Josh is far from the problem but it’s been more than one game that the offense has sucked.

Think this should seal it for Jackson this year. Hopefully he shows something in his redshirt rookie year next season. -
See, this is the thing. On the outside, there is a lot of reasons to believe the Bills should be interested in anything that could possibly help us. However, there is more at play here than just trying to help the offense out of their funk. Let's look at this from McDermott's POV. They didn't have the best of relationship while he was here. There was at the time a lot of people blaming the defense for holding this team back and letting down the offense. Well, who's defense is it? McDermott's. Who was calling plays on offense? Daboll. So, there were a ton of people at that time that wanted to dump McDermott and hire Daboll as HC. So.....what happens if McDermott did bring Daboll back and all of a sudden the passing offense becomes really good again and the defense continues to get gashed the rest of the year? What's everyone saying at the end of the year? Of course, McDermott is the problem! So, you have to ask yourself why McDermott, who obviously doesn't want to give up his job or give anyone anyone reason to believe someone could be better at getting this team to where it wants to go, would ever consider bringing in someone who some would perceive as a potential replacement for him. It will never happen even if it was the right thing to do.

It's just a season where Allen's elite play can no longer bail out the defense. I mean when they get down 13-0 to Miami and 14-0 to Atlanta it's over. We are a long way from those games last season like vs San Fran, Rams, Detroit, etc.. By the way, did anyone notice the Saints won at Carolina yesterday? it devalues the Bills win there. The Saints outgained Carolina 388 to 175, and went 8 for 17 on third downs. Plus they played the better Carolina QB.

Of course he’s not, this is ridiculous idea anyways, on so many levels I don’t know where to start. Where already the land of misfit toys we don’t need to re-home anymore ex-Bills. I’d actually like to get a broom and start clean, & that starts at the top. Brady is doing what McD wants, he’s not bringing in Dab’s to start the previous pissing match over again.

Named Gus our 1st Basset after Emperor Augustus. Then for some reason he got a nickname. Goosey. 2nd Bassett Louise aka Weezy, we just thought it was a funny name. Her nickname became Googs. The nicknames just fit with their personality. Goosey passed away 8/21/25 and Googs is now 7.

The Steelers looked terrible last night. But the Bills did get blown out by the Dolphins, so I guess anything is possible. Good job by the Chargers fans last night. Sofi was a sea of black and gold. I know Steelers fans travel well but last night was ridiculous. It seemed like a Steelers home game

Just get to the playoffs healthy. Thats the goal

Probably won’t happen. But what else would McDermott say mid season, “yeah, we are definitely considering bringing him”.

Dalton Kincaid Hamstring Injury (Week to Week per Jordan Schultz)
billsfan714 replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah Dr Chao said on X there is not such thing as a 1 week hamstring. -
No one really. Cook, Shakir and Kincaid. Shakir is more of extension to the run game, I’d say over half the balls he has caught came from behind the Los. The system is played out.

Lol edit corrected.

Is This McD's Worst Loss?
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Donuts and Doritos's topic in The Stadium Wall
Why not put this in poll form? Would’ve been interesting seeing the results. This was definitely the worst REGULAR season game, but as other posters mention, 13 seconds was the F up of epic and monumental proportions. -
These were low level gangsters and one was a known rat. The Mafia as we know it just is not as powerful as many believe it is. Most of them are two bit drug dealers and low intellect rats. I'm not trying to make the case that no NFL player will get into debt with gangsters and drop a pass or two. It's probably happened many times over the years. That said, I think that NFL fixes today are put in place by big advertisers. The NFL has the American male audience almost completely sewed up.They are now seeking foreign citizens around the world and American women. Women have long determined who will be celebrities. The Beatles and Elvis are great examples. Is anyone here old enough to remember girls fainting at Beatle concerts? Michael Jackson had more women followers than males imo. I am sure that millions of young girls watched KC games hoping to catch a glimpse of their idol Taylor Swift. I can't prove it but I am 100% certain that some penalty flags were influenced by her presence. She of course was NOT in on it and seemed astonished when fans were booing her image on the screen. Her presence at these games brought in huge bucks from advertisers. The old saying "follow the money" rings true. One last thing.....I read somewhere that high school kids now have accounts on some of these gambling sites. I think that gambling addiction numbers will soon soar. Many people cannot control their gambling and bet more than they can afford. The ease in which people can bet on sports is going to hurt many people and the integrity of sports. Of course, all of this wrt gambling is jmo.

It makes sense from that standpoint if there is no beef between him and McD. But last we have heard and seen, there was definitive tension there. If they have worked that out behind the scenes (and they certainly could have or do so now), then sure it's more plausible. I just don't recall anything public about them clearing the air or tension, but to be fair, it also doesn't mean it didn't happen. And there you have it. That should put an end to the speculation, but no doubt it won't be lol

The Home games: Tampa, Cinci, Philly and NYJ. Buffalo needs to win 3 of these. If they beat Tampa they can afford the Eagles loss. If they lose to Tampa they better win the remaining three games. The Road games: Houston, Pitt, NE and Cleveland. I think Buffalo loses a minimum of 2. I actually think they will beat New England simply because of the extra juice they will have to avenge the earlier loss. They will play well in that game. I think they lose at Texans and Steelers. Texans defense will look to rough up Allen. Steelers will just be a game we can't run effectively.

don’t flame me but… I think the Bills should at least CONSIDER interviewing Brian Daboll. I remember when the big question was if the Bills were better off retaining him instead of McDermott. There definitely would be a lot less growing pains and Josh could make an easy transition into his offense. With Cook/Kincaid/Shakir/Allen i think Daboll could have better results than Brady. Possibly could even lure Nabers here.
