you listed one game and one team (I assume), and only 1 of those returns was of any significance compared to a touchback. anyway, the logic of the NFL for this change makes little sense. there's no way you can reduce injuries by encouraging more returns on kickoffs.

You were responding to Kirby in regards to him saying "When everything happens within 10 yards of the LOS the defenses will adjust." But, can you please show me where defenses adjusted last year? From week 7 on last season (discounting week 17 when all of our starters rested), our offensive point totals were: 34, 31, 30, 30, 30, 35, 42, 48, 24, 40...and in the playoffs: 31, 27, and 29. Our record in those games was 11-3. Can you guys please point out to me when defenses caught up to our offense last season and started to shut us down last year? And to start this season we have scored 41, 30, and 31. And people are complaining about this offense? I honestly do not understand.

I really don’t understand this. Tua is absolutely a very good scrambler. He is extremely mobile in the pocket. The bills did pressure him and didn’t get to him. I don’t see a big problem at all with this. It’s time to start giving the dolphins some credit. This game was essentially their season. They played their asses off. It wasn’t all the bills playing badly.

I was more so pointing out how the Chiefs seemed to get better after each loss and slowly figuring things out before the playoffs. But yes, I agree with you.

Do we care? He's not going to be dressing ahead of AJE, Groot, or Bosa for sure. The coaches clearly like Solomon more at this point with an extra year in the system compared to Jackson. Solomon was a healthy scratch often times last year. Hoecht will be coming back after week 6 at some point. I always thought this pick was to develop him for next year anyways when likely AJE and Bosa may both be gone. Jackson's sitting is just indicative of roster depth and the desire to develop talent for the future.

I wouldn’t get too caught up in Jackson not being active either. It’s a numbers game and Solomon is further along and plays STs. Epenesa was inactive a lot his rookie year? Bishop barely played and by the way last couple of games he hasn’t been bad. Shakir was inactive early etc. it’s not a sign necessarily that Jackson is going to be a useless pick.
