Moore if he has a really good camp can displace Palmer or Keon. As you said it's not like with the draft occupying a lot of slots on NFL rosters and cap space dried up that there was going to be much better of an opportunity for Moore. He's getting a shot to displace starters in a very good system.
  12. No. The offense has been productive. It doesn't much matter if the points on the scoreboard come from rushing, the tush push, dink and dunk, play action, bubble screens, statue of liberty, etc. What should be obvious to anyone following the team is that It's the limitations of the defensive personnel that have kept the Bills from progressing further in the playoffs. The offense has been scoring points. EVERYONE knew the defensive side of the ball needed the most attention in the draft and FA signings. It would be great to have a marquee WR, but it's unlikely a team can fulfill their entire Wishlist in one offseason. Maybe Cooper comes back and becomes a role player. Along with Shakir, Kincaid, Knox, Palmer, and progress from Coleman, the Bills have a decent enough stable of pass catchers. Add to that Ty Johnson, Cook, and Davis (who've all shown the ability to run routes and catch passes), I think the Bills will be just fine. Even better if they can count on an improved D to get the ball back to them with greater frequency.
  13. We don't even have confirmation from a fuzzy side profile that the person pictured is even Kincaid. 🤦🏻
  14. This has to be a photo from LaPorta in high school. Sheesh
  15. Here's Laporta in shorts in training camp last year. How is this a whole lot bigger?
  16. 2007 15-14 loss against Denver Whatever small optimism the season entered with was silenced as Bills TE Kevin Everett was hurt on kickoff in the 2nd half nearly paralyzing him. When the game restarted the Bills got a 14-6 lead but blew it as the Broncos got a last second 42 yard FG to win as time expired. Literal worst day of my life at the time. That game was so sad with the Everett thing, and then Denver rushed the fg unit on in like 7 seconds and kicked the ball with no time to spare. That night, the band that was often the opener for my band got awarded Best New Artist on MTV. Man I was BITTER at the time. Let it go since then, but it's hard to reconcile stuff like that when you're the "bigger" band locally. Right place, right time I guess. I saw a Jets fan gloating after get his ASS HANDED TO HIM. Scary honestly. Big dude too, just got jumped. I hate people.
  17. Hoecht and Ogunjobi can get the boy right.
  18. Josh Allen props up a very average group. We are still bottom 5
  19. That happened to my wife after a few years of marriage. She went from a tight end to a large wide out.
  20. Lots to f whining going on in this thread,
  21. When you can't catch or run a full route tree there is; he needs to be schemed for success. We need to use his speed and elusiveness to make wins in coverage. We don't. New here?
  22. Dalton, is that you?! 😆
