That's a good one but seriously is McDermott just not connecting with the young guys like he used to? These guys make that NIL money now and maybe don't react the same as they did 5 years ago

I don’t think Josh had great chemistry with him. so many of Josh’s negative plays were Gabe.

Training Camp News - Around the League version
Brand J replied to DrDawkinstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
I remember when he was booming punts with the Titans, I thought he was still there. Dude made the all rookie team and was a 2nd team All Pro. Lead the league in punting. I don’t know why he wasn’t tendered by TEN and how he wound up losing the punting battle in MIA. On the surface I would’ve said he’s much better than Robbins, but there has to be a reason why he’s already looking for his 3rd team. -
Barbara Streisand is the only artist to have number one albums in six different decades. I post this because it’s the question that cost me a trivia win tonight (I went with Sinatra)

McDermott - "Still looking for that other safety"
Ethan in Cleveland replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
Beane drafted Hamlin and Johnson and I beleive at least one other guy to develop. And of course brought in Rapp. He tried. Beane wastes a pick or two every year moving up for a player. Maybe that explains lack of depth at certain places. As for Milano, he drafted two LBs in Williams and Bernard that could both play his spot while still waiting to see if Edmunds coudl play. Dont recall other LBs before that. Also had Kleine and Spector. So they had some depth along the way. The reality is there is often a significant drop off from starter to 2nd team. It's not like college where there is just another 4 or 5 star recruit waiting his turn. -
Definitely the best episode so far. Getting into the football side of it. Lots of good content. Mustve KILLED Josh to lose that bippity bop game. He might ask Beane to let him personally be the one to cut that kid who won!

I got my picture on the wall of shame at the former Cheeburger Cheeburger for finishing a 72 oz double cheeseburger and fries … one of my life’s greatest accomplishments 😂

Can we get a safety opposite Rapp first?

The Bills heard the peoples' complaints about hard knocks being boring and decided to spice things up by losing 38-0 for the cameras.

Indiana To Bring Back Bison Mascot after 50-Year Absence

Think I read somewhere the Buffalo head from this outfit still hangs above a bar somewhere in WNY -
They led off this episode with McD critique of the Giants game. They will lead off next week with him critiquing the Chicago game in front of the room. That should provide some good content. At least the starters played decent in the Friday scrimmage and held their own. Overall a pretty good episode

Maybe they're bringing him back as a FS!!

Crazy there's only 2 episodes left already. Feels like we're just getting started now

In hindsight of course they would have. Great WR on a rookie deal would have been amazing. But the trade was the second best move Beane has done as GM. Andre never even had back to back 1000 yard seasons. He was a great player but the excellence we saw at WR with Diggs for three years is better than any other three year period in franchise history.

$40.00! and the challenge is NOT reimbursed if you complete it? Gimmick, they are charging you for picture and T-shirt...🤣 Dumb... What's the challenge? To see if they can dupe you out of money in your wallet for a promo picture & T-shirt.😆

Bills hosting Gabe Davis for visit

I'd rather see Cooper back. So should Beane call and apologize to the radio guys he yelled at? Seems they were right about WR. -
This show finally has some meat on it's bones. Too bad we're on episode 3 of 5..

Ed Oliver was a lot better at remembering his horses' names than Antonio Cromartie was with his children's.

McD set the tone with a great speech, and made it clear what he wants to start seeing (less complacent attitudes, more intensity/emotion). Babich, Brady, and rest of staff echoed the need for that intensity level to rise. A complete embarrassment might be what we need in the locker room. We need our leaders to step up inside the locker room and raise the bar/set expectations from here on out. We have "alpha" mentality guys that will naturally start to become more dialed in, as week 1 approaches. They have to get that "chip" on their shoulder heading into a physical week 1 against the Ravens.

McDermott - "Still looking for that other safety"
Buffalo Ballin replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
Didn't Beane and McDermott realize that players on defense DO get injured? Seems stupid that quality back ups weren't drafted years ago for Poyer and Hyde. Even for Milano. Somebody bring us up to speed on this. Counting on players to stay healthy is negligent. -
Joe Marino had some good things to say about him … take that for what it’s worth
