  2. a year ago, it was calculated as half as much. https://www.thelines.com/nfl-schedule-release-cost-streaming-sunday-ticket-peacock-netflix-amazon-prime-2024/ YouTube TV basic package: $73/month ($438 total) NFL Sunday Ticket: $239/year Amazon Prime Video: $15/month ($75 total) Peacock Premium subscription: $6/month ($6 total) Netflix standard subscription: $15.50/month ($15.50 total) Est. taxes and fees: $92.50 Grand total to watch every NFL game this season: $866 As many have pointed out, you can get Sunday ticket stand alone. also, not sure why ESPN is listed at $105 when it's included in YTTV, for example. anyway, 20 of 272 games were streamed last year. how many fans typically seek to watch every game of the season?? Hopeless gamblers maybe. also, complaining about the "greed" of the NFL falls flat. they have a wildly popular product that is in endlessly increasing demand. Why shouldn't they get what the market will bear? if you absolutely feel you must see every single NF game, , then you will pay for that. What other private business that lowers the price for having more access to their product.
  3. Sunday ticket is so expensive, especially now as an out of market Bills fan. With so many Bills games on SNF, TNF, MNF, etc, you're looking at paying full price for Sunday ticket for about 5-7 games a year. It's not firm, becuase the back end of the schedule 4:30 games could still air over the air in the local market, and you then don't need Sunday Ticket either. Comes out to around $80 or more/game. There was rumblings in the Anti-Trust lawsuit discovery that ESPN was bidding on a "a la carte" or individual team discount option when Sunday Ticket went to bid in 2023. But shocker, the NFL didn't want to "devalue" a "premium streaming product" for "niche football fans" or whatever. https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/espn-proposed-dropping-sunday-price-to-70-and-offering-single-team-packages-nfl-declined It's insane that ESPN WANTED TO OFFER A LESS EXPENSIVE PRODUCT to the consumer as a potential loss-leader, and the NFL just was like "lol yeah no thanks".
  4. so Many COVERS to choose from when posting this song. Many females. But I decided to post this because to be honest I don't know this artist all that well and he has the drummer from Blink 182 sitting in. heart shaped box post malone
  5. This isn't 2016. "Price of the brick going up." - Marlo Stanfield
  6. Never watch the games we have lost
  7. I think that is what opens the door. No one has taken control of either spot. Rapp and Bishop are on the roster and Hancock is likely a utility Db. Thats its. I felt one of the biggest glaring issues with the team was the athleticism of the secondary. Owens brings that. Would have to wow on teams. His ability lend itself to the type of guys that do that. Talking 53rd guy who would be active game days. I dont think he is a lock but certainly a guy to monitor.
  8. He has the knack of being around the ball and doing the right things at the right time....That fumble recovery of Lamar in the AFC Divisional comes to mind
  9. Hey Bullstojan, if only.....
  10. SIQ cover by a female artist. No more twofers. Only for PJ Harvey I post twice LOL this is GOOD IMHO downtown Anya Taylor joy cover
  11. My heart went out to the Wide Right Bills on a late cold night in Grenoble!!!...Haven't missed a single game over the next 34 years, even if it meant staying up late nights now in India for the past 14 years... We saw Kelly ride to the sunset along with Thomas, Reed and Smith. We thought Collins was the 2nd coming of Kelly...Alas There was going to be no hope with Alex Van Pelt Then came #7.....and rekindled the hopes again...only to be crushed....and muddled it with Rob Johnson... Aah...the Drew Bledsoe Era...when we had two 1000 yard receivers (Go Figure)....and still get wacked by the 3rd string Steelers in our own backyard Drafting Losman after losing out on future HoF'er Rotherlisberger....only to be losing games.... Then the hyped up Trent Edwards....50-0 in High school or something ridiculous like that....a noodle arm...and a sad end.... Another 1st round pick in E J Manuel....all we sadly got was Tuel Time !!! A FA making a difference....FitzMagic all around....beating the Patriots in the Season opener.....four seasons...7-2 start...didn't matter....heart break heart break. A Tyrod Taylor sighting...or the Peterman Disaster....The Bills feeling Hopeless....At least they break the Jinx of not making to the Playoffs.....17 long Winters (thankfully seven of them in mildly cold Bangalore). Finally, the Gods decided to bless the City of Buffalo and the Mafia...Josh Allen #17 from University of Wyoming...son of a farmer...cantaloupes, pistachios...but with a gun for an arm... Time is ticking...but time is right...Season MVP....Time to bring that Lombardi home....the day he will bring joy to a city and its people...built on toughness to beat the heartbreaks, the nay sayers, the competition....the Earth's brightest star shining in his glory. Go Bills !!!
  12. Tagging on the Radiohead...
  13. A very brown Aussie criminal. Adios just the same!
  14. Oddly enough, if any single power is responsible for Russia staying in the fight, it's North Korea. Russia's vaunted industrial mobilization has lagged quite a bit. The Norks supply 30-50% of ALL of Russia's small arms and artillery ammunition is OSINT is to be believed.
  15. @Logic Well, considering he went to Yale, then graduated from Harvard with a bachelor's in Computer Science, I'm thinking the dude doesn't have a Commodore 64 upstairs... That's some black-box government clearance level computing power Owens is processing with. I think he's going up to the task 😉
  16. And they still were the second most winningest franchise in that timeframe. Makes you wonder how important defensive end really is. Myles Garrett and TJ Watt are hall of fame talents at Defensive End. Would you prefer to be a Browns or Steelers fan?
  17. Haha yeah that song for sure I thought used to sound like the whiniest thing ever. I think it was just the lead singers vocals. But the has a good message.. I grew to like it a little more
  18. Von was a non factor ever since he blew his knee out against the Lions in 2022. He did nothing in 2023 and next to nothing in 2024. If he really had six sacks last year, they were very inconsequential. The fact that we are even talking about him seems awfully silly. Maybe consider bringing back Jerry Hughes too then. LOL
  19. The only way it works for Von to come back, and I'd take him back, would have to be a VERY low deal. I do believe he was helpful in mentoring Rousseau and think he would be just as helpful with the new D-Linemen coming in. He looked good running that ball back in the playoffs against Baltimore last year, I believe he can still be impactful and make plays.
  20. I think a more multiple coverage secondary with more 2 high safeties. I expect alot of Dorian Williams early and often. Early down 4-3 fooled Baltimore early on in the playoffs third down defense was terrible.
  21. Actual lol at this. Both the thread idea and the note.
  22. and saved that money for the long haul !!!
  23. Bobby Babich has mastered the Sean McDermott philosophy of talking a lot but saying nothing !!! This is going to be a big change.
  24. 7 years of swinging and missing at DE.
