I saw Mahomes at +1000 on DraftKings. That's really good value considering the Chargers will probably choke the division away and Mahomes will have to throw a lot to win.

Evaulation (of this team) after a quarter of season gone
Big Turk replied to ganesh's topic in The Stadium Wall
14 of the last 15 games Allen has started (and played more than a snap) they reached 30 points or more. The one they didn't they scored 24 and ended up with the ball at the Patriots 25 yard line while running the clock out and probably could have. -

I just feel like between a high pick for kincaid, and shakir being a really good player - there was no need for a primary slot WR in the top of the 2nd round. -

That was gross. He was not only condescending, but he leans over her to make his point to the point she backs away. Fork this guy.

It's insane, when you think about it. The offense barely has any rhythm, they can't scheme receivers open, and they still get their points. Sky is the limit if they can figure out how to clean things up. -

First of all I totally agree. But ultimately I think it comes down to this. If we lose Coleman and Shakir, Samuels can step in and provide some value and the offense can still move the ball, somewhat. If we lose Tre and Benford, Codrington stepping in would be disasterous. You don't hold roster spots for disasters because they are a "fine" returner. Bonus point: I spent a lot of time watching Tre in coverage yesterday, I thought he was excellent overall. (Although one big missed tackle in the run game comes to mind) -
I did post stats. I follow this every year. I know what I am talking about. Allen is most definitely the front runner. Go back and scroll and see what I posted on Allen’s stats. Allen is the only QB in the top 5 or top 10 of many multiple stats. Only other QB close is Lamar. And his team is 1-3 so far and he looked bad yesterday. Yeah the ones I got were from Fanduel. Because as I showed with the stats Allen is the only one in the top 5 or top 6 in all of the categories other than Lamar. One guy is first in QBR but nowhere to be found in many other stats and Lamar is first in passer rating but his team looks horrible so he dropped down. You have a lot of different leaders in different categories. Whoever ends up the betting favorite at the end of the year will win the award and that is why using the betting favorites each week tell you who is in front.

Yeah I agree someone asked me yesterday if they thought we should trade him... I just dont see a team giving up anything for a guy who was a scratch the first 3 games and really hasnt be a factor except for a flash or two... I am not even sure if it would cost us cap money this year... I think they cut bait this offseason with him, but I do not see anything but role player, healthy scratch, or injured scratch for him this year... -

Time to discuss Reid Ferguson...
gonzo1105 replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall
I actually was on Ferguson a bit last year for his snaps being all over the place. This year I think he’s been better. When the Bills feel it’s time to move on they’ll move on from him. He’s made a nice career out of snapping a football -
That Giants game- their special teams display was probably the worst I’ve ever seen. They missed multiple FGs because they couldn’t perform a center to holder snap. They were blowing punt and kick off coverages. They failed on all special teams units, and it cost them their season. A FG would of won, it cost them in playoffs

So I kept to food and dress code codes.... I made sure I had my unwashed 3-0 Bills shirt on just prior to kickoff... made sure chicken was on the menu... (previous three games had some version of it) everyone (I always have a house full) was in their assigned seats... Now... a couple of areas of concern... 1. Marlene, as you all know was not sent to the bathroom during kicks this time (totally forgot) ... that was fine... but the 4th down attempt failed... wondering if I need to change this to just 4th downs... I will keep the group updated... 2. Also Marlene, brought bills color sock for my wife an sister in law... they put them on... we won... but it was a tough game... I need to come to a decision if I need to use these to alter the dress code... my feeling is, dont wear them, but use them as rally socks if we find ourselves down... a mojo changer is always a nice thing to have. More to come... all in all kept with the codes everyone at my house did their jobs, but I do have changes to ponder... as well as well... that shirt really needs washing... BUT I will not... I bought that Marshawn Lynch Dove body spray..... its a game changer! LOL - peace out!

Lawrence hasn't turned a corner lol. Have you actually watched the Jags? He isn't terrible but he is nowhere near the prospect they said he would be coming out and it's year 5 for him

Id love to see a Mariners Padres WS (other than Cleveland of course)

Based on the number of people who have no dog in the fight that have said Ben Johnson is an a-hole of the highest degree as a person over the past year or so, I would tend to go with this is him being who he is.

Handing the DC job over to a rookie was almost as bad of an idea as handing the OC job over to a rookie in Ken Dorsey. Under Sean, the D folded in key moments against the Eagles, Bucs, Broncos, Pats, Giants, Chiefs. And 2 of those losses were partially the result of a mistimed blitz.

Umm...he out gained like 12 other teams that week in the entire game against the Ravens in the 4th quarter alone, are you actually serious right now?
-
Every week we get the Buffalo Bills football fan syndrome in this thread. I shake my head. Yes every game will be tough, if we play awful we will lose but every week it’s the Patriots will be ready, they have Diggs and Drake Maye has been decent and some defenders that can make a play or two ……but we have the best player in the world, we have a top 5 Running back in the NFL , a great offensive line, and a defense that creates big plays when needed. We’re at home. I expect us to win this isn’t pre 2019 here I mean eventually I guess the Bills will get caught by someone and you’ll be right

The rest of the NFL should be terrified the Bills make scoring 30 points look as effortless as walking to check your mailbox at the end of the driveway -
250 passing yards and 3 TDs - in the 4th quarter. Are you still not impressed?

SectionC3 replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think there’s something to this. He floated a snap on a punt from the tunnel side against Miami, which I firmly believe led to Miami going hard after the punt on which they took the penalty. Same deal in this game. I get NO needed the block, but they sold out like they had it. Couple that with the worm burner on the FG and he has not had a good couple of weeks. The operation is slow and it’s an issue. Ask the Giants of about 25 years ago that question. Cost them a playoff game. If snapped properly the laces don’t have to be turned at the current distance (7.75 yards).
